Was craving a lamb shawarma and found Falafel Bites from the google search. They do not sell Lamb Shawarma but everything on the menu looked amazing so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is so cool instead. It has an eygptian them with the artwork and decor and there are games placed around for anyone to take to their table and play. The owner/server was so nice! We ordered two lamb gyros and fries. The pita was packed with fresh veggies, sauce and meat. Every bite was filled with yummy flavors. The fries were basic but perfect. Falafel Bites is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, it felt special. It's a family-owned spot, and you can truly feel the heart behind it. Sherry, the owner, personally served us and was incredible, so warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We also had the chance to meet her husband, the co-owner and chef, and it was such a pleasure to tell him firsthand how outstanding the food was. They are both unbelievably kind and welcoming. Now the food, wow. I had the Falafel House Platter, two friends ordered the regular falafel platters, and my wife had the gyro platter. Every single dish was stellar. Everything is made to order, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. The falafel was hands down some of the most flavorful and perfectly textured I've ever had, crispy on the outside and tender and herby on the inside. The gyro was high quality, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Even the rice was thoughtfully seasoned and delicious on its own, which says a lot. The service, the atmosphere, and the food were all unreal. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish. We will absolutely be back. read more

Was walking in the neighborhood when we passed this spot and decided to stop in since we love Mediterranean food and we were NOT disappointed! We decided to dine in instead of grabbing to go. It's a small and intimate spot few seating, like a mom and pop restaurant. Service was friendly. The lady at the register greeted us and explained that everything is made after it's ordered, so there would be a little bit of a wait. She pointed us to a wall full of games that we could use while we wait. Super cute and tons of options. We opted for connect four. They don't serve alcohol. We opted for the alcohol free Egyptian beer Laziza (which she said translates to "delicious". We had the peach and green apple. Both were good but I personally preferred the peach. The food came out hot and fresh and really didn't take too long. We had the lamb and chicken over rice , the falafel, and the shrimp pita. First & foremost, Sherri is awesome. Every time I stop by she's greeted me & been attentive despite being the only one out front & being busy. Second, I don't think that there is a single item that Falafel Bites doesn't do well. Seriously, take it from someone who has tried most things on their menu haha. I had their koshary recently & it was absolutely delicious. Definitely coat the koshary in garlic & hot sauce that are on the table or else you will simply be doing yourself a disservice. The place was nice. It had some board games to play with if you had to wait and with friends. Tried their Turkish coffee and tasted as you expected. Earthy with a side of yum. It's said to be strong so if you haven't had it, take that with stride. I also tried the chicken shawarma and that did pretty well. The meat was flavorful and with the white sauce, was tasty with a hint of sweetness. The Zalabia was sweet and tasted like a toasted doughnut. Definitely would order more in the future.
