Mike took the time to search for fonts that resembled what I wanted and then trying out different sizes, never once rushing the process which I appreciated. Once the tattoo outline was placed on my skin, he again asked me if the placement was what I wanted and size, again thanks for doing that. Overall, loved my experience here, have & will continue to recommend. Super clean, friendly artists, in & out in 30 mins. It's basically a hand snapping with little stars and planets around it. The problem is that the hand wasn't done as neatly as I would've liked it to be. The stars were not either, they are VERY simple stars. What left a bad taste in my mouth was after the tattoo was done I'd also realized he left some little but major details out. When I left the shop I observed my tattoo more and more until I realized and had to go back to tell him what he forgot. He apologized and added what was missing. As I started to leave the shop I realized he forgot to bandage me again, so I reminded him. Apologized again. Apologies are great and all but if you are in the profession of putting PERMANENT tattoos on peoples bodies you should be taking this WAY more seriously! Just my opinion! I will not go back. Also, if you are staff and look at a customer come into your shop.. SAY HELLO.

The owner, Kevin, was extremely prompt and kind both during my initial reaching out and during my appointment. Albeit my tattoo was on the simple, small side, the fact that I was able to get it done in less than an hour with amazing results from Bobby was awesome!! Such a cool vibe inside the store and both Kevin and Bobby just want the customer to be absolutely stoked with their tattoo and it shows. Martine was extremely rude and uninviting from the moment we arrived. Her tone was harsh and came across as very unfriendly, which made what should have been a positive experience for my son feel uncomfortable. When you're bringing a loved one in for something like an ear piercing, you expect the staff to be welcoming, patient, and reassuring. Instead, the interaction felt rushed and unpleasant. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially in situations involving kids, and this experience definitely fell short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff how important it is to treat customers with kindness and professionalism. Because of this interaction, I chose to only deal with Ell, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Ayana was the one who performed the ear piercing for my child, and she was kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. She made my son feel comfortable and handled the piercing very well.

I headed over and met with Joe from PA. I showed him a Picture of what I was interested in and then he worked up a couple of sketches. I decided on a specific one and he drew it up in a few minutes. It looked like exactly what I wanted and I said we could proceed. The process did not take very long. It was a small tattoo and all black. It came out perfectly. I have lately been thinking about another tattoo. That would be a little more complicated. But I needed some artistic input to make it right. Called Electric Lotus again and spoke to Jae. He didn't have time for a walking that day but told me to arrange a time with him for a no cost consultation. I got a little busy for the next few weeks. And couldn't make it to him but I plan to very shortly. Overall, my experience was excellent with both the tattoo that I received and the service that Jae was going to provide me for the consult. I can't wait for the holidays to be over. So I could have my consultation and get my ink. I've seen Jae's work and it is wonderful.
