The staff are very friendly, helpful, and good to go to for questions!…read more As an introverted person I personally have a hard time getting myself to go to the gym since you typically have to be around a lot of people, but there are two women only rooms that are small (not too small) so you don't have to worry about having a lot of people around you all at once! The equipment is old but is still in working condition and in good shape considering it's all been used all day every day its what you'd expect from any other gym. I've been going to this gym for almost 2 years now and have only had good experiences! This facility and staff are a lot better in many ways compared to the bigger named gyms that i have been to in the area.

Champions is a *functional* gym but that's largely it. M-F you can get in at 4am. Not many people…read morego there early AM. The men's locker room has lately had a musty smell to it and there's been a sign up stating damage due to "humidity" but nothing ever done about it. Equipment is in severe disrepair and neglected. I've been paying 29.99/month and I honestly can't tell you what the owners use my monthly payment for, it's definitely not gym upkeep. The equipment is run down, rusty, broken and overall gross. You go to clean off any equipment and a rust like color comes off on the towel -- barbells and dumbbells included. Just using weights there makes you feel gross because of how much filth and neglect they've experienced. There's a pool and a hot tub but I've never used them. Given the state of everything else, I couldn't trust it. Mirrors are cracked all over the gym, the ceiling leaks in several spots. For what you are asked to pay and what you get in return -- this place isn't worth it. CNY doesn't have a shortage of quality gyms. Champions misses the mark by a mile.

Far, far from it! I could eat an Acai bowl for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert and never feel cheated and satisfy EVERY craving. When I moved to New York, affectionately named "North Country", I have been having a very hard time finding foods that settle on my ultra picky stomach. I was pleasantly pleased when 3 people recommended this place as serving Acai bowls but hesitant because often Acai is filled with fillers and it is not pure Acai. Additionally, some people your Acai but it really isn't and the taste is off!!!. The storefront is one that you will easily drive past as it states 'yoga studio and juice bar', no word of Acai bowls. Had I not been recommended by locals, I never would have known or attempted to go into this wonderful place. Parking is challenging as it is on a very busy street with multiple street lights sometimes making it hard to back out.. plan on extra time for this. The ambiance of the restaurant is so pretty. Decorated with an antiques country feel. Pops of ivories and teals slice through heavily wooded decor. It is inviting and charming at the same time. A bit messy above the prep area but nonetheless a nice feel. Staff worked well together and were very nice and welcoming. The aromas of the place smelled heavily of fresh citrus.. almost like freshly squeezed orange juice. The Acai bowl was devine! It had strawberries, blueberries, bananas, blackberries, granola, and drizzled with honey. I opted out of the coconut flakes... it was very very good and I will definitely be back.

This coffee shop gives me PNW vibes, which I love. The coffee is great, they make their own oatmilk…read moreand they have a separate kitchen where they make yummy dishes. We've had almost all the hot bowls and the açaí bowls. The thing that knocked it down one star is the baked goods options. I haven't been in a few months, but every time we go, they only have a "healthy" gluten free muffin thing and it's not great. I understand that their coffee shop is focused on healthy and all that, but it would be nice to offer a simple blueberry muffin, or simple chocolate chip cookies for the kids. My daughter did not like the waffle pop either.
