Fairfield Inn & Suites is great alternative if you prefer not to stay at the hotel attached to the casino. Great location and upgraded rooms. Check in was very quick and easy. The hotel did require masking and signage was posted at the time of our visit. We stayed on the third floor. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Our room also had a microwave and micro- fridge. It appears that a portion of the hotel is undergoing renovation however, it does not disrupt the flow for people traffic. The hotel also has accessible elevators and steps. Fairfield is in a great location and literally in front and across the street from Harrah's casino. Would highly recommend because of location and upgraded rooms. Hotel offers hot breakfast, free parking, cable tv, and wi-fi. The cost includes a tribal tax. We paid approx $35.00 dollars.

Pubic hair in "clean" bath towel

Stayed in room 309. Dirty room, thin sheets, tub does not drain properly, pubic hair in the "clean" hand towels and bath towels, AC doesn't work, etc. Poor representation of a Marriott property. Avoid if possible.

    Onions in the drawer

If I could give this place a zero I would. This stay was one of the worst I've ever experienced in ANY hotel in my life! We was given dirty room, LITERALLY !!! There was a bag of onions in the drawer, yes, you read right, A BAG OF ONIONS! The refrigerator was dirty, the pillows look like they had been used by someone with dirty hair. Crumbs on the dresser top. There was soap still in the shower, a stain that appeared to be blood on the wall beside the toilet, urine stains on the toilet and down the front of the toilet.... Just horrible!!! The sad part of it all is the way they ATTEMPTED to make it right. They upgraded our room immediately, which was great. But raised the price of our room then gave us a discount of half of that (our starting rate was $598.00 for two nights, when we got our bill it was over 800.00 after the "discount"). It took us going to the front desk six times before the manager decided to comp our room for the weekend. It's one thing to find simple things that may have been missed but this was ridiculous and should have been resolved by comping the room as soon as it was reported.

Generally I would give a hotel like this 3 stars, although this particular location has a few things going against it. There is only one garbage can in the entire room, and it's not in the bathroom, which makes no sense. You may be thinking to yourself, well maybe Jeff just happened to get one room with no can, but this isn't the case, I am here with an extremely large group taking up many rooms and no one has a garbage can in their bathroom. The second reason I am giving 2 stars is because upon entering the room the desk was sticky and there was garbage in the chair (odd since the garbage can is right next to the desk). The internet does have a free and paid option, the free stuff seems to work fine for Netflix, so i'm satisfied. There is a flatscreen TV in the room as well.

Worst experience at a Marriott I've ever had! Staff was very rude and price is outrageous for that kind of treatment!!

Disclaimer: I was here for work. I was not here to gamble, although I did play some games. As I'm…read morenot a gambler, I don't have a strong frame of reference here to judge the casino. I thought the environment was fine. However, I do have opinions about food and hospitality. Overall, I thought that Harrah's was alright. The food was good (Although the market was overpriced), but the hotel room left a lot to be desired. I'm going to bring up the conference food as part of this evaluation, and I was overall, very happy with every meal I had while there. Zero complaints. Good quality, flavorful, good variety. If you're booking an event, the in house team at Harrah's does good work. My hotel room was on the west tower and felt a bit run down. It was quite warm when I came in, although turning the AC on full blast rectified that issue. What I couldn't rectify was the rubber seal on the desk falling off, and two handles on the chest of drawers having been removed by someone else. It just felt like there was a lack of attention to detail. More annoyingly, for a 3 night stay, at no point was my room ever cleaned or the bed ever made. I'm not saying it needs to be cleaned from top to bottom, but I'm very certain that no staff members were ever in my room during my stay. If they only clean the room on request, why bother having do not disturb signs? I had dinner twice, and breakfast once at Gordon Ramsay's market. I thought the items there were fine, but very overpriced. 4 dollars for a Chobani Yogurt that you'd pay 1.39 for normally, for instance. And that's before Tribal fees. My meals were pretty good though. Pizza, and fish and chips. Overall, this isn't a bad place to stay, and as someone who doesn't spend a lot of time gambling, the casino floor had a certain charm to it. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, but if you don't mind a subpar hotel room, the rest of the stay will be perfectly nice.

The good market was my favorite place... the worker at the bakery was so kind! He had a sore toe…read more.. or broken toe.. he had such great energy and I wanted to eat and buy more cause of how sweet he is. I got snacks and dessert for the road The pizza was delicious The service was top notch! Clean yummy delicious service and food Casino is quite big and outside scene is beautiful. Was busy with eating and the show ... wish I had more time to breath the amazing air Check in was nice since we didn't have to wait in line and we used the kiosk ... be patient with the kiosk hahaha
