Every other printer either said no or quoted 1.5-2 weeks. When I explained the situation to Harry, he showed incredible customer service and said he'd do everything possible as long as I stayed responsive. Their art team worked quickly to finalize the design, and Harry even warned me about potential challenges with our tricky polyester jackets. Still, he delivered. In just 3 days, our jackets were done, and they looked fantastic--crisp, bold, and a huge hit at the conference! The cost was very fair, and while their shopfront and pen-and-paper processes might seem a little dated, don't let that fool you--they're absolute pros. Spectrum went above and beyond, and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Definitely an awesome spot to check out if you're ever in NC. The staff truly made the visit even better. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and their energy adds so much to the atmosphere. This shop offers a wide selection of anime merchandise, manga, k-pop, and snacks. The small, yet long shop is packed with items. Many of the items I have seen before at anime conventions and the prices are similar. Pricier than you can find online. However I like the benefit of purchasing these items at a local shop year round rather than online or at annual conventions. The store is fairly organized. They have a large amount of merchandise and organize it by anime and item type with a few mixed bins. Manga is in the middle, figurines and posters along the walls, candy in the front to the left, etc. Most of the items are price marked. Prices seemed to be missing from the pillows and blankets. Overall it is a unique shop filling a niche missing from Raleigh previously.

I came here on a week day and it was packed but the kitchen seemed steady. Their service is very stream lined with pagers for food orders. There is a lot of seating but it also seems to be a place where a good chunk of people come to work. They have a library inside as well and the books at the time were all $3 ea. Today I came and it's a Sunday. As expected they were SLAMMED. Line to the door of people waiting and line to the door of people ordering. I still got my coffee in less than 5 min. People waiting on food were getting theirs in similar time. The staff was killing it! They have a large selection of baked goods (lots of laminated dough), fast casual breakfast & lunch, and a huge coffee menu. They also have gluten free options for food and about a dozen gf/df baked goods. They said they have separate prep space and changed gloves for gluten free food but it's a shared oven. I didn't have any issues though. To who ever is managing your kitchen and staff, you're doing a great job.
