Strange smell in the room. Barely any towels and toiletries. Found a roach! My room with a pool view also had a view of trash and dirty laundry. Could they at least put up a barrier? The best thing was the pool but I didn't trust the cleanliness of the water based on the room. When I ran the shower, I could see dust and grains of dirt run down the tub! It's definitely not a place I will visit again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Upon arriving to our room, me and my girlfriend immediately noticed the smell of smoke, and that the windows were left completely open even though it had been raining all day. As we took a look around our room, we noticed that the furniture was damaged and had several rips and tears all over them. When we inspected the beds, our bedsheets had hair and stains on them, and there were several alarming stains all over the boxsprings and mattresses. When we checked the bathroom, we saw that there was grime and mold all around the drain and all over the cracks on the walls of shower. There was no soap or toiletries available aside from a single travel size bottle of shampoo. It was very clear the room was unsanitary and we promptly packed our things and returned our keys at the office.

As of today 11/23/ 2025 still dirty old ( not antiques ) they furnished their rooms with curbside furniture ,not thrift store. Bedding, torn from age. They need to fire their cleaning or get one . Doors are dirty tub could use a little bleach and elbow grease.

    Tv didn't work

If I could give this a ZERO I would. This is the absolute worst stay of my life. I thought I was being dramatic. After sharing photos with family - they encouraged me to reach out to the health department. There was mold, stains and just filth. We complained after one night ( we got in a bit past midnight just wanted to sleep). We were told she would personally come clean. I have attached photos. Please do not waste your money. $250 a night! For this?

Wife and I needed a place to stay in Fallbrook to visit some dear friends. First day, I took shower, went to dry off, only to find whit towel had visible dirt and oil stains from previous users. Got new towels, checked them to be clean before usage, then maid came on second day of stay and replaced with "fresh" towels. My wife (Long blonde hair, myself bald) discovered a long black hair on her second "fresh" towel. Picture of towel is of second set of supposedly "clean" towels. Front desk got snarky with me when I wanted another set of towels, and I wanted them to open and inspect them before handing them to me. One washcloth had stains in the new set. All of the third world countries I've stayed in, had cleaner places than this dump. Black mold in the showers! Hair and stains on the towels, and staff not interested in helping.

    Dirty mirror

This place is gross. They have very dirty sheets. Walls, mirrors, etc were not clean also. Feet prints on the walls. 1/5 or less. Don't stay here spend 10 more dollars and go to motel 6.

This was very clean and the manager at the front counter (Benny) was very nice and made us feel welcomed! She even offered us an upgrade but we kept our room. The room is quite big and accommodating with a small kitchen like space. It had a large closet for storage of ALL our luggage and equipment which was super nice because then we had more room for us! There is a pool but we were unable to use it due to lack of time. All in all a pleasant experience and I will stay again if I'm in Fallbrook.

Check-in was easy, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. There were a couple of minor issues that affected our stay. The sliding glass door is a bit dated and had a gap that allowed cold air and outside noise into the room. It felt like sleeping with a window open, and my face and ears became noticeably cold. I was thankful I had packed a thermal and jogging suit, which helped keep me warm. I was eventually able to find a temporary solution by placing a pillow against the door and pushing the desk forward to help block the draft. Parking was also a bit challenging on the second night. The first night went perfectly, as the front desk gave clear directions and we were able to park at Building F1 by the stairs. After returning from a concert around 1:00 a.m. the second night, parking F1 was full, and I had to park farther away between Buildings F3 and F4. Walking back late at night in the cold felt uncomfortable and scary. I did mention the sliding glass door issue to the front desk, but there were no other king-size suites available.
