After some fb recommendations to just head to the mall and macys telling me it would take 4-6 weeks for just a price estimate and they would have to send it out... I found this place and man. The gentleman helped me immediately. He took one look at my ring. Walked around back. Heard a few ting ring tings and it was good as new! When we asked how much? He said nothing just come back and see me. I was floored. We will definitely be back for my next piece of jewelry!!! No more big box corporate places for us!

Luckily, when you have Treasure Isle around, it's not a traumatic event to break an item. The staff is amazing! I walked in and had my necklace repaired and rings cleaned and walked out in 15 minutes. I agree with other reviews that the place does look a little like a pawn shop in the inside but do not let that deter you from getting a great repair. I browsed through their jewelry and they had lots of great deals. The repair and ring cleaning/polishing cost me a whopping $15! I think I can handle that. I will definitely continue to use their services for jewelry repair and cleaning and perhaps a purchase when needed.

We decided it would be best for me to stop in to ok at the options, but did not set a time. I was in the area and stopped in to see what options they have and I was overwhelmed. They had so many choices, finishes fonts and custom sizes available. They were very helpful and talked me through the options. It took a second visit with the Mrs. to make the actual order, but she was as impressed as I was and we were able to order exactly what we wanted, we did not have to "settle" for what is available. It was made within the time frame and at the exact price quoted. Each time we stopped in we were treated with respect and with understanding of what we were looking for. Check this place out for trophy plaque and engraving. I am sure they do more and I am sure they do it well.

I wasn't disappointed. From the start, Lauren began asking the same questions I had about the job. Would it be readable on the dark wood? Was the font the right size? She had several ideas on how to make it all work. I just picked up the completed job today and it's perfect--just what I was hoping for and even better! I highly recommend Aries Laser Designs for any engraving job, but especially if you have an unusual custom project in mind and need to work out the details with someone who cares enough to get it right. ALD was a litte further drive into the country than I expected at first (from downtown Hillsborough) and is a home-based business, but don't let that dissuade you. Lauren has top-of-the-line engraving equipment, and more importantly, great experience and customer service.
