A few of the shirts in my first order, after the first few times they were worn ripped in the armpits. I told them when I placed my next order. They didn't ask to see them or try to explain why, they just said they would replace them free of charge. They said if it ever happens again to call them and they will replace them immediately. It has not ever happened again though. I will be using them for all my business screen/product printing!

Over a month to fix the black ink all over shirts then I get them and they are discolored and paint is coming off. They want to do nothing to help and then the ownership tells them to just refund me and we wont do business again because they can not print shirts correctly. I have pictures and proof of the issues. I would not use them at all! You might get a nice product but if they mess up it is your time your money that is put on hold and no responsibility for it. Then they drop you like you did something wrong. Horrible ownership thank god they have Tracey without her there customer service is horrible!

Listened to what i wanted and checking in mult times to make sure my beard was shaping up the way i wanted. Great customer service, cool atmosphere. A lot of cool things going on with this local business. I met the owner and he is a cool guy. Got a quote in a tatt that i have been wanted. Thanks Candie, and Kraken, I'll definitely be coming back!
