If I wanted something that resembled Kool-Aid, I could have easily purchased it at the store for much less. I truly wanted to like this place, and I appreciate the effort they put into offering many choices. However, based on my experience, the quality of the drinks didn't match the expectations set by the menu. I hope they can make improvements, because the concept has a lot of potential. Altogether, I'd give this place a 2/10 I hope to see later improvements.

I call back and the lady who answered who seemed to be a manager couldn't even take the time to look up my order but she admitted on the phone she remembered giving me hot chocolate. Told me she would write it down so I could come in and get coffee. I said "I don't need it know I would like my money back" as I knew I was going to be working well past when they closed and would be passing through for about a week. Even though she knew she messed it up basically stealing my money she said "no refunds unless we get the product back". Unfortunately for me, I only get to go a few times a year when I visit family; but stopping there is always a must! Her donuts are so flavorful, creative, and moist. She also offers half-moons, muffins, brownies, cookies, and a delightful breakfast sandwich with a plain donut as the bun. I've never disliked anything I've tried there, even when going outside of my comfort zone. The owner, THE Heidi herself, is so kind, welcoming, and friendly.
