I tried to call three times and it just rang and rang, tried to call customer service as Dunkin customer service is garbage and they are also so busy with so many calls they can never answer or chat and usually not reply for days on a email. I was going to wait holding for 20 minutes like it said. I call back and the lady who answered who seemed to be a manager couldn't even take the time to look up my order but she admitted on the phone she remembered giving me hot chocolate. Told me she would write it down so I could come in and get coffee. I said "I don't need it know I would like my money back" as I knew I was going to be working well past when they closed and would be passing through for about a week. Even though she knew she messed it up basically stealing my money she said "no refunds unless we get the product back". So I told her I would have to dispute the charge then and she seemed to not care, I was not rude at all to this women and I get if maybe she didn't know she messed it up I could be a scammer but she admitted it. When everyone who came in after me got their drinks and hot food I walked back up to the counter where I was ignored again. Finally I was able to get the attention of someone who quickly put my muffin in a bag and went back to ignoring me. Needless to say, I have spend my last dime at this location.
