Mind you this stuff is expensive these days for 12 tiny donuts some which were dry and not even getting coffee 36.75 almost 40 dollars for dry crappy donuts and a box of joe that you basically save three dollars over buying the coffee individually. I tried to call three times and it just rang and rang, tried to call customer service as Dunkin customer service is garbage and they are also so busy with so many calls they can never answer or chat and usually not reply for days on a email. I was going to wait holding for 20 minutes like it said. I call back and the lady who answered who seemed to be a manager couldn't even take the time to look up my order but she admitted on the phone she remembered giving me hot chocolate. Told me she would write it down so I could come in and get coffee. I said "I don't need it know I would like my money back" as I knew I was going to be working well past when they closed and would be passing through for about a week. Even though she knew she messed it up basically stealing my money she said "no refunds unless we get the product back". So I told her I would have to dispute the charge then and she seemed to not care, I was not rude at all to this women and I get if maybe she didn't know she messed it up I could be a scammer but she admitted it. So when they finally took our order we drove around to find no body at the drive thur and no one in side. We received our food, after no hellos or apologies for waiting. Drove home to eat our food, it was stone cold, nothing was hot fries were soggy. Very disappointing and manager came to the window looked at us and ask if we had received our food. I wish I had check it before we left. Very unhappy.
