You can still get great deals at Salvation Army. They even have sales according to the color of the tags. They've got lots of great vintage and retro stuff, as well as a funky selection of housewears. The store is a little shabby, and could use a good clean, but it's AUTHENTIC. Love it.

I was not comfortable handing over my valuables to a stranger, and I politely expressed that concern. What made the situation even more upsetting was that when I said the bag belonged to my mom, the issue suddenly disappeared and nothing more was said. The inconsistent treatment left me feeling singled out and unfairly targeted. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and frankly discriminated against. Policies should be applied consistently to every customer, not selectively. I left with a very negative impression of the business and would not recommend shopping here based on my experience.

Was in there yesterday, I wanted to buy a tiny little vase…read more for my daughter's room . The sticker fell off as we scrolled the store . I went to the counter to purchase it. They told me I was not permitted to buy it because it was worth more than the sticker said, , but we don't care about the worth of this vase - if that's what they believed . We had no idea . We just wanted tiny vase . we were not permitted to do so . . They told me to come in the next day and talk to someone else . I had to go back again today to speak with someone in charge and they refuse to sell us a $ five snickered vase . They also had no idea it was worth more money .
