Booked an appointment for 10AM Showed up and they weren't even ready 10:20 goes by and I get up to tell one of the guys "Hey I set an appointment and everything am I getting a haircut or what because I gotta go to work @ 11AM he said yeah we'll get you in a moment." yesterday 01/23//2020 was my Birthday when I got it cut From their mirrors it looked fine until I brushed my hair on my way to work and realized the dude totally Fucked my hair up and hairstyle. I want a refund immediately. I will call them when they open and if they say no I'm disputing this with my bank. They also talk way too much in there and dude fucked my Hairline up trying to talk to another Barber about McDonald's and oatmeal. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I'm reporting this barbershop to HHE. read more

3 stars only because their skills are on point and their cuts are pretty decent. Other than that customer service is awful. I have personally experienced it myself but also have witnessed it on every visit I've had. Almost always you will not get your haircut at the time you have scheduled it. The barbers are either late, not there, or JUST getting started on the previous haircut. Oh! and god forbid you say something. They will just say "if you don't like it get out" I have personally heard this. Not the most family friendly environment. I understand it's a barbershop but theirs a lot of cursing between barbers and the music is not child friendly. Some barbers are high and smell of marijuana as well as glorifying the drug. This place needs to improve their customer service. Especially by beginning with proper time management and proper scheduling system. TLDR: Great haircut in a non-family friendly environment if your willing to wait past your scheduled time, disrespected for stating your opinion and overall treated like cattle. read more

this is a professional barber shop for men's hair styling. These guys do an excellent job they are bunch of young guys but don't let that fool you because they will take any customer that walks in and treat them with care. The barber that I had was extraordinary and very professional. I was actually watching are all the barbers in the chairs around me who appeared to be artists who love their jobs. read more

Never again! I was so thankful they could get us in as a walk in. However, if I would have known that meant I'd be sitting there for nearly 4 hours I would have never stayed. Sat there and watched other walk ins come in and sit right down while we sat there waiting for hours. Not to mention when we finally left I was overcharged by one of the barbers. The sign clearly states 20$ for a kids cut yet we were charged 25$ for my 10 year old and only 20$ for my 9 year old. Absolutely ridiculous. Can they cut hair, yes. Was it amazing, no. Both of the boys hair looked good. Was it worth the frustrating 4 hour wait with 3 kids in tow? Absolutely not. I will never, ever return to this barber. read more

They are constantly making jokes and having conversations during haircuts they messed up my hair I didn't get the haircut that I wanted and the barber who cut my hair is very childish he probably doesn't even have a license. Also and very important Instead of worrying about how many haircuts other barbers have done all day, worry about learning how to listen to customers and most importantly learn how to fade. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. The majority of these kids are just getting out of barber school and have a lot to learn. I came here cause my regular barber was out of town. These were nice guys but my cut is just terrible. My go to cut is the taper fade and I've been getting it for 2 years straight now. So I know what it's supposed to look like. I gave the guy instructions, nothing off the top 0 on the bottom, etc... this guy spent 20 whole minutes fading the nape of my neck. Literally. I spent 45 min in the barber chair, no joke. I really dont think this kid knew what he was doing. Then when he tried to line my sideburns up he had to literally lay me back in the chair and line me up like that. This dude was literally putting my neck into really uncomfortable positions just to line me up. In all my 21 years of life I have never seen something so unorthodox when getting my haircut... it wasnt until I got home that I realized that all he did was give me a fade but he didnt clean up the sides or back of my head. So hair is overlapping the fade. To get a better idea of this picture a mushroom... that's what my haircut looks like. 0/5 I will not return and will advise people not to come here. read more
