Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by a young man who asked whether we were there for a pick up or to dine in. When we told him we'd like to be seated he instructed us to step into the dining room and he'd have a server seat us. As we did, we heard him yell back to someone that there were customers in the dining room. Almost immediately, we heard someone yell back at him and the two started arguing loudly back and forth. The server came out and seated us and immediately took our drink orders. She wasn't unfriendly, more like indifferent. As soon as we sat down I started noticing how dirty everything was. One of the chairs at our table was so filthy and covered with dried up food that we couldn't even sit in it and I had to exchange it for a chair at another table. The floor of the restaurant didn't appear to have been vacuumed in ages and the carpet was filthy. We ordered our pizzas and they came out quickly and looked pretty good. When I went to grab the pepper shaker, my hand literally stuck to it because of the caked on filth. I touched the salt shaker and red pepper flakes and they were equally as filthy. I took my knife and scraped about 1/8 of an inch of crud from the side of the pepper shaker. These things obviously haven't been washed in months, if ever. At that point we had all lost our appetites so I asked for the check. I made sure to tell the server about the issues and she could not have cared less. If the dining room that everyone sees looks like this, I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. Avoid this place at all cost. We'll never be back.

The lettuce was completely Brown and I refused to eat it after finally getting my drink, she was bringing out the other guest, their food and the customer asked her A question and the waitress completely went off on Her to the point where it was a screening match very unprofessional by the waitress. Needless to say, my experience here tonight was very Unprofessional , I will never give my business to this establishment again

I wish I had check it before we left. Very unhappy.

The decor could use a little updating, but perhaps that's part of what makes this place what it is. I ordered a smashburger. Today, I observed an exceptionally high volume of orders--8 cars in the drive-thru, approximately 15 customers inside (mostly DoorDash orders), and a visibly understaffed team working under intense pressure. Despite the overwhelming demand and limited manpower, the staff handled the rush impressively. My order was 100% accurate, and I witnessed the team moving quickly and efficiently to meet everyone's needs. Fulton doesn't have many options to choose from when it comes to food so this location is crucial, and it's clear the employees are doing their best with the resources they have. That said, it's evident they need more support. The current staff is doing an incredible job, but they're stretched thin.

Today, I want to touch on the community involvement that General Manager Mr. Mosier and Shift Manager Alysa exemplified in helping my classroom earn rewards for their hard work. My special education students LOVE McDonalds. Previously, Mr. Mosier treated my class to 6 piece Chicken McNuggets for their attendance improvement. The students loved this treat and worked hard for the next one that we earned today, February 12. Alysa helped my class get breakfast sandwiches on a 2 for 1 basis where I bought 10 at a great price and she took care of the other 10. This is a testament to McDonalds' great involvement in the Fulton community. I have always loved this location due to how fast I can get through the drive thru and the excellent quality of the food and coffee. Thank you Alysa and Paul for your help in motivating my students during these tough COVID situations where encouraging them to be in school is a need to keep their lives structured and safe.
