Our first conversation was comfortable as I explained what I was looking for and he started to sketch some ideas. I could tell immediately he knew what he was doing and he verified that by letting me know he'd been doing this over 20+ years. I had my two young children with me and Ron was so kind and patient with them during our visit which just made the experience even better. I came back to Cary a few weeks later for a follow up appointment to request some adjustments/changes and two weeks later when I received my final ring I fell in love all over again.
