I was in a bit of a rush to get to spin class so I don't get much time to look but they have some really cute dresses at VERY reasonable prices. They appraised my items quickly, which I appreciated. I do wait in my vehicle while they do so, otherwise you do have to wait all day for them to appraise. My only gripe with this visit is besides the man who checked me in, the rest of the staff does still have an attitude problem. I asked the woman who checked me out which items they took because I just wanted to make a mental note of what I no longer had, and she really did have such an attitude about it and acted like it was a big inconvenience for her. I think at least if we are selling our items, we do have the right to know without attitude what items we sold. That being said, I will be back, but I wish that they had better customer service.

I asked the estimate of about if I dropped everything off and came back. He told me, "About the same, you should be good." I gave them THREE hours before returning, and they still weren't done. When I mentioned what I was told, the employee helping me became extremely rude and insisted nobody said that. She called over the same employee who gave me the timeframe, and he suddenly denied it. I was then told another 30 minutes. When I asked for a manager, she said she was "the closest thing to it," while she and another employee rolled their eyes and laughed at me. At that point I asked for my belongings back. My 50-60 items that I brought in neatly folded were returned wadded up/thrown into bags, and I literally had to carry some of my clothing out in my hands. I own a business and run a warehouse myself, so I completely understand delays and being busy. What I don't understand is treating a returning customer, or their merchandise, like this. These were quality items I brought in to potentially do MORE business with them, and instead I left feeling completely disrespected. After spending a lot of money and doing business here previously, I definitely won't be bringing inventory here again or purchasing. The employees here are also extremely rude and condescending.

I would never sale any items in that condition, so why in the world would you think it's acceptable to return my items in that condition without correction. Additionally::::: My large shopping bag (Burlington's ) which has individual bag inside (coach & Gap) since they only accept two bags. The Burlington shopping bag was completely damaged to the point I could NOT USE IT to secure my items. No shopping bags was replace. I was told they could give me trash bags! (I accepted) however they do NOT ACCEPT ITEMS if you bring them in a "TRASH BAG" This manager who given other people items away, was very aggressive and argumentative when being informed that she has given me items that do NOT belong to me. She wanted to get loud and say all items that was returned was mines. Okay. (That was the end of conversation for me) I tried to do the right thing. The honest thing. Then she proceeded to threaten to call the police if I did not depart in 5 minutes. Which I was completed with folding & organizing my items similar to how I brought them in, I was just placing them in the bags. Yet I'm still receiving texts (4x) after the threat, to come pick up my order. Girl I have exited it building, and you aware because you asked your team for your phone to take a photo of me and my car. This location definitely needs adult supervision. And the youth "manager" needs some improvement. Tip::::: I would also suggest, reviewing the cameras to acknowledge performance and the blending of items, as well as returning unpurchased items to the "Correct" sellers.
