They have quite a few fruit and syrup flavors to offer but very limited mix-ins (just boba and 4 fruit jellys). They offer 6 sweetness levels so you can adjust your drink to your preference but make sure to check with them on the flavor additions to your drink because that changes the sugar level and it can't be sugar free if you add them.

My drink was smooth and not chunky or gritty, which I appreciated. It tasted more like a pineapple smoothie to me though. I barely tasted any coconut flavour. Fortunately, the drink was not too sweet. The amount of tapioca was satisfactory. Service was good. I think this place might be the only bubble tea game in town, so I guess it will do well for that reason. However, I grew up in Toronto (Ontario, Canada) where bubble tea joints are ubiquitous and competition is fierce, so I like my drink to have something special to it that sets it apart from other places. They have a huge variety of smoothies with a whole bunch of real tropical fruits that they add, as well as supplements they add to get any nutrients you may be lacking.
