The RUNDLE Bar & Lounge- My client had just completed delivering a 3-day Signature Program in Calgary, and our event location manager said "let's celebrate by going somewhere really nice." So he drove us into Banff NP. We stopped at Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, Vermillion Lakes, the cascade falls, and then we began driving to the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. What an absolutely beautiful hotel in one of Nature's most breathtaking masterpieces. The beautiful earth-toned cream colored hotel climbs from the lower mountain side and stands beautifully amongst the tall pines surrounding it. We made our way to the Vermillion Bar, where are post worked back in his college days, and were greeted by a super sweet server, Ayala, who lit up whenever she laughed and smiled with you. We enjoyed cocktails, beef, tartare, veggie Credit, charred, avocado, and a unique presentation of hot wings I've never had before - the actual wing that has two bones in it was pre-cut down the middle so you were served the 2 halves as their own individual wing. Great flavors and it was very unique and enjoyable. All of it was delicious and undeniably yummy, and fairly priced for such an elegant location. We were expecting a much higher price point and were delightfully surprised to see that even though it is a luxury location, it was not price gouging or ridiculously inflated that one often finds in so many other locations that are "elegant or nice". If you have the opportunity to treat yourself to a very beautiful sunset under the majestic Mount Rundle, and want to enjoy a modern setting in a historic landmark, this is absolutely a visit you must make while in Banff National Park. I did not get to stay here, but I did spend a few minutes walking around this beautiful hotel. The Fairmont Banff Springs (or Banff Springs Hotel) is located inside Banff National Park. I was on my way to the Banff Gondola when I stopped here. The hot springs are also located nearby. The original hotel opened in 1888 and has gone through several major renovations and expansions since then. Even if you are not staying here, you have to check this place out. I mostly walked around the outside of the hotel and in the main lobby. Fairmont Banff Springs has two main accommodation areas - the Gatehouse and the historic Main Building. It has a Châteauesque design to it. I love how the hotel stands out within the surrounding Valley. I could even see it from Sulphur Mountain when I rode the gondola to the top. The Banff Springs Hotel has over seven hundred guest rooms and several event spaces. This hotel is worth seeing in person for its size and stunning architecture if you are in the area. read more

Wow what an amazing spot. This is a real castle. It's vast and you could spend a day wandering around. The stones were quarried literally down the river. Sbb n d there are c all kinds of books and crannies. It's unbelievably expensive and touristy but b also beautiful and you can almost see the folks from the 1880s wandering the gardens. And you can walk out the back and be on miles of trails. Banff itself is crazy crowded and so is this place. The rooms are what you expect. It's over a hundred years old. Still the bathrooms are renovated. Given the cost I'm not sure I'd stay too long but it's a piece of history! read more

We didn't actually stay at this hotel, but we were able to dine in The Vermillion Room, a brasserie inside the hotel on the first mezzanine floor. This review is for the warm and welcoming hospitality from the employees here, even though we weren't hotel guests. We saw this amazing structure while we took the Banff Gondola up to the top of Sulphur Mountain. We just had to stop and take a look at this gorgeous hotel before trekking back to Radium Hot Springs, where we're staying at a timeshare for the week. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We've seen quite a few old historic hotels during our travels, and this one is in the top 5 for sure! As we walked around inside, we noticed a few food options and decided to try the French cuisine option. The lady at the entrance was super friendly and welcoming. Go for a day for just the view in the back! Best view in Banff! My mother and I spent a whole week in Banff and one of the days we spent a whole day at Fairmont Banff Springs. We did not stay there because they were booked the days that we wanted and we didn't wanna be going back-and-forth and back-and-forth between hotels just to stay there. So we decided to do a day there, which is perfect because that is all you need! (I heard the rooms are really small and for the price you pay I don't think so. We need a lot of space !) We stayed at hotel Canoe and Suites, which was huge! And brand new so that's probably why their rooms are nice and big! We did the afternoon tea, make sure to make a reservation way in advance because it's whoever makes the reservation first that gets the window seat. they still let us sit over there for pictures though, but that was disappointing that we couldn't sit by the window, but the tea was great! The food not so much but tea was good. That's another review. Then we went to the spa. Very very nice spa. (Not as great as the fountainbleau in Las Vegas but it's been here for years !) There's a relaxation room that no one ever goes in apparently because I could go take a nap in there, there's private pools for the spa and an indoor pool and outdoor pool three different hot tubs with different temperatures, coed living room with snacks and tea, overall good spa experience as well. We had the 45 minute massage and that was good enough for me. Then we did the dinner at the steakhouse and that was really great as well. But in between those activities, we checked out the convention center, the old ballroom which made me want to dance and host a ball because it was just so pretty, the lobby is gorgeous, shops are cute, but the view in the back is spectacular! Definitely go just for the view in the back. One of the best of views in Banff! They also have apparently a hidden bookcase entrance downstairs at the Rundle bar, which I forgot to check out. They used to have a historic museum on the second floor, but we were sad that it was no longer there and had been moved. They also do a tour which I wanted to do, but they only offer the Tour to guests. Mean. So maybe stay there for a night just for the tour? Also be sure to check out the statue in the front who's pointing towards the view, that was an interesting story from one of our other tours. Apparently, the rooms used to face the wrong way, and not the view or the entrance, but then after some renovations, they flipped it. The statue (original owner or buyer) was mad originally because the hotel was facing the wrong way. So I guess they made sure to make a statue of him pointing the right direction.! The staff there was all very friendly though, of course it varied per person, but we were up so early and there so early in the morning that I think we snuck into the VIP area, but no one seemed to mind and it was great because we could get pictures without a bunch of people around . Parking is easy they have a parking lot. Which both of the restaurants on the spa will validate. So then it's free. There's also some free parking along the street but if you're going to the restaurant or the spa, you might as well just park in the parking lot. Overall, I would just go for the day because I did love this hotel, or stay for at least one night just so you can do the tour, but also make sure you get the view from across the street. I must say we stayed at the Fairmont in Jasper , the Fairmont, Jasper Lodge, and they were amazing as well, so they have a new loyalty member in me! I can't wait for another Fairmont visit. read more

The building itself is impressive. We pulled up and I felt like it was something right out of Harry Potter. And the inside of the hotel is just as beautiful. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a magnificent view of the mountain. The hotel is quite large. I personally like smaller boutique hotels better and this was a little crowded for my liking, but i thought for such a large hotel the service was quite good. The spa: I highly recommend a day here. I enjoyed their facilities both before and after a very relaxing massage with Mel. The massage was much needed after a week of hiking. The restaurants: - We enjoyed a daily complimentary breakfast (thanks to our travel agent) at the beautiful vermillion room. The food was great as well (highly recommend the waffles from the buffet) - we also ate at rundle bar twice. Once outside where we also enjoyed the most spectacular view and again the last night when we didn't want to brave the rain to head to town. Transportation: Banff is incredibly busy and we quickly discovered it was impossible to park anywhere. While the hotel surprisingly doesn't offer shuttles they give you bus passes for your stay and the bus conveniently picks you up right outside the hotel. Location: The bus made it convenient, but it's about a 30 min walk to town and we also found tunnel mountain (great hike) to be in walking distance. Took us about 30-40 min to walk there before. Concierge: Their team did a great job of lining up all our activities and restaurants before our stay. I contacted them 6 months ahead of time, which I'd recommend if coming to Banff during the busy summer months. All of their recommendations were great with the exception of Canmore fishing. When we mentioned our less than stellar experience with Christine (concierge manager) she sent us a food and beverage credit to make up for it which was above and beyond. This was where I was told was the place to stay so we didn't look into other options. We did meet another couple who raved about their stay at the Moxy (new Marriott hotel in town). Since we are a Marriott family I may look into that for the future, but overall was quite satisfied with our stay at the Fairmont. read more

The staff is incredibly hospitable, Jessica and the manager at the Ramsey bar and our housekeeper Taeji in the gateway house made our stay extra special. The breakfast buffet at the Vermillion Room is 5 stars and a little tip if the line to be seated is too long go straight to the bar it has full service, the BEST view along with the nicest bartenders! Make sure to check out the Adventure Center and get a list of the activities for the day, the history tour of the hotel was really cool and the snow bikes made exploring the landscape so much fun. First time in Banff, and this Fairmont Hotel. It is an absolute treasure, iconic in every way. Originally opened in 1888 (with updates since), it is listed as a Canadian Historical Site. Practically everything is impressive about this place. The size, the quality, the service, all are on display. The service by all of the staff that we interacted with, was professional and friendly (sometimes big/fancy hotels can be snobby). Our room was a good size, with nice amenities, updated bathroom plumbing, and a quality mattress. Lots of restaurants, coffeeshop, boutiques, etc right in the hotel. Tried out the pools and hot tubs, and they were amazingly good. The outdoor pool temperature was the perfect temperature to just walk into (from an inside door). The restaurants (in a separate review) gave you lots of choices. Super happy with this hotel. Fairmonts are becoming a new favorite of mine. read more

The Fairmont in Banff is stunning and filled with history. This hotel has more than enough to offer. Our rooms were pristine and comfortable. I asked to be moved to a room with a shower and they immediately accommodated me. This hotel has gorgeous shops and galleries located downstairs and they offer a beautiful spa with many services. The grab and go area has delicious food and many things are made to order. The prices were reasonable and the sandwiches we tried were tasty. The star of this hotel was the pool area. Theres an indoor, hot tub and outdoor pool with breathtaking views. The outdoor pool is heated, and very relaxing. Though it was cold out it, it was fabulous. There's an easy bus stop to use if you want to go into downtown Banff. Banff should be on everyone's bucket list along with staying at this hotel. The hotel has special events and plenty of options for dining. They have a gold star upgrade option that includes some daily meals. This was a memorable stay at a beautiful location. read more

I've left A LOT of five star reviews from our time in Alberta, but Fairmont won't be one of those. To be clear, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They made you feel, to the extent they could, as if you were the only person at the hotel. Someone brought up an un-requested complimentary dessert (which was delicious). But the hotel has outgrown its shoes. Where to start? Well, the hotel has five elevator shafts. I say shafts because only two elevators were functional at any one time during our stay. Considering there are 750+ operational rooms across nine floors AND NO STAIRCASE EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCIES, you can expect to wait 20+ minutes for each ride. You will have a similar experience with the breakfast buffet and waiting for seating (again, not staffs' fault). If you are Amex Platinum or above, even if you check in early, you can forget a room upgrade--it's just too busy. Okay, now back to the good stuff. Staff, again, were wonderful. They made sure you knew about the free history tour (worth going to), they made sure you were prepared for your free bike rental (worth at least a trip downtown), and they had plenty of places to suggest in the area. Breakfast was great, Waldhaus (on-property restaurant) was better. Breakfast is, more or less, a fanci-fied hotel breakfast buffet. There was a huge variety of options available, and the service staff is wonderfully attentive, but at the end of the day, eggs and potatoes are eggs and potatoes. The Waldhaus was a different story. The Jaegerschnitzel and apple strudel were to die for. The pretzels were delicious (the beer cheese was quite good) and both their alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink options were great. The views from Fairmont Banff, especially the outside heated pool area, are otherworldly. Visiting a hotel so steeped in history is a special experience. I'm just not sold on the difference between visiting the property as a guest from the nearby Best Western (+) and spending hundreds of extra dollars to wait for an hour while people fight rudely over elevator access and step on older ladies' toes to retain their semblance of control. The view from the room is hard to argue with, though. read more

Basically this is a village and you don't have to go anywhere, that's the premium price you pay. The views are spectacular in every room/space you go to!!!but you will be paying premium prices...they also offer the free bus passes. If you are looking for a spacious room, you won't find it. It is a lot smaller. It'll take you at least two days to get to know the property. I have heard that the spa at Fairmont is better than the Upper Hot Springs...will update once I go on Thursday. The best hotel to stay at if visiting Banff! I highly recommend upgrading your room to the Gold experience. It costs a little bit more, but it is well worth it! The gold experience includes daily breakfast, dinner time snacks/ appetizers, and desserts. They have a buffet lounge area that is always stocked with water, coffee, and refreshments at all times. The complimentary food/ drinks alone is worth the gold experience upgrade. The hotel is nicely designed. Modern in room technology. Loved that they have Le Labo toiletries. Bathroom is a bit small. We went in mid October and came on a day that snowed. Being at this hotel was like being in a movie. The hotel is located in a good area. It is less than a 5 minutes drive to downtown Banff. There's a lot of restaurants and shopping stores in downtown. There's a few hikes nearby. The gondola is a short drive up the mountain. read more

Let me start out with all the positives of which there are many. - The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It offers spectacular views. - The hotel also boasts a number of very nice restaurants. - The hotel staff are polite, responsive and courteous. - it's a bit of a maze inside but that's also part of the charm. In my opinion it's a gorgeous hotel inside and out. Now for the reason for the 3 stars. - my room was insanely hot the first night. Even after the maintenance folks came it was hot. Initially, the bathroom was measured at 41C by the maintenance staff. - The first night was horrible -- very difficulty to sleep even with all the windows open -- and to their credit they they did provide a generous coupon for dining at the vermillion. While the room was okay during the day, the it started to get very hot again the second night. I'm not sure what the problem is but if you can't maintain a proper temperature in the room, regardless of how good the service and decor is, it's unacceptable. - The toilet in the bathroom is very poorly placed -- makes it very uncomfortable. So a great hotel in many ways but needs to improve on some very important fundamentals. read more

Amazing outdoor pool. Love the outdoor skating rink in winter time. And beautiful views of the golf course year round. I love the fairmont castle. No visit to banff is complete without a visit here. I've stayed here many times and the rooms are basic and typical for a fairmont room. But most people stay here to go to the pool or use the grounds for their stay. I love hiking the trails behind the grounds near the bow river. And my favourite thing to do here is cycle the golf course in the summer time. The cycle trail is my favourite loop trail in banff and it is relatively easy snd secluded. Not many people ride here except the locals. So as a local from alberta. The secret it out! This course regularly has a herd of elk seen from the trail so keep your distance and admire them from afar as they can be quite dangerous. Dont miss out on the outdoor hot tub. It is alot nicer than the hot springs in banff. And they have an Olympic size lap pool and hot tub inside. I love this place! read more

This hotel and surrounding area is so fun to explore! I had the privilege of staying here for two nights on a work trip and fell in love with "The Living Room" of the Fairmont Banff Springs. It is the perfect quiet spot to relax or get some work done. Right next to it, connected by a doorway is the "Adventure Center" where you can find several things to do and also a water bottle filler. You can take one of the Dog Ambassadors (either Bear and Lilly) out for a walk in the morning (by reservation only, we found out!). It's a 1-party walk, and the Dog Ambassador leads you around Bow Falls and back to the hotel! You can also rent bikes for free or e-bikes for $10-$15/hr. The indoor and outdoor pool are awesome. You can slip right from the indoor pool area into the heated pool that's outside! The hotel gym had some of the best equipment I've seen in a hotel gym -- an actual squat rack (not a smith machine) and a bench. Plenty of cardio machines and free weights. I wish I had taken more photos but also didn't wanna invade peoples gym privacy. The room had a lovely view of the mountainside. The bed was comfortable and loved the room decor. I loved the scent of the body wash and conditioner. And make sure to grab the Fairmont his & hers slippers. I had heard about the several ghost stories about the hotel. I even stayed on level 8 where room 873 no longer exists because of an apparent murder and ghosts that still haunt the hotel. But I didn't see or hear anything strange. Also, near the Heritage Hall, a photo hangs with a story of the ghost bride who met her demise on her wedding day and has been seen dancing in the ballroom years later. The food we had was catered by the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised at every meal. Everything we had was delicious, the dessert table was always wow. I didn't get a chance to grab a cocktail at the Rundle bar, but I had seen on TikTok about the fun secret bar entrance :) I was a little sad when I realized you could just walk in the other way like normal haha! I loved walking all around this beautiful hotel. It's definitely iconic and I loved reading about the history in their Heritage Hall and seeing all of the old photographs. read more

This was one of the hotel my husband and I stayed in during our honeymoon in Banff. My parents recommended us to stay here for a few days since they took me here when I was younger and had a great experience. I had inquired about a honeymoon suite that wasn't too crazy expensive and they recommended we stay at the gatehouse suite view with a king bed. Our reservation had 2 queen beds but when I spoke to someone days before we arrived, she said she switched it to 1 king bed but when we got to the hotel, the change apparently never happened. We expressed multiple times that we wanted a king bed over 2 queen beds thinking the change was made but apparently not. It was annoying that the person who checked us in basically said we should have initially made the reservation with a king bed rather than 2 queens. Wasn't a great experience. When we got to the hotel, we had the option to self park ($32) or valet ($40) but since it was our honeymoon, my husband decided to just valet. The check in process was just like any typical hotel, nothing special. Our bags were taken from the car and brought to our room. When we got to our room, our first impression was it seemed old and the view wasn't that great. Definitely expected more considering the $$$$ we paid for it. We found old dirty socks in a drawer which was gross and they gave us a birthday card instead of a congratulations card (not a big deal, thought it was funny haha). It was sweet that they also gave us wine and snacks to celebrate our wedding. But they also kept messing up our names which got annoying lol Overall, the hotel definitely has a lot of history but I don't think we'd ever pay $$$ to stay here again. We thought it was a waste of money since the town was so close by. We could have stayed at a different hotel with a similar view for much cheaper. read more

Great staff that try their best to accommodate their guests but some things need improvement. We were expecting two full size beds but there was only one, and my niece really didn't want to sleep with her 84 year old grandmother. Sure, the small print indicated that there was no guarantee when it comes to beds but room roulette is not a good business practice. If you book a room expecting two beds there needs to be two beds. Other than the bed snafu the hotel is great and the grounds are beautiful. read more

If you like overpriced, glitz, and huge hotels, then this one is for you. The hotel is in an historic building, vast and maze-like, with over 600 guest rooms. The lobby and common rooms are beautifully appointed, and there are high-end boutiques throughout. With all this luxury, the rooms are small, and many have terrible views, some rooms even facing walls. The bathroom in our room was so tiny that one person could barely fit in it, and we had to step over the toilet to get in the shower. And the door got in the way every time we went in and out. Also, the make-up mirror was so low that it only came to my chest. Ridiculous. I don't know how they get away charging so much. Additionally, if you eat at any of the restaurants, you most likely won't get out of there without $100+ bill. Oh, and the staff? While professional and competent, they lacked warmth and personality. Except for Ben at the Adveventure Center, when we hired bikes to ride. He was truly helpful and friendly. read more

In fact the first night she was there she ran into the ghost bride picture by the stairs near the ladies powder room inside the Vermilion Restaurant & had to capture a pic! We were blessed with great weather here for the three nights we stayed that we didn't even have much time to explore the hotel itself but did find out they do weddings here every day! Yes EVERY DAY!!! We have to complain that their bathroom was the tiniest one ever except for one we had in Carmel was so small though so they were neck in neck in the running contest. That closet was big enough to sleep in & kept closing after one would open it & hang clothes. Kind of creepy. Omgosh! We didn't have much of a view in fact we think we were above the reception area bc we could hear loud noises around evening time. Party time on second floor & we were on the third floor. Probably will not return to spend the night after Jennifer's descriptive haunting story of their friend staying here. Wifey can no longer sleep in the dark! Thanks Jennifer! LOLOLOL There were plenty of other places to stay you can see in town. In fact they were filming Wilderness a Netflix film for next year where it was said to be set in Yosemite but filmed it next to the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel! Pretty cool! If you're staying here the food is decent in the Vermillion room, Stock for quick food & a small grocery market nearby or you could walk into town. Stay if you dare! The Fairmont helped make our trip to Banff even more memorable and special. It looks like a castle in the middle of the mountains, every window you look out you've got an amazing view. During the winter it was beautiful seeing all of the snow capped mountains. From the Banff gondola and one of our hiking trails you could look down at the hotel, and it reminded us of Hogwarts from Harry Potter lol We spent one of our afternoons at the spa, and it was wonderful. We booked massages and then afterwards spent time in the different hot tubes they had. There was several, one in the locker room, one outdoors with a killer view, and then different ones indoors that were different temperatures. Our room was nice, and enjoyed the unique set up. It wasn't your typical rectangular hotel room, this bad character to it. My only two qualms were that the bathroom was very tiny. Shower was extremely small, like you had to maneuver yourself around just to shut the door. The lighting in the room was also very dim, making it hard to get dressed and see to do your make up. But overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly! read more

Outstanding! The Banff Springs Hotel had been on my bucket list since the mid-1980s, when I had wandered through their lobby as part of a student exchange program. I was beyond excited to be staying at the "Castle in the Rockies", even with the high season post-pandemic price tag. We arrived a bit late for our Afternoon Tea reservation and so checked in after that. On check in, we were offered free parking and breakfast to enjoy in our stay. Nice! This resort is so beautiful and while I normally resent not getting a bedside table for my phone, etc, I was delighted to have a window seat with mountain views instead. We had a spacious corner suite with two queens and mountain views from all of the windows. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Nice products in the washroom. The restaurants, golf and the spa at the hotel were similarly terrific. We barely left the resort during our stay, choosing to take it all in. read more

Crazy huge historic hotel, surrounded by the beauty of Banff National Park. Lovely walking trail along the Bow River to the downtown Banff area, where you can rub elbows with hundreds of tourists and shop to your heart's content! Hiking trails and lookouts abound in the area. But we mostly enjoyed eating in the numerous bar choices in the hotel, one of which was the Patio Bar with a gorgeous view of nearby mountains. Drink in the beauty as well as the cocktail! It was Canada Thanksgiving weekend, so restaurants were full. Weather was outstanding! read more

All of that and a bag of chips!! Eek. The castle on the hills. The haunted one at that!! Eek x 100. I've been to Banff before but in summer and without staying at this hotel. Banff trip isn't a Banff trip unless you stay here: K?! So I came and for my birthday last week: which was also Easter weekend/ spring break! It was SO busy. Glad I booked ahead. The castle!' I came for the castle. And that haunted vibes with all that history: total cherry on top with a chef kiss!! The views/ I went up Banff gondola first since I got here early. Then came here and look at that same sulphur mountain summit from here: I can't decide which view is better. But it's so cool that you can see this chateau from summit up above 8500 feet elevation. It's that grand. Made me feel like I was in a West Anderson movie! Like grand Budapest hotel but much grander with so much history! The historic halls were the best. The ghost bride: the Marilyn Monroe's visit! The $1 special menu with the chinas used for royal family visit!! Eeek! So MUCH history!! And the views. Room views! The terrace views! The bar views! The gazebo views!!! I even walked around late night to get a glimpse of that ghost bride but no such luck for me :) Overall: birthday in Banff!! With this castle stay? It was perfect! I was debating between this and Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Glad I made it here. The coolest castle!! All hotel stays should be this cool, interesting, exciting, stunning, gorgeous with so much history. I love it! read more

It's hard to describe our experience staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs. But we loved it so much that we extended our stay an extra night. Fairmont Banff Springs is absolutely majestic when you're arriving, and every taxi driver is eager to talk about the incredible history of the castle and it's builder. All of the staff we encountered were amazingly helpful and accommodating. The coffee shop on the first floor is open 24 hours, and after traveling to 30 countries, my fiancee said the mocha served here was the best she's ever had. The rooms are lovely and modern. Bed is comfy enough to make it difficult to leave. THE VIEWS. From every level, the restaurants, the bar, the front door, everywhere. Choose a room with a view. The mountain views from all over the property are UNMATCHED, and will keep us coming back to Banff and the Fairmont in the future. There are a few trails that can be accessed fairly quickly from the property. The Bow Falls are about a 10-minute walk with beautiful views. You can also take a 15-20 minute walk into town or towards other trails. We enjoyed both Vermillion and Rundle Bar for good food and drinks. If you're choosing Fairmont Banff Springs, would highly recommend spending time on the property to enjoy the amenities. There are many daily activities that the hotel offers and I wish we had more time to enjoy a few more. read more

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. We came in the spring to ski. We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool with a drink each evening. The Rundle Bar was a a beautiful way to end each evening. We loved the Lobster Roll and Beef Tartare, and our son ate all the dumplings we ordered. The bus shuttle came right to the hotel and was an easy way to get to and from downtown for evening dinner. We did enjoy one night at the Waldhaus, which was a short walk from the hotel. Their fondue was on point. The room service, staff, everyone was so nice. read more

Look, the staff is amazing. They are for the most part well trained, and have the guests experience first in their minds. But their Internet is so slow. I ran it in the parking lot chasing cold maple syrup. Now, when pressed their management team gave the party line of we're working on it Blah blah blah. This to me as a business person is quite unacceptable for a property that charges $1500 a night their Internet should be unsurpassed! It is not. When pressed on this fact, they did not offer any solution nor did they offer any refund or monies off any future Bookings, which says to me they simply don't care so sad so sad if I were you and you were looking for a complete package don't stay here because they bring you just so far and then leave you hanging read more
