Did it all (and it was much more by this point because we had added square footage and all the contents that go with it during the 2.5 years) in 4.5 hours. Literally GONE from the new location with all desks rebuilt and everything where we wanted it in less than five hours - at a better price!!!! Claudia and her team are the best. I left and kept my couch search going, but returned to order my couch with Maria a couple days later. We were originally looking for used cubicles and Talimar was the only company who was willing to change and customize their stock to fit our needs. Every other company I went to would not change anything on the used cubicles. In the end, my managers changed their mind and wanted an open concept office rather than having cubicles, so I went back to Dave and Brandon and they worked with me in designing remanufactured desks at 80% less than brand new cubicles would have cost! I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this business to STEER CLEAR. I purchased a couch that was represented to me as brand new. When I opened the boxes to begin assembling it, I immediately found grass all over the couch which obviously raised a major red flag about whether this couch had actually been brand new or not. Despite that, I cleaned everything up and continued assembling it, hoping there wasn't going to be any other issue. Unfortunately, toward the end of assembly, I discovered that one of the armrests was missing the latches needed to attach it to the sofa AND the armrest itself was ripped. I contacted the business within 24 hours and explained exactly what had happened including pictures. Their initial response was essentially that I should just drive back to their warehouse and pick up the missing latches. But at that point, the missing latches were the least of the problem. I had been sold a couch that was supposed to be brand new, yet it arrived with grass in the packaging, missing hardware, and a ripped armrest. I explained this to them multiple times. After going back and forth, they finally agreed to give me store credit. I was willing to accept that even though, in my opinion, I should have been offered a refund for an item that was not delivered in the condition it was represented to be in. They then told me I needed to return the couch.... So I did exactly that. The couch was already approximately 99% assembled, and I had sent them pictures showing exactly what condition it was in. I had a relative with a truck drive the couch back to their warehouse for me. Then, after we went through the trouble of transporting the couch all the way back, they refused to accept it because it wasn't in the original boxes... Seriously? They knew the couch was no longer in the boxes. I had already sent them pictures showing that it was almost completely assembled. They knew exactly what condition it was in before I drove it back. I explained that I had no reasonable way to put it back into the original packaging. It arrived in three separate boxes, and I had no idea how it had originally been packed. Even if I somehow managed to disassemble it and cram everything back into the boxes, their solution made absolutely no sense. They would still have to take it apart again, inspect it, replace the missing/damaged pieces, and repackage it before potentially reselling it. I even spoke directly with the owner via FaceTime, and rather than trying to find a reasonable solution, he was extremely rude and completely unwilling to work with me. I explained the situation logically and repeatedly, but he simply refused to take the couch back. So now I'm out $700, I've wasted a tremendous amount of time, I've had to arrange transportation to return a defective product, and after doing everything they asked me to do, I was still left with absolutely no resolution. What makes this even more frustrating is that I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I was willing to accept store credit just to resolve the situation and move on. They couldn't even do that. The entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end, but the way management handled the situation was what really sealed the deal for me. A business can make a mistake. Products can have defects. What matters is how you treat the customer when something goes wrong. In this case, they made the situation dramatically worse by refusing to take responsibility and then hiding behind a technicality they already knew about. If you're thinking about buying furniture from this place, my advice is DON'T. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend spending your money somewhere that actually stands behind what it sells and respects its customers when there is a problem. $700 lesson learned. We visited several used office furniture…read morewarehouses this weekend and found MSI to have larger inventory of pre owned furniture in very good condition. The Manager, Vince Lugo personally attended to us and spent nearly an hour with us, helping us find the right chairs for our waiting room. Since we are not local, he agreed to meet us on Sunday, to load our pick up truck, so we did not have to make extra trip. This is how you earn one's business, in a very competetive market. By the way, we did not purchase anything from MSI, yet we left the warehouse with very good feeling about our visit there and hoping to do business with them in very near future.

The frustration point is that the sales man was terrible. When asked what they have in the $150 range, he reluctantly asked: "used??!" The chair is literally so horrible, one would not pay $1 at a yard sale for it. They would need to pay me, and pay me a lot, to take this crap home. This place is empty. Good luck selling may be one chair per month. There are so better chairs and prices at staples, we ended up getting 2 awesome ergonomic chairs from there on sale for $100 each.
