Just as I reached the front, two employees said "are you here for TSA pre-check?" What a nice surprise that the staff we had talked to earlier had given a heads up to their team members. An unexpected touch of good customer service. I had done my pre-registration online for Idemia, but unfortunately this place uses Clear to process the enrollments, so I had to start from scratch. Luckily there the helpful young man assisted every step of the way. Scanning documents, helping with fingerprints, answering questions, processing payment. All in all, very painless.

I had a birthday celebration. I went in to purchase (number) balloons 3 & 4 once arriving home the 3 popped. I called and they said to come in and they would replace it. I went back and got the new balloon. Once arriving home the 4 popped. The balloons were NOT close to anything that would cause them to pop. They popped from the inner seal. At this point I was frustrated. I called party city/ staples and they told me it was a one time courtesy to exchange the balloon so nothing could be done for the second balloon. I was disappointed but still needed a 4. I drove to my local dollar tree and just bought it there. I definitely appreciate the transparency and the one time courtesy. As a customer we are not always right however I would have appreciated if they would have verbally communicated their policy on balloons and exchanges at the time of purchase. However the boxes are empty, and I don't know what kind of policy they have in this store for why their boxes are empty. But in all honesty, I'm surprised to see how this place sells routers that are a combo of router and modem. I also love how this place sells prescription-free hearing aids. It makes it so nice and convenient.
