This was my first time at this Hobby Lobby .. and I am totally impressed and BLOWN AWAY - The Customer Service was above and beyond ( even the young workers ! Super present , alert and friendly ! ) This particular location is like a Wonderland of wonders! The craft aisles are like Narnia without the wardrobe. I literally spent hours mesmerized by glitter and colorful glue, lost in a labyrinth of yarn. If creativity had a headquarters, this STORE would be it. The only downside? I want to buy everything!!! It's in the middle price wise but it has incredibly quality and unique items !!! My wallet now thinks it's on a diet Hobby Lobby, you've turned me into a crafting LuisaThexplorer, and my bank account is the reluctant companion on this whimsical journey And I agree with Stacey's comment down below - the closing at 8:00 pm is BeAT and I know they 'have to close on Sundays ' but why ? Abby is the finest place to do shopping for art materials and getting things framed!! Andrew in the framing department is the most excellent personality and he's helped me many times over the years. I also met Aaron manager - he was so kind he got me a wheelchair to help me shop and then actually pushed me out to my car!! Now that's real service!!! Both Andrew and Aaron deserve a $50,000 raise!! Hobby Lobby blows other arts and craft stores out of the water, across the continent, and into a pit. The store is expansive and all-encompassing. You can really find anything you want here -- and it's especially a great choice for seasonal decor. I've been a fan of the chain since going to school for a year in the south. Hobby Lobby is a huge, beloved part of the culture down there. (My dorm room door was always decorated with goods from whatever holiday was coming up!) When the Millville location opened, it was pretty exciting. It's almost as if a Bojangles had made its way to South Jersey! (That has not happened, I don't think.) I've been here a handful of times and have never walked out empty-handed. Think: Frames, prints, seasonal decor, random paperweights you can stick in your living space, candles, cutesy furniture, art supplies galore, random earrings (?), and plenty of decorative items for a garden. Of note: They are closed on Sundays to allow their employees to rest and worship, according to their sign walking in. They're well-known for that fact. They otherwise close at 8 p.m. I'd definitely recommend a visit if you haven't been -- and if, for whatever reason, you're not a fan, you can easily hop to other chain stores, as it's in a shopping complex (and across from another shopping complex) with every chain you can think of. I run a custom vinyl shop as a side businesses and come here often. Store is always clean including the bathrooms and they always have great deals. Any time I've been looking for something and have come here they end up having it even if others like Michael's doesn't. The staff are helpful and for the most part know about alot of the stuff the store has. The app gives a 40% coupon ALL the time and it pretty much never goes away. I buy the T shirts Alot mostly because I do large amounts of custom Tshirts and they have a good selection of colors. The shirts they carry are Gildan, they're good quility for the price and are preshrunk which is a win for me. If your a crafter or DIY kind of person I would recommend coming here because your probably going to find more stuff you need for a better price. read more

The one thing I don't like is that they close at 8 p.m. I feel like it's an hour earlier than other places around there and sometimes I haven't gone in because I wouldn't have time to browse. So I'll knock down one star for that. BUT I love Hobby Lobby and loved it even more because I had a new house to decorate. Prices are great, especially when you remember it that most of it 50% off the marked price. In fact, the manager walked around and reminded me when I was looking at a couple more expensive pieces and I bought both of them. Employees are all very nice. read more

I like Hobby Lobby mostly for their huge selection of yarn. They are by far one of the better stores in the area when it comes to that. They have a decent scrapbooking section & I LOVE their DIY jewelry section. The artificial flowers leave something to be desired... They are more expensive (than say Michael's) and it seems like the floral is never on sale (but you can use a coupon on it then). I always find cute home decor items for cheap as well. My only reason for NOT giving 5 stars is CUSTOMER SERVICE.... it is seriously lacking. This store has everything you could possibly imagine for all your crafty needs! I went in looking for a wedding arbor I saw online from a wedding wire review (which they didn't have-must have been old) but I did end up spending two hours there browsing around. I was slightly overwhelmed with the size of the store (I was shopping for wedding decor ideas) and although I didn't buy anything this time, when I go back with a game plan of what I actually need I will be back! Great inspiration and the prices aren't too bad either. But-if you wander in aimlessly you could end up spending a lot so know what you need before you head in! It's so easy to fill your cart with a bunch of stuff haha! read more

Don't bother wasting your time searching any other craft store for your supplies. I am a baker, a seamstress and a "Pintrest" crafter/decorator. I always find what I'm looking for in Hobby Lobby! Just wish there was a store closer to me. read more

It's basically a very expensive Christmas tree shop and they don't really have as much craft supplies as michaels in my opinion. They have more home decor things and the store is not very organized. Too expensive for me Id rather go to michaels instead. read more
