The price was very competitive. On the day of the inspection, the inspectors, Steve and Daniel, arrived a little early. They divided the work, and although it took some time to complete, it was clear they were very thorough and attentive to detail. They were friendly and respectful throughout the entire process. They didn't try to upsell any additional services. We asked about adding a radon test, and they matched the price our realtor had mentioned. Both inspectors were very knowledgeable. Even before sending the official report, they pointed out any major issues as well as smaller items I could handle myself. The report arrived quickly, by the end of the day. It was very detailed, full of photos, and included helpful tips. Their service also includes a warranty for anything that wasn't identified as a problem during the inspection.
