Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The protein shake I ordered had almost no flavor at all and tasted very chalky, which made it difficult to enjoy. As for the flavored drink I tried specifically the "mermaid juice" ,it tasted very similar to watered-down Kool-Aid. If I wanted something that resembled Kool-Aid, I could have easily purchased it at the store for much less. I truly wanted to like this place, and I appreciate the effort they put into offering many choices. However, based on my experience, the quality of the drinks didn't match the expectations set by the menu. I hope they can make improvements, because the concept has a lot of potential. Altogether, I'd give this place a 2/10 I hope to see later improvements.

You also have the option to create your own bowl, smoothie or parfait along with being able to add/subject any ingredients for the speciality items on the menu. There is seating at the main level and also in an upstairs loft overlooking the first level of the business. Upstairs seating definitely helped to set the vibe while enjoying great music which seemed to be the Crumb's own personal playlist. A big downside for me was the containers and cutlery, which were made from plastic and thrown away after use. There is no option for reusable dishes and cutlery to minimize waste. Parking wasn't an issue for us at 2p on a Saturday - we were able to find on street parking right out front of the business. Although limited parking, you are able to find more parking spaces around the block on the street. If you're downtown in Oswego, give it a try. I will definitely be trying Crumb Açaí Bar again!
