Deplorable customer service: I purchased a T shirt using a…read morepromotional coupon for 30% off. When I picked up the item I asked to exchange it finding it one size too small. The customer service representative said no problem and then spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to do this. Finally calling the owner to ask. The owner then said it would not be treated as an even exchange but I would have to pay full price for correct size shirt. When I asked her to honor the coupon she said she would not. And was going to have my card refunded and not sell us the shirt. This is not a business owner that respect their customers. After wasting our time and being told by her staff that it could be done. Even her employee seemed embarrassed. Will not be giving them business in the future.

I must admit, I miss Runaway and their cool Durham apparel.
