Was told I would get a call back on Monday after the weekend from the lady that handles the Fairborn location. Never got a call. Called them back and the guy on the phone had to walk around and talk to everyone there just to find out any information. Then was told "No, you were supposed to call us" Then they told me the person that rents is not in again today, so you will need to call back tomorrow. i said fine, but told them again, i was supposed to get the call as i didn't even have the number of the person that rents. They then said "heres whats going to happen, we are not renting to you."

Once your code works, the place is ok except for two things inside there:…read more1. Restroom is locked and there is no one to open it. 2. There is no ventilation i the storage area. I stopped today and it was very hot and humid in there. I wonder what happens to the goods inside! 3. The truck got there two hours before closing but the code did not work. I was lagging behind fir one hour. I made about twelve calls and it did ot work nor could it be changed by any company help desk emoloyee to open the place. Finally, on call 13, an employee told me that the code is not working be ause I still owed the company money (16 some $)! I was never informed of this befire. The code worked after I paid. All these calls were made when I was still in the highway. Moreover, the unit number did not exist in any of the buildings. After more calls, i was tokd to wait for next day! Luckily, the guardian there got out of her office and showed us where our unit is through a small side door! I had to pay the movers for three extra hours because of the storage company grave error and stuoid system which did not inform me that I owed money and even the 29 people I talked to did not know that. Only the last person knew it! So thank yiu Public Storage for making my moving day a very rough, exhausting, dangerous and costly one!
