Pricing was fair: paid a diagnostic fee to find the problem, then $130 to fix everything. Other shops quoted me way higher just to look at it. No upselling, just honest work. The replacement only took 1 hour, but he wanted to keep the tablet another few hours to make sure the glue stayed on well, which is fine by me! He also threw in a screen protector on the house, which was very much appreciated. The cost of the screen replacement was lower than I was expecting based off what I was reading online for other stores. I also want to commend him for his honesty: after I told him about the problem my Nintendo Switch was having, he explained that he might be able to fix the GPU problem, but he wasn't comfortable doing so and taking my money when it may run into the same problem again in a few days or weeks.
