So I rating this place 8 months after purchasing a luxury car from them back in August. My car has so many issue since then. They were responsive and answering any questions during the buying process but when my car started giving me issue 6 month later I heard nothing. I even asked about bringing my car to their mechanic since they would be familiar with the car. Purchased car in August, car has be un drivable since January. The billing lady is this only person I can get a hold of "Beth". Always heard of places that sell you a lemon.... can't believe I was that person. I highly suggest not buying a vehicle from here. The Owner is not reliable, he thinks if the vehicle looks good that it is good, he doesn't care about your safety at all. A couple of my friends of have purchased a vehicle from here including myself. I also wrote a review before but he threatened me to take it down so I took it down to keep piece but there is way to many vehicles leaving his lot with problems and people should know about it. I bought my vehicle a couple years ago from Johns and I probably only drove it 600 miles and the motor dropped oil pressure and has a really Bad Rod Knock also needed ball joints and tie rods, grinds going into second gear was promised a tranny from salesman but never happened. My one friends truck is a 2013 Dodge Ram filled with bondo, everything completely rotted out on the truck. My other friends truck just recently, she just got it like a month ago, has good Inspection and all and the wheel bearing caught on fire luckily it wasn't to bad and was able to put it out quickly. I recently bought a '15 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealer. Overall, the experience was a very positive one. Adam, the internet salesman, was personable and accommodating in getting me pictures and a professional video of the vehicle so I can get a virtual tour of it. I took the Amtrak up to PA from DC to make the purchase and was picked up at the Trenton station by Hector, a very nice fellow. The salesman TJ was extremely courteous and answered all of my questions and we had a pleasant test drive. I was able to put the vehicle up on a lift at the dealership's service center, where one of their mechanics handed me a flashlight and patiently completely went over the underside. Peter, the sales manager oversaw the entire transaction in a professional and friendly manner and treated me respectfully. He even generously bought me a delicious Philly cheesesteak for lunch. What stood out the most to me is how everyone at this dealership tried so hard to address all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I bought a 2014 Dodge Charger car broke down after one week . the warranty company covered the repairs I was on the road after thtee weeks of the car being in the shop. got the car back and after a week it broke down again I think the car repair does fraud for them they claim the transmission and converter went and the warranty will cover it! well it's been 3 months and the repair shop claims they can't find a transmission. every time I call they don't answer or tell me they'll call me back but they never do! So i was looking for a particular truck. A first or second generation toyota tacoma. As i was driving by i noticed one on the front line, i stopped in, spoke to a salesperson and literally fell over when he told me the price. They wanted $ 12,000.00 for a 10 year old truck with just under 100,000 miles on the odometer. Checking KBB or Truecar the market price was closer to $ 6,000.00. I know businesses have to make $ but that ( in my opinion is just too far off the mark ) and apparently that is standard way they do things. I tried to talk them down even showing them the info on the web but it made no difference. While their vehicles may look nice, their prices certainly are not. My 17 year old son purchased a Ram 2500 Pick-up truck on the evening of Jan 20, 2014 for $4500. They were selling it for $5995 and gave him a "deal". Well on the afternoon of Jan 22, 2014 the engine blew. So not only did they sell him a piece of crap which took all of his savings but he also has to now spend another $5500 to put a rebuilt engine into this truck. Went there looking for a car under $4,000.00 for my son. They listed close to 40 cars on Cars.com in that price range, several of which my son was excited to own. After driving almost an hour, we were met by their salesman, who asked which cars we were interested in. I showed him the listings that I had printed out earlier in the day and he said each of the vehicles were just sent to auction. I inquired about all of the other cars they had on cars.com under $4,000, and he said the got rid of ALL of them! They now only had vehicles priced $6,000 or more. John, the actual owner, offered me 2k for my trade in. When I went in for the deal, he was now offering me 1k and increased the price of the vehicle I was to purchase by 1k. In essence, I was paying him 1k to take my vehicle. When I asked about the additional 1k, he stated that was an undisclosed bank fee he was obligated to charge me for getting me a great rate (12.7%). When he brought out the contract, he failed to separate this secret fee from the purchase price of the vehicle to which I contested since all fees must be legally disclosed. Additionally, the car I was going to buy had a wreck that he didn't disclose nor was it disclosed online when I found the car. When I asked for a fresh bill of sale so we can get a loan from a bank, he became irritable, disrespectful, and assaulted me. My family and I left the premises and he kept the title for my vehicle. When the police showed up in an attempt to retrieve my title, he suddenly didn't have it anymore. I am now having panic attack's and anxiety from this interaction. This man does not behave like a normal human being and has traumatized me and my family. I do not recommend anyone do business here. read more

I want to start off by saying I'm very fair when it comes to people and business but what they've done is just plain indecent. They should not be in business and should have their license taken from them because obviously after sooo many complaints with the BBB and soo many lawsuits against them their doing something wrong. There may only be 2 or 3 little complaints online but on BBB there are 8 and many more that had to go the court route which I am currently seeking. From bad customer service, to not honoring warranties, to cancelling warranties as soon as you drive off the lot with the car, to gruesomely inflating the price of cars and taking advantage of people constantly, to coping attitudes when you explain that in less than a week your cars engine light came on there's things not working on it as soon as you drive it off the lot and to hear they will not give you your money back nor fix it and refuse to put you in another car before paying off the one that doesnt work. They our soo shady they invented the word. Be prepared to get the run around when you need something or want something done and be prepared to hound them for what ever it is you think you need cuz to them its not important at all.
