Bottom line, this Irvine store was not only rude about wanting to help me, and you can tell they were just being lazy and didn't want to do the work. The employees there were just not experienced or know what they were doing and a store manager who doesn't care about their customers.

Flame Point techs make regular visits to inspect my multifunction machine and perform cleaning and maintenance, including replacing parts that wear out over time BEFORE there is a breakdown.
