My mom purchased a used car from Fairless Motors in November 2024 and opted for a warranty at the time of purchase. Within two months, the car developed multiple issues. The driver's side door wouldn't close properly, and I was told it needed coolant-related repairs. The dealership said I could only go to certain mechanics to keep the warranty valid, but getting service through these providers has been a nightmare. One of the shops kept my car for three weeks without doing any work. I'm now stuck paying a car note and insurance on a vehicle I can't even drive. I've made several attempts to get help or a resolution, but I keep getting the runaround. I expected much better support, especially when a warranty was purchased. My Husband and I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. Tommy is awesome as a salesman. He worked and was able to get everything needed. Tommy can only do so much. However, the warranty provided is the worst and barely covers anything- especially compared to my warranty from BuIck- definitely highly recommend O'Neil, anyway. Also they claim to make a car payment if you refer another person and they purchase a vehicle- Not going to happen- Huge liars about that. My sister was also lied to about this. My daughter financed a car from this place about 9 months ago. From the first few weeks she was talking it back to their mechanic for the same issue. She then requested another car and the company response was that her credit would be ruined. Since this was a first for her and she's young she left it alone. About a month ago she decided to take the car to the manufacturer mechanic who informed her the engine is about to go. The reason behind this company having so many positive reviews is because they trick their customers into leaving a good review so potential customers would see it and go there. Customers are told if they leave a good 5 star review they will get a gas card. So due to high gas prices what better way to show they are a so called great company. I also reported them to BBB, I'd hate to see them use another vulnerable customer be scammed also. Go to their website and look at their low reviews. Funny how they deleted my comment on their facebook with the picture that THEY wanted to post because I stated facts. So I will STATE THEM HERE. Now see I was going to write a good review because at first call I spoke with a Cynthia who told me to come in and that was good because I had spoke to others in PA "buy here pay here" that didn't want to help because of NY license. I went with my friend to fairless motors and was greeted by ACE who I had spoken to the night before and he was very helpful. They said they have helped people with 400 credit score and stuff so I didn't think I had to co-sign anything but here I am with a car under my name not even co -signed I own it, which I hate and they said they would only run my stuff through capital one but I got banks sending me letters saying they couldn't give me a car loan because I'm out of state! Which lowered my score like a good 30 points. Idc if they're all going to go into 1 hard inquiry in 30-60 days, don't lie to people. I did it anyway because that's my friend and I wasn't going to leave her hanging. Some other guy came and started talking to us while we were dealing with Ace and I guess felt like he needed to chime in and his name was even put on the paperwork that he helped but wasn't helpful because he kept trying to sell us a Toyota and that's not what we were there for. I don't like things being pushed on me and I'm no bullshitter. Let's get straight to the point and carry on. We had his name crossed off whatever paperwork I signed and I really don't care because Ace was the only helpful one there. I don't understand why 5 people were discussing what we were doing up front if 1 person is handling us but ok. I thanks Joe or Rob I don't remember his name (the financing manager) other than Ace though for working things out. My friend ended up taking a Hyundai Sonata. We said it was the same price as the Toyota so we didn't see the problem. Also she was looking at a Verano online and I had a sc of the stock # coming in there. They said their computers were updated and that it wasn't there, but we saw it on the computer and lot being there, again whatever. The passenger side door handle is broken on the car which Ace said Will the mechanic would fix np which I appreciate AND HE DID just today, he seriously wanted to help. but here is where it gets bad. My friend just a day after had accidently locked her keys in the trunk and now this car doesn't have some features that it should like smart key, or the little button to open the trunk in the back seat. Pressing the button up front wont work because she didn't realize it was on valet mode. She called the dealership and spoke to Cynthia again and she told my friend that she probably did something to have made the trunk not be able to open. Who tf says that to someone? Like YEAH we did something because we def want our house keys and only car key given to use be locked, she also spoke to her of a Mike she spoke to on the phone earlier but Cynthia said there wasn't a Mike there. Unless it was that first guy I mentioned who's name starts with an M mariel or something because she knows she had the right phone number come on. When my friend explained what happened, he laughed and said you locked your own keys out? Well there isn't anything we can do. Who laughs at someone like that? Everyone makes mistakes. It's actually really disgusting behavior after a sale on their parts. Like I said if you're willing to go there because you have no other choice do so, but deal with Ace and Will their mechanic is a sweet heart. Otherwise STAY AWAY. (1) It was $9,000 over price comparing to KBB.. However, that was not the bad part... the worse part was (2) customer service; the car saleman was so rude. I have been a customer of this place for almost 3 years now. When I started out at Fairless Motors the service was phenomenal and I was treated fairly and like family buy a guy named Tommy. He was able to get me into my Nissan Rogue which was a dream for me. As time went on and my family got bigger I decided to trade my vehicle in for a larger sized one .. I did this 11/22/2021. I was able to get a Nissan Pathfinder through the sales rep Tommy again with a third row which is now perfect for me who has 4 kids and currently enduring a high risk pregnancy. However on 1/19/2022.... not even 2 months since the trade in we had to take the car into the shop for which appears to be a transmission issue. We were told there was too many issues with the transmission to do a assembly and therefore it needs to be replaced completely. I was reassured the vehicle had to have been like that before we purchased it because the amount of damage could not have been done all within less then 2 months. I was given a warranty package when I did the trade in and tried handling everything accordingly as to what my warranty requires and etc so that the car could be fixed. After adjusters came out to check the car and after a long battle of back and fourth phone calls it turns out the amount of work the car needs is beginning to be worth more then the car itself. Of course this was disappointing because I thought Fairless Motors was a good place due to my previous business with them. However When trying to contact Fairless motors when things first started happening I was told they don't do loaner vehicles which was inconvenient due to me being pregnant with 4 kids who are all in school and my car was in the shop for reasons of fault that's not mine. After being told that I was told everything has to be done through my warranty company. When I spoke with my warranty company they told me that they only cover rentals for one week up to a cost of $175 (also was told I would have to pay that up front and get reimbursed at the end)- Which clearly wasn't going to work due to the fact that my cars issue was going to take more then a week just to go through the claims process before it even being allowed to get worked on by the dealership. Moving forward - My warranty company, insurance company and even the financial company stated that Fairless motors should be doing something for customer satisfaction or to resolve this matter especially with it being under 2 months of me having the vehicle and the magnitude of the cars mechanical problems. So I attempted again... today a few hours ago to try to reach out to a manager at Fairless Motors to again, see what can be done for me. Am I able to get my money back and give the car back? Am I able to just get a new car from them? Will they still not give me a loaner considering all the new information I've given them? These are the questions I need to speak to a manager about however when trying to call a young lady named Cynthia answered. The way I was spoke to was disgusting. It made me feel like less then a person. I have no clue how she has a job with such a bad attitude and then to be the one answering phones is baffling to me. When I called she refused twice to give me her name. Major red flag. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me they were in a meeting which is understandable so I simply asked her if she could tell me the name of the manager so when I call back or so when they call back I know who I'm speaking to. She told me there's a bunch of managers and she would just pass the message along. When I asked for the managers names again she refused to give it to me. Is a customer not allowed to know the name(s) of a manager of the facility she purchased a car from? Because obviously I still haven't heard from a manager and have to get lawyers involved at this point. read more

I came here for the $88 down for 88 cars, then come to find out it's apparently only on a select few? when I arrived for a black Jaguar that was on their website they let me know that it's has terrible service problems and the day before another person went through the whole process to come to find out that. Yet they still had the car on the lot. And they're an all credit approved place the guy wanted to act like he couldn't approve me and put fear in me to pick. I also mentioned how a lot of the pricing for the other cars I was looking at were priced too high I've already looked on these brands & ages they tried to make excuses on it. At this point I was coming to understand the unprofessional behavior as well as the shadiness, yet I still found somewhat interest in this white Audi and there was no sales people around to come with me on the test drive they wanted me to wait for 30mins, I said no then one of the men in there offered pulled it up and I then noticed a deep scrape below the door and it's a white car so it popped more then the guy said I'm not test driving it with an attitude and told a guy from service to park it back up and gave me my paystubs back. I spoke to Rick who is the owner and I told him I was interested in one their trucks and wanted to trade in my truck for theirs. He asked me to send him pictures of my car via email and I took the time to take pictures and sent it to him same day. Now he has failed to call me back after numerous email and phone calls. I left 4-5 messages with my number for him to call me back and he never bothered to call me back. After 2 weeks and no call backs. I decided to call them back again and see why they haven't called back. The person who answered the phone DJ told me that they are not interested to do the trade. REALLY??? After multiple phone calls and emails, I have to call you and then you tell me that?? I would of just bought the car straight out $65,000 if I would of know that. I can tell this used car lot is very shady and they only have 2 stars. DO NOT TRUST THEM. He had a 2013 escalade ext with 12,000 miles on it... After 5 years only 12k... This place was bad! I went in there two days ago rushing there after work because the guy said I needed to get in before Saturday in order to get the promo of ZERO down! The guy George was ; Racist, rude, unprofessional and an overall distasteful demeanor! Nobody ever called back the next morning because the bank was closed when I got here (something the guy George never told me about) so had to wait and nothing happened. I called back the next day three times and after 5+hours of waiting I still got nothing he kept saying he would call me back. If you go here PLEASE stay away from the guy George, I am still waiting to hear back from the owner since the guy George said that he wasn't a "salesman" he was the "general manager" but I don't know any GM that do sales as well. bought a nissan 60 days ago, and this dealership will not honor our 90 day warranty after a dead battery left us stranded and the car had to be towed.
