Stay away because this place is disgusting. Our mistake was in not turning around and leaving 30 seconds after we walked in the door. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by a young man who asked whether we were there for a pick up or to dine in. When we told him we'd like to be seated he instructed us to step into the dining room and he'd have a server seat us. As we did, we heard him yell back to someone that there were customers in the dining room. Almost immediately, we heard someone yell back at him and the two started arguing loudly back and forth. The server came out and seated us and immediately took our drink orders. She wasn't unfriendly, more like indifferent. As soon as we sat down I started noticing how dirty everything was. One of the chairs at our table was so filthy and covered with dried up food that we couldn't even sit in it and I had to exchange it for a chair at another table. The floor of the restaurant didn't appear to have been vacuumed in ages and the carpet was filthy. We ordered our pizzas and they came out quickly and looked pretty good. When I went to grab the pepper shaker, my hand literally stuck to it because of the caked on filth. I touched the salt shaker and red pepper flakes and they were equally as filthy. I took my knife and scraped about 1/8 of an inch of crud from the side of the pepper shaker. These things obviously haven't been washed in months, if ever. At that point we had all lost our appetites so I asked for the check. I made sure to tell the server about the issues and she could not have cared less. If the dining room that everyone sees looks like this, I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. Avoid this place at all cost. We'll never be back. read more

Went here tonight just to treat myself Was a horrible experience, first it took 5 minutes to get seated (fryer was down) after getting seated the waitress was waiting on another party and I overheard her already giving attitude towards them. She finally came to me and said to me in a nasty tone what do you want. Gave her my order went to the salad bar, which was not clean. The lettuce was completely Brown and I refused to eat it after finally getting my drink, she was bringing out the other guest, their food and the customer asked her A question and the waitress completely went off on Her to the point where it was a screening match very unprofessional by the waitress. Needless to say, my experience here tonight was very Unprofessional , I will never give my business to this establishment again read more

Honestly for $20 the triple treat box kinda slaps. You're going to be hard pressed to find a better dollar to calorie ratio elsewhere. The employees at this Pizza Hut were also really friendly so that was a big plus for me. read more

Hands down, worst customer service at any pizza place in Fulton. I've only ever ordered delivery from them, personally. But after that experience, I wouldn't step foot inside their restaurant. The staff are incredibly rude when answering calls, often having to be told the same details repeatedly or they get your order wrong. They will also pick up the phone, then immediately set it down and ignore the call. Tonight, I was left on hold in such a manner for 13 minutes. They've permanently lost my business from here on out. Furthermore, delivery always takes about 30-40 minutes longer than it's supposed to. The food is usually room temperature or cold when it finally reaches you. Best of all? We caught one of their drivers attempting to enter our home without even knocking. Don't give these lowlives and spoiled brats any of your hard earned money. read more

The food is rather okay.. the few times i've had it was alright. usually cold or not cheesy at all. pretty gross in my opinion. i've never been a fan of it but it's just not my thing. usually the staff is fast with food. just not for me. read more

My boyfriend and I went here to eat yesterday March 13,2022. When we walked in no one was around to greet us. A waitress come out and seen us and sat us. The menu was dirty and had not Been wiped off. They had some kind of sauce or grease smear on them. The dinning room floor was filthy throughout the whole place. My boyfriend tried to order a bottle of soda just to be told he had to get a glass they don't allow you to buy the bottle in the dinning area. Ordered a stuff crust and the wait was not long. The pizza come out hot and tasty. Definitely a good pizza. So as far as the food it was Really good I think I'll do take out next time just because of how dirty the dinning area was. read more

Made an online order for a 5:15 pick up about noon today. I get to the store at 5:17 alert says it's ready. Nope cashier very rude wouldn't listen then said oh it was on my back screen, ok not my fault. "Well we are super busy,"again not an excuse we ordered at noon we planned ahead. Manager did nothing I asked for a full refund and she said it would take 48hrs. Funny you took our money immediately though. Never going here again. The last couple times we ordered from here we have had a bad experienc. Today, and the time before this! The last time I walked in and the lady in the back greeted me and said someone will be with me shortly. I waited there with customers that walked in behind me for a good while. Phones kept ringing, nobody answered them. A guy employee finally walked out of the bathroom. Finally I ordered one pepperoni and one cheese. Got two pepperoni! Today was our first time ordering for online pickup. Got an email saying my order was done but they couldn't put it in the portal and to go to the counter with my order number. THEY ONLY HAD HALF MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY GAVE SOME OF IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!! This place is UNREAL! Will not be ordering from here again! Canceled my order and got a refund. read more

Love the small Personal Pan Pizza with crumbly sausage. Just the right amount for one person and boy, the price is right. Get a nice salad and it's a perfect meal. read more

Let's start with the ordering. I downloaded the app specifically for this restaurant and was disappointed when nearly every menu option came back with the response that it wasn't available at my store. I instead used their website which fortunately worked perfectly. After placing my order, a large stuffed crust pizza with extra pepperoni, I waited, and it arrived promptly. It was hot and very tasty, although it didn't contain as much pepperoni as I expected, but I guess my expectations were high considering other places that I've ordered extra pepperoni with, were nearly double what I got from the Hut. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others. read more

Today (10/17/2017) I along with my daughter and son and 3 young grandchildren came to Pizza Hut....We had a very nice young lady who seated my daughter and myself until my son arrived with the children! She took our drink orders and appetizer order that arrived as we had hoped...then the others arrived at which time we ordered the pizzas from our next server, Courtney! She as the first server was..... incredible...I apologize for not having the name of the first server! Everything from start to finish was done in a professional tableside matter! They/she made sure all of out meal needs were met even to the point of asking to serve our first slices of pizza! You are blessed to have these young ladies as part of the Pizza Hut team! read more
