When we asked him to correct the order, he said he would and then failed to do so. For more than three months. It took multiple trips into the store to ask (YES they are hard to get in touch with!!), and finally, three and a half months later, we had the shirts as ordered. We won't be doing business with Harper Arts again. They seem to have forgotten that The Merch is located in the block behind them, and no one is forced to do business with a company like Harper Arts. Carrboro is too small a town to treat your customers this way and expect your business to thrive in the long run.
