I got a fade yesterday that was noticeably uneven. After leaving and checking it close up in my…read morerear view mirror, I saw one side was off by more than half an inch. To be fair, when I went back inside, the barber was accommodating and corrected the section I pointed out. However, after looking at it again the next morning, I realized the haircut was more uneven than I initially thought. I'm giving 2 stars because I've had good haircuts here in the past, but this experience was disappointing enough that I probably won't be returning.

Got absolutely messed up with this haircut. Asked for a taper fade.

Been coming to Faded Fresh for two years, the hair cuts I have received have been DOPE! My soul purpose of choosing this place of business originally besides a good hair cut, is good customer service, and appointments. I very much hate to spend all day in a barbershop, because, their slow, short staffed or both. Travis the barber, checked off these important boxes for me. However, I noticed lots of turnover, unprofessional conversations and behaviors and inconsistency of attendees of the barbers. This was not a great shock for me, knowing this is a thing in this particular industry. What posed an issue for me is that these inconsistencies, unprofessionalism started effecting my appointments. Unfortunately, for Travis my money wasn't good enough, not once but many times, my appointments have been bumped, voided and simply ignored, for some other individual or individuals who are paying more. There is price for every service this establishment provides, and a customer pays based off that list on what service they want. If I am in line at a grocery store, you wait until it's your turn to checkout. Same goes if customer has an appointment, you accommodate that appointment. Others should wait their turn as well. Work your deals around your appointed customers. Travis, must be okay, with providing this type of service. As for me this is not a service I chose to pay for moving forward. This is not okay, very disappointing! read more

If you looking for a fresh fade , these the barbers to go to. I recently moved to aurora and have been looking for a barber /barbershop that is not overpriced. Ruben faded me up, saw the other barbers in there cutting just as fresh . barber shop was clean and the vibes were mellow. Felt comfortable and customer service was outstanding. barbers were friendly and clean. would recommend to all looking for a clean fade/cut or a legit barbershop . read more

I really like this spot. Been here twice for last min, it's gotta happen today, grandparents in the morning type...Friday night cuts for my son.
