Today, I observed an exceptionally high volume of orders--8 cars in the drive-thru, approximately 15 customers inside (mostly DoorDash orders), and a visibly understaffed team working under intense pressure. Despite the overwhelming demand and limited manpower, the staff handled the rush impressively. My order was 100% accurate, and I witnessed the team moving quickly and efficiently to meet everyone's needs. Fulton doesn't have many options to choose from when it comes to food so this location is crucial, and it's clear the employees are doing their best with the resources they have. That said, it's evident they need more support. The current staff is doing an incredible job, but they're stretched thin.
