A few of the shirts in my first order, after the first few times they were worn ripped in the armpits. I told them when I placed my next order. They didn't ask to see them or try to explain why, they just said they would replace them free of charge. They said if it ever happens again to call them and they will replace them immediately. It has not ever happened again though. I will be using them for all my business screen/product printing!

We recently tried to give the another try and they failed. They forgot to put our order in so we almost didn't have them back in time for our first game. We got them the morning of our game. My son's uniform was missing and he was the first on the lists. The colors of the text was wrong. None of them had numbers on the back. We ordered yth xl for two. Youth sizes only went up to a large. So for whatever reason they ordered adult xl instead (Which makes no sense at all). We did take them back and they added the numbers. Also got my son's uniform that which was supposed to be a youth med. The jersey was a Yth medium but the shorts were an adult medium. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed and they have lost a loyal customer.
