I probably should've read the most recent reviews before coming here. If you're reading my review, please reconsider coming here. I've been to the Georgetown location and that one set our standard for Falafel Inc. Over here, the prices are higher for what felt like smaller falafel bites. Stars go to the fries and the interior. Za'atar Fries were reliable. Same old same old. Interior was quite spacious and the decor is nice. Now for the not so great parts... The sauces here tasted spoiled. Like that tanginess you taste in your yogurt when you eat it a week past its best by date. Service was quite slow for just two items. Parking situation and getting in and out isn't great during rush hour. I appreciate having a Falafel Inc. in National Landing, but I think I'd rather go to another Falafel Inc location. read more

Sooooo since I was so hooked on the NOVA location, when I saw I was close to this location, I simply had to go to grab my fries and falafel. I decided to try a bowl this time because I was being greedy and wanted more falafel lol. I also grabbed the fries and since I knew which sauces spoke to me, grabbed some containers of their Habibi and hot/red mixed with the garlic. Why did I care about people looking at me and only get one container of each!!!! Next time, I'll do better and grab multiple. Days later and I'm sauceless. Friendly service at this location also. I was surprised by how many men were there lol. Maybe since it was midday . . . . I'm not sure but I can definitely do more research to determine what the case is lol The salad was good and there was more than enough spinach left in the bowl afterwards. read more

Such a happy friendly casual eatery! The manager at the front counter greeted us with a Big welcoming smile.. The music is upbeat and the food is so so good! I've been to Falafel, Inc in North Bethesda, MD and thought that was great. This place just opened a couple of weeks ago and are standing out already! Way to Go!! The food was fantastic. I was in town for one night, and needed something that was an easy walk from my hotel and this was it. The storefront was cute and had nice seating and the staff were friendly when I picked up my takeout. I got the shawarma box, baklava, and chips and hummus. Shawarma was fresh and rivaled the best I've had in other countries. No notes. Unfortunately they forgot my chips. When I called to ask for a refund, the person I talked to was super apologetic and said he would not only refund me, but also give me a gift card for future use. I told him it was necessary, I just wanted a refund for the item I didn't receive and was insistent. Sounds like great customer service, except I never got the refund or a gift card. Not the end of the world, but did leave a bad impression. Overall, if I was in DC and needed a quick bite, I'd go again, I'd just check my order better before leaving. read more

Got to say that this was a good first stop on our trip to DC. Quick and efficient service along with tasty food. The inexpensive price didn't hurt either. We got a chicken shawarma bowl and chicken shawarma wrap. Both were really good but the wrap was definitely better. Much more flavor. We were really impressed with all the sauces as well. We had hoped to make it to more of these locations before our trip was done, but we didn't get to. We will definitely be back the next trip to DC. read more

falafel inc used to be my favorite place to grab a quick dinner during the week and my go to was the chicken and rice bowl. The quality and quantity were perfect and nothing needed to be changed. They recently switched over to chipotle style bowls (which are famously a good tactic to decrease the amount of food ik the bowls) and don't fill their bowls all the way anymore. They also stopped giving the small triangles of pita bread they used to give in their bowls. And in general - the quantity of chicken, rice, and even LETTUCE has decreased. I'd rather they increase the price by a couple of dollars or however much money they wanted to make off customers instead of skimping on food and shortchanging customers on the amount of food. I used to be able to have one bowl for 1.5 meals and now I'm able to finish it in one sitting. I had a good run with them for a few years but I'm not going back for this. read more

Beaware and check you receipt before paying. A $9 meal will bill your credit card for $12.31. Cashiers claims it's the tax but nobody could explain when did Arlington, VA start charging 35% tax on food. Last time I checked the meal tax in Arlington was 5% and Saless Tax of 6% a total of 11%. Most probably some kind of money laudering setup to scam the customers. A $9.00 meal should cost you $9.99 and NOT $12.31. read more

Your own website says the falafel bowl is $7, but in the store they charged me $9 without any drink or combo. There was no menu in the restaurant showing prices, which makes it feel like prices are changed however they want. The falafel portion was also very small and the bowl size was disappointing. I drove all the way back from my house after i did a in store pick up- to tell the manager he lost me and my community as a customer. The falafel was ice cold.
