We came up for Snoqualmie Falls for the day and opted to hit the buffet as we were nearby (wish we'd gone to a restaurant instead). It's pretty classic buffet food - not terrible but certainly not great. However, biggest disappointment was how small the buffet was. There was an American section (carving meats), a salad bar, a seafood section (much of which was fried), an asian station (with a mongolian grill) and italian. Almost everything tasted like microwave meals. The dessert bar looked pretty good but the staff there didn't speak any english so we didn't get what we wanted (even after pointing to what we wanted, we would receive something else). The food here is quite good and the price is reasonable. The service is really professional as well. There is one major problem with the setup that should be easily addressable, and that's the lack of glass doors between the casino and the buffet. The smell of cigarette smoke polluting the restaurant really dampens the appetite for people like me who come here just to eat and not to gamble or smoke. The quality of food at this buffet is amazing! Lots of food options, and all usually really fresh. Their servers are attentive to beverage refills and removing dirty plates from the table. Since the buffet is in the casino, you gotta walk through the Snoqualmie casino and it reeks of smoke but other than that, the buffet has huge windows that overlook the mountain range on a clear day. It's been awhile since I had visited the Falls Buffet, but it seems to have gone downhill. The selection used to be significantly wider with a bigger variety of meats and seafoods. Now the only seafood in the buffet seems to be fish (salmon or cod), unless you pay for an add-on of crab or lobster. My favorite station is the Asian stir-fry section because the noodles dishes can be tailored to what you want included (variety of meats, veg, sauces) and it's freshly made, so you know it hasn't been sitting out forever. The buffet isn't amazing, but it's still a decent option if you happen to be at the casino. I would only eat here with a free voucher. They recently changed back to buffet style with the exception of the crabs; in addition to your buffet fee, you can add King Crab for $35/lb or Dungeness for $25/lb - only on TUES/FRI/SAT. The service was very attentive and friendly with drink refills. I hadn't been to a buffet in years so I don't really have much to compare it to. If you are going to the casino anyway, sure why not. It wasn't too expensive. I'm not a huge seafood or prime rib person but if you enjoy these things you will be very pleased as there are a lot of options. I liked the salad bar, as well as asian food station the most. The general tsao chicken is delicious and white meat. The egg rolls were tasty too. Can't go wrong with carbs, mashed potatoes and pasta delivered. I wish there was more of a variety but I think we went on a heavy seafood day. The pizza was ok. I saw they do woodfire pizzas but I just got a slice of pepperoni, would have been better fresh from the oven. The desserts selection is vast however. If you like cakes and pies you will be very happy. I don't like to waste food so although I wanted to try a bite of everything, I opted for the blueberry cheesecake cup (so good) and mango passionfruit cake which was pretty good as well. Lots of cookies and soft serve as you would expect at a buffet. Husband got a mongolian bowl that they prepare fresh from your selections and it looked good too. After we left for the night I wish I could have taken a to-go box to really feel I could have got my moneys worth, so next time we probably will eat at the quick service or restaurant instead, but overall fun to try. read more

We had never been to this buffet when it was "normal," only after they shut down the self-service buffet and replaced it with servers bring your selections from the buffet in a single serve. I had a slab of prime rib and ordered a grilled medium, with mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was actually really good! The only bummer is were that you have to tolerate the heavy smell of smoke in the air. You have to walk through the casino floor in order to get there. So you'll be drenched in cigarette smoke. It's a hit and miss for King Crab Tuesdays. Sometimes sweet, sometimes salty. Expect a 1-2 hour wait. I'm hoping full buffet opens soon, as you are able to order À la carte only with (King Crab being all you can eat). The price for that also went up from $49.99 to $56 I believe. We've eaten at the Falls Buffet at least five times in the past 2 decades. Decided to have lunch here on a weekday. Good decision since it was pretty empty. Nothing much has changed except the crab legs. They don't have crab legs for buffet. I think they only offer it once a week and you have to pay extra per pound. The meat station is the best. Prime rib, Roast, Briskets are all cooked to perfection. All the other stations are mediocre. Staff was okay. Reasonably priced at $23/person. If you decide to eat here, make sure you're super hungry! You will get full really quick. We'll be back. read more

Come here for King Crab Tuesdays, but every other day of the week is meh. The crab is all you can eat, but be warned that the guy behind the counter will only allow you to take one plate of legs at a time (even if you say you're getting it for someone else). Crab is good though sometimes it's a little over cooked, but I always polish off 2-3 plates without complaining. Variety of foods is decent, but everything else is typical buffet...barely any flavor with texture like it was made hours ago and sitting under heat lamps. Desserts are pretty good too, save room for those! I do want to commend the wait staff, every time we've gone we've had great and attentive service. They have different themes each day: Monday - $27.95 Snow crab and sushi Tuesday - $24.95 Steak, add $8 for lobster tail Wednesday - $24.95 Prime Rib Thursday - $26.95 Brazilian Night Friday- $27.95 Seafood Saturday - $28.95 Surf and Turf Sunday - $31.95 King Crab Sunday is my favorite day to go to Falls as the King Crab Legs are awesome. I almost always grab a piece of their Southern Fried Chicken, a slice of juicy prime rib plus they also offer sugar free desserts as well! Service is hit and miss depending on your server. Sometimes we get good service and sometimes no service at all. They definitely need to work more on that aspect. Buffet eating takes tactics! rules of engagement: 1) you need to scope out the whole buffet 1st so you don't miss anything good! 2) take only small portions on the 1st pass! some things look much better than they actually taste. No need filling your plate with mediocre stuff. 3) don't be afraid to stop eating something if its really not that good. Yes, it may go against your upbringing! thats the reason for the small portions. 4) avoid most carbs! I stress MOST carbs as they can be a filler and blocking further digestion of meatier vittles. Somethings are unavoidable though... 5) Do drink something carbonated. The burping helps give you the feeling like you have more room in the tummy. With that in mind, I came to the Falls Buffet after a day of snowboarding and upon recommendations of many trusty yelpers. Not as big and overwhelming as a Vegas buffet but a good size with a nice selection. I had about 4 trips to the line. Tonight was prime rib night! yay! it was nicely done, medium rare. I also got the pork ribs which came with sauce on the side, nice tabasco-ish kick. I also liked the chinese dungeness crab quarters! Dessert line had a nice soft serve ice cream and great tasting cookies. I knew I liked what I had when my first pass plate was pretty empty. My server was also extremely friendly and accomadating. $28 is not a bad deal for a casino dinner buffet. You know I am brining my parents here for sure when they come and visit! read more

King crab Tuesday is where it's at people!!! Dinner is 44.95 per person and it is well worth it! Especially since market price for king crab is $40 a pound, so it really does pay for itself! The crab is big, fresh and very juicy and every plate they give you is at least 2lbs. Although some of the other food is tasty, don't waste your time stuffing yourself with other fillers. Just hurry and get to crackin! Once your done devouring those luscious crab legs, get some pecan pie with ice cream for dessert! Don't forget it! And you're welcome =P Btw, go early! This is a very nice buffet. I went here on a Friday evening which is Prime Rib night. The meal costed $25.95, plus an additional $10.95 for upgrading to add a lobster tail to the meal. Drinks were included. I thought everything was very nice. I've been to the Falls Buffet a few times now and they've always had something I've loved! I recommend coming on Tuesdays - King Crab night is amazing here then!!! The line gets really long and can take a while to get in, so show up early! The king crab here is some of the best I've ever had. I waited in line for over an hour (and I'm not a patient person), but when I got in I realized it was all worth it! I can't wait to be back just for the King Crab! Tonight I went on "Comfort Food" night, which is Thursday's. Things I loved: Prime rib here was amazing! Mashed potatoes were perfect to pair with the prime rib! Service was excellent, our waiter was friendly and quick to refill our drinks. Their selection was vast with Chinese food, pizza, desserts, salad bar, soups, they have it all! Things I didn't enjoy: Some of the sauces were very tangy (spare ribs and ravioli sauce specifically) The desserts all looked amazing, but the red velvet cake was a let down. Just not the flavor I wanted unfortunately (red velvet is my favorite!). All-in-all most of the time I'm here I enjoy every plate I get. My parents took me here for dinner on a Friday night using their casino credits. Overall I'd give 3-stars - entrees were a bit mixed in terms of quality. Service was great as well as desserts and coffee. Hey its Seattle, birthplace of Starbucks, so its expected! Seafood: Both the fish items (cod and salmon) were cooked OK and moist, but on the bland side. Shrimp cocktail came out of this plastic dispenser shaped like a slot machine was OK - shrimp a bit firmer than I like. 2 stars. Prime Rib: Wow - juicy and well seasoned, especially the outer perimeter with the salty-peppery crust. I like this with Au Jus and creamy horseradish. 4 stars. BBQ: Ribs were slightly dry but well flavored and a nice tangy sauce. The Broasted chicken (breaded and roasted? broiled then roasted??) was like fried chicken without much oil - not bad but not as juicy. Fry bread was excellent - similar to Chinese Donut without the oil. 3 stars. Dessert: I liked how they'll get the desserts for you. The guava mousse was OK but the pom mousse was wonderful. Sweet upper layer and tangy bottom layer. Coffee was dark and bold. 4-stars. Overall rating would be 3-stars. Probably not in the same league as Vegas buffets or even Cache Creek's buffet in California. However, props to the prime rib! read more

Decent buffet at Snoqualmie Casino. It was snow crab and sushi night ($27.95). After paying up front, you are shown to your table. Once there, you are ready to head to the buffet line which is separated into three areas. There is the main buffet line which has prime rib, fried chicken, pork ribs, ham and typical American sides and vegetables. But I do like that they have implemented dim sum into the buffet. Basic things like pot stickers, shumai, har gao and BBQ pork buns. Then there were the main draws of snow crab, sashimi and sushi. This is the only part of the buffet where you need to wait in line. It seems all of the buffet traffic is in this area. I wish they would section this. The other entree buffet line consists of Italian and Chinese dishes as well as Mongolian grill. The other food area consists of soups, salads, froyo and desserts. I don't particular like buffets, but this was fairly good considering. The price is a bit high. Definitely makes you want to eat up if you do. Buffets are truly a situation where eating excessively makes it hard to rate it favorably. Did not have the crab since I had it the day before so can't say if it was good or not. However, the sashimi particularly the salmon was pretty fair. The sushi selection however was lacking. The prime rib was not all that tender, while the pork ribs were so-so. One was good, while another was stale. I did like the Chinese dishes and the tri-color cheese tortellini was yummy. Desserts were not bad either. Decent buffet, but I still don't get the appeal. The Falls Buffet is open. The experience is everything you have been looking forward to. I enjoyed perfect prime rib with all the sides you could every want. A full Seafood station, an Italian station with notable marinara and garlic bread for the bread lover. Asian cuisine with all my favorites is served and of course, dessert, where you will find something to make your sweet tooth happy. Where do I even start? We come to the Falls Buffet at the Snoqualmie Casino every winter to celebrate our good friends birthday and stuff ourselves silly on all the delicious food! There are two drawbacks to this place though, and I'm hoping someday to find a good solution. First, the cigarette smoke in the casino. Blegh. The smoke is everywhere outside of the buffet and it's nearly impossible to avoid. It's disgusting and creates a film in the mouth and really interferes with the taste of food. We've found that having at least one drink helps dull senses a bit and mitigate the effects of the smoke temporarily- but it's not a perfect fix. The other drawback is the price. At $27.50 a plate for just the basic buffet, this place is spendy. Add these two drawbacks together and you get why we only come once a year. Food wise, family and friends favorites are: prime rib, salmon, cod, scallops, shrimp, fry bread, the Mongolian grill, and the dessert counter with the chocolate fountain. Also very popular is the $5 per pound add-on snow crab legs. Favorite desserts: chocolate pie, strawberry mouse, carrot cake and limoncello. Skip the chocolate mouse- it's like chocolate cool-whip in a pie crust and nothing to write home about. The restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Though I think at times, our section server this year got a bit overwhelmed by our group. Really with a group of 15+ adults obsessed with good food and drink - catching up and celebrating a birthday... two servers to tag team as needed would have been better. I love this group but admittedly we're a lot to handle sometimes with all the food and drinks and only one person to keep it all together and organized. Don't miss the artwork on the walls. Really beautiful Pacific Northwest native art on seemingly every wall. My favorite is the black, grey and turquoise fish on the back wall. The hostess said it's a whale but they look more like salmon in a whirlpool to me. Either way, it's beautiful and lovely. Bottom line: if you can walk quickly through casino floor with all the smoke and get passed the sticker price of the buffet: wear your stretchy pants, come hungry and enjoy! read more

Located in the Snoqualmie Casino the falls Buffett is a great reason to take the beautiful drive up to enjoy an all you can eat treat. The price point is about $39.99/person and you will definitely get your moneys worth. They have a wok station which is easy favorite as well as an omelet status and a desert bar as well as Italian and American food choices. The staff are wonderful and will make sure your are comfortable and well hydrated as you get your fill. There is a lot of parking available upon arrival and valet as choice as well.
