I can't recommend Sports and Imports enough. This is the dealership you want to go to if you are looking for a reliable vehicle for a fair price! Five Stars!

From my husbands initial interaction with Jeff, he was knowledgeable, informative, and patient. He worked with us on pricing and made sure to accommodate our busy schedules. After only a few days of being in contact, I went into Ciocca Kia and Jeff had all of my paperwork and requested car ready to see. I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Jeff went through all paperwork responding to each question I had in detail. He then took the time after the sale was final to show me all the bells and whistles the car had, bring me into service for new mats, and even gave my son a complimentary Kia stuffed animal. If you are looking for knowledge, patience, and service that exceeds your expectations make sure to see Jeff at Ciocca Kia for your next car!

They did replace the damaged part of the side view mirror - but it was with a color that didn't match. Paid later to fix this. Found out I would have saved probably $200 if it had been done correctly to begin with. On the recall, they supposedly ordered the part but for over a month they did not contact me and did not return multiple calls. Finally went in person and was told there was an internal miscommunication and the part was never ordered. Indicated there was no need for me to leave it for them to now fix because it would be weeks. Went to Victory Subaru in Somerset and they took care of the recall within 2 days and communicated the entire time.

When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.
