I'm very happy that Irvine has a place like this to be able to try and buy Steelcase chairs. Mitchell was incredibly helpful and walked us through the process with a levity that made the experience smooth and easy. He was very attentive to the details of each chair and explained their nuances, differences, and advantages. He was patient as we tried them and the different settings and helped size me to the different chairs! When you're new to a chair, this is such a critical step to go through that I didn't learn to do until we came through SaviorBack. Mitchell also makes great jokes and is a funny guy, and he certainly did not tell me to write that in the review. :P We bought two Steelcase chairs: Gesture and Amia. They offer deals if you buy multiple. The chairs are in great shape, and these high-end chairs really are miles away from entry-level chairs. SaviorBack is a great deal for folks trying to get a good fit for their butts and backs but not break the bank for just one chair. Definitely coming back when we need more chairs! Love this company and the way they do business!

The Manager, Vince Lugo personally attended to us and spent nearly an hour with us, helping us find the right chairs for our waiting room. Since we are not local, he agreed to meet us on Sunday, to load our pick up truck, so we did not have to make extra trip. This is how you earn one's business, in a very competetive market. By the way, we did not purchase anything from MSI, yet we left the warehouse with very good feeling about our visit there and hoping to do business with them in very near future.

The frustration point is that the sales man was terrible. When asked what they have in the $150 range, he reluctantly asked: "used??!" When we said, "no, new", he took us to a dirty dusty chair that looked like it was from the 60s, brushed off the dirt from it and invited us to buy it!!! The chair is literally so horrible, one would not pay $1 at a yard sale for it. They would need to pay me, and pay me a lot, to take this crap home. This place is empty. Good luck selling may be one chair per month. There are so better chairs and prices at staples, we ended up getting 2 awesome ergonomic chairs from there on sale for $100 each. Anything half way decent started at $500 at mci.

I worked with Rachel when I was there as the workbench/shelving guy wasn't there. She was super nice, as friendly as it gets and extremely helpful. She normally does the packaging side of the business but helped me without hesitation when she could not get a hold of the other half. The goods they sell are more oriented towards warehouses, businesses or garages but if you take a look at the catalog on the website the prices beat most of the local wholesale competitors (aka costco/sams club). All in all I am very happy with my workbench I purchased for my garage and very satisfied with the attitude, friendliness and helpfulness of all the employees here. 5 stars. Thanks again Rachel!

As far an trying to make it seem like we are going to regret your telling Cushman Wakefield that you received "less than ideal" experience from us is valueless as well. We have never done business with them and can only vaguely recall an occasional attempt by them as well as many other commercial brokers to do something for them which never came to fruition.
