The owner, Harvey Robbins, made sure to come over and say hello. I had contacted the dealer and Andy about a Tudor watch - which I wound up ordering, and just taking delivery today. Andy not only goes out of his way to listen to what I want, but always makes sure to spend extra time determining my needs and explaining the options, and then orders what I want immediately if he doesn't have it in stock. The price was fair - and besides the dealer being authorized to honor the warranty, I get such a positive feeling of honesty from the dealer, and a clear focus on my needs, that I'd really hesitate to buy a brand that they carry elsewhere. A great place - in all the locations! I dealt with the Somers Point, NJ store this time - but have had equally positive experiences in Marlton, NJ & Villanova, PA.

My group of friends and I were looking through the ring selection out front of the store. One of…read morethe people in our group was trying on two rings to see how the rings would look with her ring that she already owned. While we were looking at her hands one of the employees who I can assume may be a manager or one of the owners ran out and began loudly accusing my friend of stealing the rings. She was obviously confused by this and began protesting that she did not steal and immediately gave the rings back, to which the man responded by making her turn out her pockets. She turned them out and there was nothing but he still insisted that he watched her put them in her pockets. He told her (a minor btw) that she was going to go to jail and when we tried to back her up he said that we were horrible people for choosing to hang out with a "thief". I was genuinely planning on walking inside to buy a bracelet, but he told us all to move along and told us if we came back he was calling the cops. It was definitely the wrong battle to fight on his part, and was causing a scene publicly embarrassing a group of children. I completely understand that they most likely have had incidents before involving stealing, but the vulgarity of his words and the utter unprofessionalism was shocking and unacceptable. I have also heard of other incidents occurring involving this man accusing random window shoppers of stealing. I've been coming to this jewelry store for the past 7-8 years. Unfortunately will now not be returning due to the unpleasant shopping experience and the invalid accusations.

I was in the market for a silver chain for my son for his crucifix. He wanted a longer chain that could just fit over his head without taking it off. Within five minutes in 'Silver Secret,' I found the perfect one. A 24" sterling silver rope chain. Nice and sturdy, and with a good solid clasp. I think the male who waited on me was the owner. Very nice man. He was training a young female. He was pretty patient with her. Both were kind. I can't wait to visit again when I have some more time to peruse for myself :)
