When I arrived, the employee at the counter was dismissive and unwilling to help, and management barely seemed interested in actually looking into the situation or contacting the employee who supposedly held the items. At that point, it honestly felt like someone internally may have purchased the items themselves because there was zero accountability and no real effort made to resolve the issue after I wasted my time driving there. This location consistently has some of the worst attitudes and customer service I've experienced at any TJ Maxx, which is disappointing considering it's the closest one to where I live.

We had an issue with the Penney's card and Vicki helped troubleshoot with us. There was also a Puerto Rican sales rep and she was really nice as well. Spoke both Spanish and English and really good interpersonal skills. They had a great sale going on and both myself and a family member bought beautiful jewelry. One of the representatives was not as nice. She told me a gold bracelet was expensive and kept trying to push me to the gold plated jewelry. I didn't like that. I felt dismissed and profiled. She was blond with an accent.

My daughter met me here and she found a few she really liked. She ended up with a great a 5x7 rug for $69! She also got a few baskets for the baby stuff. They had a great selection of baskets too. I bought the cutest marble lazy Susan for my kitchen soap to sit on for only $12.99!!! The staff were helpful and pleasant. This is one of my new favorite stores! They served coffee, tea, and soda, hot dogs, hamburgers/ cheeseburgers with all the fixins, cheese sticks, chicken fingers, french fries, fresh made DAILY sandwiches & salads, soup, nachos, chili, pizza (yes they had an oven!), those WONDERFUL soft pretzels in salt, parmesan and cinnamon sugar, a full breakfast (no pancakes but every thing else), of course the popcorn machine & icee machine... two flavors. Every bit of what I mentioned was served all day long. Target NEEDS to bring this back.
