Hi-ya! Moose suites was a great hotel. It's super clean, good staff and next to the Roam transit and shopping areas. When you first walk in the lobby check in area is next to the large sitting area with a big fireplace that is hot enough to warm you but not make the place uncomfortable. The rooms are very well maintained and so are the walkways, fitness center, sauna, jacuzzis (2 large ones) and pool. The restaurant that is nothing the hotel we didn't eat at, but I ordered and old fashioned and it was good and strong, but no black cherry, but that was fine. The sauna was so clean and it felt great to warm up more in the mornings and relax in the jacuzzis after a hike in the evenings. The jets were powerful and the views from that area overlook the the mountains and the gondola an Norquay. This hotel was great, only one thing really, the laundry room at 2 washers and 2 dryers which were of good quality, but one was down. We stayed here for 6 days and i thought that was a good amount of time without it becoming too day to day feeling. 5 stars because we had a great time there AND they provided loaner bear sprays for all of us. I don't know if they can do it for everyone, but that saves you at lease 35 bucks for each spray that you can't take back in the flight if you do t use (and don't check bags). Wonderful rooms right on the main hotel region. Absolutely wonderful spa and rooftop hot tub. Would stay here again for sure. 2 (very small) reasons it's not 5 star amazing: 1) Walking to and from hot tub outside was a bit challenging in frigid weather. I guess I'm not Canadian, and I got used to it, but having a bit more wind protection on the exterior walkways would have been nice - or warmer robes.... Not an issue in summer and not a huge deal in winter but worth knowing. 2) Restaurant isn't great. Mid level chain place. Much better options in town. My husband and I went on our honeymoon in early June and I will say I planned none of this trip and my husband surprised me with all of it. He couldn't have picked a better hotel. The views were beautiful and everything was within walking distance. One thing I did not know it is very bright very late in Canada in this area, but they already thought ahead of you and there are double curtains in order to completely black out the room so you can get a nice snooze. They also have a rooftop style hot tub Jacuzzi, heated pool, and sauna. If you need to do laundry, there is laundry machines available. There is currency exchange available if you ask the check in desk and the staff is incredibly friendly. To me this was a trip of a lifetime and the moose hotel was truly the cherry on top. read more

We stayed here for 6 days while hiking and site seeing in Banff. Loved it. The cabin feel fit in well with the Banff vibe. We got a suite so we had some extra room. We had a small kitchenette which allowed us to grab some English muffins, peanut butter, and cinnamon rolls from the nearby IGA and have breakfast in our room to get an early start on some of the hikes. They have a toaster and microwave and a small kitchen table for use. Our king sized bed and pillows were comfy. The room was dark and we could make our room cold enough for cozy sleeping. TVs were large but I have to say, we only turned them on once. Staff was super helpful. We wanted to eat at this one restaurant and were having trouble getting a reservation before 9pm and we asked for help at the front desk and they were able to get us a reservation for an hour earlier. Housekeeping was fabulous. They visited our room each day for fresh towels and making beds. I used the spa for a pedicure and Hailey did a great job. The spa also has its own hot tub in the 3rd floor patio. I sat out there as my toes dried. Very nice. I also went to the restaurant area and got a hot latte to go. No problem making one for me without having to sit in the restaurant. They have parking in a below ground ramp which was convenient. The hotels location was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We stayed here for 5 nights for skiing and could be happier. The location was perfect for us as it was in a short walk to everything, but not in the middle of the party, so noise was not an issue. Our flight was delayed and they called to check in on us since we hadn't arrived yet. Check in was easy when we did arrive and the free parking is amazing! It is first come first serve and it was never an issue finding a spot. There is a free bus that takes you to Sunshine just 25 yards from the front door. The ski lockers were conveniently located and you could enter directly from the outside. The lobby is nice and woodsy and the amazing fireplace anchors the space. We used the indoor pool and the two outdoor hot tubs everyday after skiing. There was also a sauna that was never that crowded. All of this is on the roof, which had amazing views and you could look down at the main road. The room itself was nicely furnished, again in a woodsy theme. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure strong. The lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were high end and we wanted to purchase some to take home, but did not have space. The room also had robes and the towels were soft. The staff is friendly and I loved learning each place where they're from. I highly recommend this place for skiiing. read more

Stayed here from 6/13-6/16. In town for the Banff half and 10K. I'm SO glad I chose this hotel! Logistically it was perfect for the race bc i could just walk to Central Park where the race starts. Thought about blowing my whole budget and staying at the Fairmont, but so glad I didn't bc logistically the Moose is a way better location. It's in the heart of Banff Ave and I really enjoyed being able to walk to everything at my doorstep. The rooms were spacious (felt like little apartments) w a living room and kitchenette also. Best part was they also have a spa! Meadow spa was so accommodating and pleasant to book treatments with. Ask for Leonardo for your massages. He was so good I had a massage every day I was there after my tiring days of ruining/hiking. He's the best! Also enjoyed the hot tub w the nice views. We stayed here for 6 nights. Loved the location, not in the hub of crazy numbers of people. It's a short walk into town, close to good restaurants. We love the hotel restaurant!! Yummy food. We appreciated Charles at our waiter, as he made great recommendations and made sure he met all of our needs, even when he was swamped on a busy weekend night!! Loved the smell of burning firewood inside!! Great reception staff, very cordial, always smiling. Beautiful facilities. The gym could use some upgrading with a universal machine and others. Very much enjoyed our stay at the Moose. Great location at the end of the strip in Banff- pretty much everything is walkable, and the grocery store and bus stop are just a 2 min walk. They also have free underground parking. We had the 2 bedroom family suite with 2 baths and a living room- comfortable and functional. They have a kitchenette with a microwave, but no stove so it's light cooking only, with an oversized dorm fridge that's adequate. Free Keurig pods every day. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Very nice hot tubs with a view of the mountains, the highlight of apres-ski. They also have a pool, sauna and fitness center. They don't however, have any resort activities which would be a nice touch. But we would definitely stay here again. read more

We wanted accommodations for our family of four: two parents and two 20 YO boys to enjoy Banff and the three local ski resorts. Being used to skiing in Colorado, Banff is great. 90 minute drive from the Calgary airport. Direct flights from Atlanta. And the lift tickets are significantly less expensive than in the US. The US to Canadian dollar helps offset what feels like expensive food and groceries. Pros: City central, pool, hot tub, sauna. Condo style accommodations with two bedrooms and a living room and tiny kitchenette with a microwave and dorm size fridge, basic silverware and plates/bowls. Free parking. They have ski gear locker storage. Shuttle service to the three ski lodges are available right outside of the hotel. We paid to be in a nicer place. Cons: The couch is super uncomfortable for more than 2 people. There are only kitchen chair options for other people. When you've skied all day and then hot tub and want to watch a movie with your family, this is not the place for you. A sight upgrade to the couch cushions or adding another arm chair or two would make it so nice. There also is only the basic tv channels, no Roku or smartTv. Fortunately I had a laptop to stream a movie and maneuver the table and chairs so we could watch from my computer. It feels a bit dated for the really high price they charge, even when it's kind of the end of the season. We also ended up with rain every day, but you can't blame the lodge for that. It just speaks to the fact this is the end of the season, not high season pricing. read more

Why 4 stars? Because our experience here was really enjoyable. --- --- --- Not that we will be coming to Banff on any kind of regular basis, but it would feel weird to come back here and not stay at this hotel. We actually chose it because of the great reviews, and the fact that we had a golden retriever named Moose who went to puppy heaven last year, so there was an extra sentimental driver at play here. The location is pretty prime. We were tempted to stay at the Fairmont, but while the Fairmont is amazing to look at, it's a substantial walk to get into Downtown Banff. We were very happy with our decision. My only real complaint are the pillows. They are soft and lumpy. I understand pillows are very personal to everyone's own preferences, but my preferences are firmly in the firm pillow camp. The only silver lining to the end of a Banff vacation is to return home to your own bed (and pillows). The bed itself was great. The shower was pretty awesome. The heated pools and sauna on the fourth floor were amazing. There was also a water refill station up there, which we took advantage of many times. We had to move rooms for a reason that's not important. But the bottom line is that the employees who helped us with that transition could not have been more amazing. And the second room ended up being a suite, which we didn't need, but it was super nice. It even included a fireplace, which we also didn't need, but it was nice to look at. Parking under the building was very easy, and most importantly, free. To cap off the experience, we purchased a plush Moose for our son and to help cherish the memory of our beloved pup. read more

Much prefer The Moose to the Mt Royal where we stayed two years ago. While Mt. Royal was fine - the staff at the Moose were so much more accommodating, the lobby and lodge vibe very cozy and the rooftop area larger and prettier. Also, the dining room offers a quick, uncomplicated and yummy breakfast perfect for before skiing. Great location too. Would definitely stay again. When the lobby was quiet with no one else in line to check in, she spent a lot of time helping me plan my days and my hikes. Stayed at this hotel with my husband on my trip to Banff for 3 nights in October. It's value for money because you are basically living in the main area having all the great restaurants, bars and shops. Everything is pretty much 2-3 mins walk. The suites are great, having a fireplace, tv and couch in the sitting area with a small dining table on the side. The room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utilities. The bedroom is decent in terms of space. The bed is super comfortable and I get the best sleep during my stay. The bathroom is clean and modern. Loved the foaming hand wash as well as the body wash. The check-in area is awesome with real wood burning fireplace throughout the day. We reached around 3 pm so we had to wait a little as the check in was at 4 pm. There is onsite restaurant named Pacini which is good to have breakfast. Overall had a pleasant stay! I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Our stay was just ok. The property itself is nice and very convenient. You're about 2 short blocks from most restaurants and the roam stops. You miss most of the traffic coming into town and there is a free lot under the building with 1 tesla charger and 2 generic chargers. We were usually able to charge but there is also a super charger in town. They don't seem to monitor the parking, which surprised me. The rooftop hotpools are nice with a pretty view, heated pool deck and fire pit. They could use a bar and a few attendants stationed up here. We had a deluxe hotel room which is a stretch. The bathroom is nice but otherwise the room was small and basic. Just big enough for two queens and a tiny table. Almost all are located on the first floor and during our stay there were big groups with lots of kids screaming and running up and down corridors, slamming doors, people playing music and so forth. At $700 a night, I would not stay again. This place feels geared toward the 1 and 2 br suites but at $1k+/night... well I just don't think I'll be back. read more

How pet friendly ARE you? Dog-owners may want to think twice...I just returned to Moose Hotel after having just been there two weeks ago. I brought my dog last time, as they boast their "pet friendly" perks. I called ahead, let staff know, and they added a $20 pet fee to the room. I had no issue whatsoever the first time I visited. This second time, however...what a headache. Moose did not disappoint in the problem department. . And hell, it ain't cheap honey. After check in at 2pm, while out at Lake Louise for a few hours, I received a call that my "dog is barking."Usually we will bring him for a hike, but he's older so we left him to rest while we did a tougher hike. Nevertheless, we were told to come back asap. And transparency here...he might bark for 10 minutes in a new place, but then we are good to go. After returning, I was then told I "was not allowed to leave my pet unattended in the room." Huh??? This meant no dinners out, no errands run, no spa moment--nothing. Things I was never told on the phone when I spoke to the hotel manager upon making my reservation. Now--let me be clear--I travel for work, and bring my dog with me and I've never once had a problem at any dog-friendly hotel. In fact, I'm in Calgary working for the past two months, staying in a hotel. Not one problem arose. You'd think Moose in Banff (that charged us $900 a night) would have been more accommodating. Especially with their "pet friendly suites". What a crock. Anyhow, let's get back on track. We head back from Lake Louise; no problem. Get to the room, no barking is happening. So we try to make a new plan for the afternoon. And guess what?? Telephone rings. It's the front desk AGAIN. "We have a noise complaint. Your dog is barking." Well, this was impossible, as I was sitting in the hotel room with my dog, watching him nap. Now you're starting to test my patience. I can only imagine what parents crying babies must deal with. Or do they have a policy for babies, too? Needless to say, staff was completely unhelpful in making our experience a happy one. Again, if you boast yourselves as a dog-friendly hotel, put your money where your mouth is. And do NOT throw a "pet policy" at me when I'm already checked in, especially when you never mentioned anything upon my initial phone call to you. It's unprofessional, poor form. You tell me I need to hire a sitter while I go to dinner? You must be joking. He's a dog. He's 10 years old. He's 25 pounds. Oh and if you want to laugh, Moose staff were SO KIND to tell us we were "allowed" to use the hot tub and leave our dog in the room. WOW, how special. It's really a cute hotel, overpriced as shit, certainly not a place I'd return to for the 5 headaches they caused. Woof. read more

The good- great location, impressive warm lobby, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars and great little coffee shop next door. Very friendly staff. The bad- upgraded to a suite for $50/day. Small, clean but not very welcoming...a little 'sterile'...Dim lighting, small televisions, flimsy linens. The 'view' was supposedly overlooking the courtyard, yet it kind of blocked by the building. Really nothing special. The roof top hot pool and area was nice, but in need of a little bit of sprucing up. The jacuzzi was not in working order for one night. I guess the kicker was when I made the reservation several months in advance, I was asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and I even got an email back confirming they understood it was a special occasion. So I was surprised when the upgrade to a suite was offered for a charge (the hotel was not fully booked). For our special occasion, we each received a coupon for a free glass of 'house' wine in the hotel restaurant. When we went to the hotel restaurant that night we sat there for 15 minutes and received no service. There were five people at the bar, we were the only people sitting at a table (in clear sight of the bartender and servers). I guess I just expected more from a property at this price point. read more

The Moose Hotel is great - Two big hot tubs, sauna, fire pit, pool, and a roaring fire in the lobby. But be aware, they are fond of practical jokes. Our room had nine towel or coat hooks - all installed upside down. The desk told me that all the rooms are like that by design. If you don't like it, bring a Phillips head screwdriver and fix it yourself - it just takes a couple of minutes per hook. They provide robes for the pool, but the size is mislabeled - you might get a medium that is labeled extra large. The beds are five inches too high, so if you want to sit on the edge of the bed, either Your feet are five inches above the floor, or you're sliding off the soft edge of the mattress. If you have kids, bring your own glasses. They have big heavy two-handed glasses - instantly droppable for children or adults without extra large hands. We enjoyed our stay despite the jokes. read more

Another stay at the Moose, another 5 star experience. This time my husband joined me and we stayed in one of the king rooms on the first floor. I missed my suite from the last visit but they weren't available this time when we booked so the standard room was our option. But it was still great! We had a lovely view of the courtyard and easy access to the lobby and elevators for the roof top hot tubs! This time we also had a car and kudos to the Moose for the free heated underground parking! It made it coming and going when we pleased such a breeze. Everything else was just as great as the first stay, the cozy lobby with the wood burning fireplace welcomed us each day with the warm smell of campfire, the staff was incredible friendly and helpful, and the beds--ugh. So comfortable! I want to know what pillows they use because I want them for my own bed at home, no joke. Amazing location, clean and comfortable, cozy and moderately priced. This is the only place I will stay at in Banff if I'm ever lucky enough to go back! read more

We stayed at Fairmxxx for a night, we were here at Moose for the next two nights. RIGHT after we settled in at Moose hotel, we felt the rooms at Moose are WAY better. Free parking, walking distance to dt and grocery store, clean room, updated interior, glass doors, bright natural sunlight, spacious bathroom. One thing that didn't meet my expectations were the bath towels. Bath towels were very thin and most importantly most each one had some sort of stain on it. I think it's a good time to put the old towels in organic bin. Will stay here for sure if we ever visit Banff in future. read more

You can walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. There's a bus stop right upfront and a ski lift pick up! They have an underground parking structure that makes it very easy for getting in and out, especially during the winter. Their pool and sauna are amazing! Plenty of space and great views! There is something I hate more than anything, and that's giving one star reviews. Why the one star? - When an interaction with an employee or service makes you bitter the entire stay it warrants a one star from me. First trip to Banff, feeling magical only to be spoiled by the Aussie cocky receptionist who changed his attitude once he saw that I booked on a third party web site. Tried to up-sell us to a two bedroom suite on the floor because our rooms were "in the back" "far away" and I interjected to ask him do we bring our luggage in and replies not until we know the room. Then kept offering discounts and percentages off the "best room". Then proceeds to give us the "back room" which was exceptionally fine after telling us to go to the left to get there, FYI, there was a 98% shorter route by going directly the opposite direction. Why he thought it was fun to send us on a round about with 6 pieces of luggage is pretty petty to me. The room was decent, bed not so comfy, the toilet stopped up twice on me, the shower would not drain, had to stand in soapy water, also the entire hotel reeks of Marijuana just FYI. Also we wanted to stay an extra night and he savagely let us know the rate was $299 but could give us a 10% discount just like the first night we checked in, this hotel is a shady business by telling you rates then pushing "discounts" for each rate. What I learned? This hotel is about location only. If you have a rental car, please go to the RimRock Hotel for half the price plus more luxuries than you know, it blew my mind to know I even chose this hotel at all. Booked this place on Hotels.com since it was one of few left available during my stay. Fortunately, this place went beyond my expectations! You can enjoy a hot springs soak in the jacuzzi/spa on the 4th floor (rooftop) with incredible views of the Banff National Park mountains. Indoor swimming pool and fitness room are just adjacent. Rooms are so clean, spacious, and comfortable. Each one has a balcony. The whole place is practically designed and made of wood, making the atmosphere particularly relaxing. It is just a couple blocks away from downtown Banff - lots of stores, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Banff! We stayed at Moose Hotel & Suites for one night on the tail end of a Banff leisure vacation after staying at two other hotels located on the Banff lakes, and we loved it here. Adequate parking, easy quick check in. Fortunately, they had a king room available on the 3rd floor to upgrade from two queens and we felt that for $20 it was well worth it. Had a lovely Mountain View. Access to the pool/jacuzzi/fire pit/sauna area was great with more gorgeous mountain top views. The hotel seems quite new and very well maintained. The room had plenty of space for a bistro table with two chairs, a loveseat with two stools, king sized bed, dresser. Bathroom was shower only which was perfectly fine and a good size. Bathroom countertop had plenty of space for people like me who bring their own beauty products and toiletries. Bed was comfy and so were the PILLOWS (loved that they gave 6 pillows instead of the standard 4). The hotel itself has a great location in Banff town and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, some site seeing (Bow River, Native American museum, Cascade of Time Gardens, etc..) Only drawbacks were the train which could be heard at odd hours and unfortunately our balcony neighbors either couldn't read the "no smoking" sign posted to the balcony door or simply disregarded it which made it unpleasant for sitting on the balcony at the same time. Anyhow, all said I would definitely stay here again. PS they have 24/7 coin laundry machines which worked out well for my husband to wash clothing prior to his extended business portion of the trip. read more

This was my first time in Banff and man what a way to kick things off. After a long weary journey from Toronto which included a cab, a flight and then a two-hour airporter I think even a wayward glance would have set me off - but the staff at the Moose received me warmly and efficiently to ensure my landing was soft and fluffy. This place was certainly something for the eyes to behold. Walking into the lobby alone was an experience which married old school cabin living to modern boutique hotel sophistication. High ceilings, a roaring fire in the lobby fireplace, exposed beam and a great little courtyard which all the rooms were built around (and that odd little house in the middle - what was the deal with that?) Like many of my colleagues, my room too was on the ground floor, which I'm usually only a fan of when staying at drive-in motels, and it was no different this time. It made me feel uncomfortable for the most part, but I'm not docking them, I'm sure that was all that was available. The room was darling though, comfortable beds, large rain shower and all the hotel basics you'd expect. As others have said, one of the highlights of this hotel is their rooftop hot tubs and firepits. I spent 2 evenings here after the nights fun and really enjoyed it as a way to relax my body after a day on the slopes (or just continue drinking in... shhhh). One convenience which I'm sure other hotels in the area offered but I appreciated that the Moose took care of was ski/snowboard rental pick-up and drop-offs. All you had to do was go to the rental shop (about 12-15 min walk away) and get sized up and make your selections, tell them where you were staying and PRESTO, that evening everything would be at the front desk waiting for you. On the way out the same thing, drop it all off at the front desk and it's all taking care of for you! As others mentioned the lobby restaurant was kinda "meh" as were a lot of the staff. I think with all the efforts put into this hotel they messed up with their choice of caterers. I'm heading back to Banff this September for a wedding and I think I'll be booking at the Moose for at least part of my stay! read more

I entered the lobby of the Moose Hotel on a snowy late November night and it was like walking into a scene on an exquisite Christmas card! Exposed beams, fireplace, enormous lit Christmas tree in front of expansive windows affording a view of a snowy courtyard... I just wanted to curl up on one of the lounges and never leave. But let's start with the rooftop hot pools, shall we? Subfuckinglime. If you go up during the day, you're treated to views of snowy mountaintops and even the sun rising over those snowy mountaintops if you're an early riser (bonus: in late November/early December, the sun rises at 8:45ish, so you don't even have to be all that early of a riser). At night the fire pits and steam rising from the pools are so picturesque and with the dark starlit sky up above this is simply glorious. Pools are hot, very hot. I had to pace myself a bit and there's something pretty awesome about alternating between icy air and hot pools. The two pools are large and I was worried that they'd be packed with people, but this was rarely the case. I had a very small basic room on the first floor at an incredibly low rate. It had a little patio with a door that led out to the street (a feature that I honestly didn't love so I kept the blinds down the entire time and neurotically kept making sure the door was locked) but the room itself was plush and cozy. I really enjoyed coming back to it each night and slept extremely well in that comfy bed. Upgrades to a suite with a fireplace are reasonable, I heard, but I did just fine in my tiny room (which is a rarity for me!) The gym is tiny and basic, but that view of the mountains is so inspiring that I found myself looking forward to working out on on of the two elliptical machines and using the small free weight area (no machines). There's also a indoor pool that affords cooler splash time than the hot pools outside. You can definitely get your fitness on here if you're not getting it out on the slopes! I also need to mention how fantastic the staff are here, both at reception, and especially the waitstaff/bartenders working at night in the hotel restaurant. They all took such good care of our group and went above and beyond with dietary requests and nightcaps that might have been a little bit after closing time. I had such a lovely time on a recent stay at the Moose and I daresay that I'd be hard pressed to stay anywhere else when returning to Banff. read more

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had wanted a microwave in our room, but our superior room didn't come with it. I had been told on the phone by one of their staff that we'd have access to a microwave oven, and so was unhappy that this was not the case. The customer service representative at the hotel ended up getting us a microwave - and for that we are grateful. The rooms are of a very good size. Our room had a bit of a balcony. With the hotel being so close to downtown it was easy to walk everywhere. It's in an almost perfect location. With parking being at a premium in Banff, the free underground parking was greatly appreciated. We will return to this hotel in future visits. Highly recommended. We had a great stay. read more

Moose Hotel is a fresh, super modern take on a lodge located in the heart of Banff. Really, the rooftop hot pools sold us, but after staying in 3-4 different hotels during our trip we came back to moose for another night because the rooms were so damn cozy! At the check in desk they asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a room with a fireplace and it was so late after our drive in we said no. The second time we stayed we opted in for only a $20 upcharge and it was worth EVERY PENNY! The room upgrade came with a full suite - fireplace, living area, loungy couch and patio. We scrapped our plans on the last night, ordered takeout and watched a movie in front of the fireplace. It was MAGICAL. Highly recommend. P.S. I like modern hotels but sometimes they can feel stale and cold. Moose did a great job of still bringing the hygge feel to the room even with all the clean lines. It really helped warm the place up. Word of caution: the price on this place fluctuates like CRAZY. We stayed during the week and booked for $130 on hotels.com. We asked what the rate for Friday was and it was $315. Also the $130 is during the slow season. So just be prepared because the amenities is why people book this hotel and when it's busy - it will come with a pricetag. This is the one time I would say book earlier than later when it comes to this hotel. Amenities include: Two roof-top hot pools Indoor pool Sauna Fitness room Large meeting room with views Laundry facilities on-site Restaurant with room service Full service Spa with private lounge Free parking Pacini: Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service. We ordered breakfast once and it was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. Everything was cold and the potatoes were stale. Also the food runner didn't bring us any silverware and said she's never sent anyone room service before - in short, I would avoid. Meadow Spa & Pools: located inside the hotel. Banff's newest spa, with services including massages, body treatments, facials, nail services, waxing and couples packages. We got a massage and spent time at the spa which was a MUST. Will review that separately - just know that Meadow is inside the Moose and is another perk steps away! Overall this was our favorite hotel during our 6 nights staying at different ones located in Banff/Jasper. Would highly, highly recommend. read more
