So essentially, they stole $47.13 from me, I have tried to call their corporate number which just has me leave a message, I have tried to email them, and I have yet to receive a response on the matter. When I went to the store that issued this 2nd charge, they told me there's nothing they can do, and I just have to wait for a response. When and if this finally gets resolved I will never shop at this store again!!!! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Went in the store on 8/28/17. Shopping for school shoes so decided to pop in the new digs. We were…read moreNOT greated by the person standing at the counter, even though he looked bored out of his mind. No employee came to help us in the aisles. Once we decided to check out. The cashier had to take the shoes that were in each box and retrieve it's mate from the back room. He left us at the counter and we waited for over 10 minutes while he searched. FINALLY, when he came back to the counter he said "this shoe is a display shoe" , so the mate should be on display. I told him the show on display was actually smaller than the one we needed. He said "well the other shoe isn't in the back." HUH? So, I said I would like THIS pair b/c it is the only size that fits. He just looked at me like he was confused. I then said, I want this pair...so where is the other shoe? He then said it's probably in another box. I guess he wanted me to search through all of the boxes for it's match. He then said what aisle did you get it down? And it just goes on and on. After he finally figured out where the other shoe was he rang us up and didn't say "thanks/have a good day"...nothing. Whatever happened to customer service. Not sure if I will be back.

Today was the day my daughter dreamed of since she was a little girl. The appointment was made…read moreweeks earlier. While our consultant did her best, the overall experience was a little sad. The bride and her 3 person entourage were escorted to a small dingy dressing room. The consultant would hand us gowns and it was our responsibility to help the bride in/out of gowns. We were told that because of Covid, it was our responsibility to dress the bride. (I am told that other salons do not operate like this.). No reveal for anyone. We did not get any expertise from the consultant regarding the proper silhouette. It was just an assembly line of gowns in and out of the room. It felt like we took a trip to Marshals or Ross to try on wedding dresses!
