JCP returned immediately and totally repaired the leaks before any damage could occur. I absolutely believe that the real test of a service company's true value is not only in the quality of their initial work, but the immediacy and thoroughness of their response when things go south. He was professional in every way: Articulate, able to explain exactly what he would be doing, easy to work with, competent, and most of all, trustworthy.
