They lent us a set of darts for free (just needed to provide my driver's license), and while they weren't super high quality, they got the job done. Our drive back was around 7 minutes, so there is no way this food dried up that fast. The ambiance is good for playing darts, table tennis, pool, and of course getting drinks. The staff is friendly, they get refills out quickly, and will help you find the TV you want if it takes you a minute to find your game. The food is OK. It's the same menu as downtown, but for whatever reason I don't like it as much here. The sliders and wings are typically my go-to. I straight up did not like the cheesesteak I had here once, it was bland and kind of tough. I've hadn't tried again though, so it's possible that was a one time deal. I do see lots of people order them. They have lots of very good and very dangerous speciality shots on the menu. Their website says that as of February 2026, Woody's Sports Tavern & Grill in Cary and Morrisville have separated from the downtown location.
