Basically blew me off. They do not offer any type of financing at all, and they do not have a very big selection of vehicles. Overall I can't recommend AVOIDING this place enough. For the record, I'm in sales in my field, and #2 in sales on the entire east coast within my company, and I can tell you that while this person Mike has the right idea in advertising on the marketplace, but his lack of experience with customer service was so off putting, to the point where it was insulting just to speak with him. I had the vehicle shipped to me since I lived 4 hours away, but he assured me absolutely nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Note: I understand a used vehicle won't be absolutely perfect but the one I bought was really low miles for the year and I paid the "excellent condition" price for it When the vehicle arrived, it was missing the front bumper clips (literally had rope tying it on), navi disc, all of the rims had heavy curb rash, windshield had bubbles in the top causing the rain sensor to be inoperable, and the front suspension makes abnormal noises. Rich informed me the navi disc was in the mail with the paperwork and after a few phone calls said he would send the bumper clips. I did get the nav disc along with the paperwork but it didn't work, it never worked, something he just so happened failed to mention along with other things when I asked if anything was wrong with it and if everything worked as it should. Also never got the bumper clips and the warranty covered nothing. I certainly will not be buying from them again, but if you ignore this review, at least have the vehicle you are buying inspected and completely looked over by YOUR trusted mechanic PRIOR to purchase.
