I had been looking for a place that tattoos beauty marks, or faces at all. After talking to a bunch of tattoo artists that said they wouldn't do face tattoos, I decided to look in the permanent cosmetic makeup section of yelp and I decided on this place. It was pretty easy to find, but once I found the spa I realized the door was locked. The blinds were all shut too which was weird since I had an appointment at the time I had arrived.. I ran the doorbell and this little Asian woman in a surgical mask poked her head out asked if I had an appointment, and then she let me in. The lobby/waiting area was extremely dark, small, and stuffy. There was no lighting inside, let alone open windows or a source of circulating air. There was one small couch, which was occupied by 3 or 4 women ahead of me. The rest of the people (myself included) just sat on the window sill or floor. I ended up waiting for 20-30 minutes after my appointment time to see the woman who was to tattoo my beauty marks. I was brought into this little sectioned off corner where she sat and motioned for me to lay on this stained dentist chair. She asked what I wanted done and I showed her a picture, and she had me draw the marks on with pencil. She warned me it would hurt a little, but I love getting tattooed so.. For me it was painless. I had two freckles tattooed under my eye along with a beauty mark in the corner of my mouth. She barely did any tattoo prep on these areas before beginning, besides putting a tiny bit of numbing cream seconds before. The whole process took 8-10 minutes. She had me look at each one and I ended up telling her to do each one bigger which she was fine with. She charged $30 for each freckle ~ totaling to $90. She rushed me off the chair and into the lobby where the receptionist handed me a tiny jar of cream she said to apply every now and then, along with a folded piece of paper (membership card?) with Chinese writing on it. I'm satisfied with how it turned out, although I only got it done a couple hours ago.. So it could heal weird still. I just felt like the instruments could have been brand new for each person like any tattoo shop, or at least cleaned prior to use. For the amount of clientele this place has, they could definitely use a new location or at least more seating/order in the waiting area. read more

Mei is awesome. She is a no non-sense, no time wasted artist and is obviously very skillful and experienced. She first drew brows on me, asked if I liked it, then adjusted them to what I was comfortable with. She has really gentle hands despite the slight discomfort from the tattoo gun itself. She gives a free re-touch within 8 months. I had been very pleased with the experience and have had received compliments on her work. The brows look natural and the eyeliners are very fine and precise. I wish I can keep coming to Mei anytime but traveling has become too much of a hassle with all the airport security procedures. Parking could get hard on this busy part of the city so give yourself enough time to find a street parking spot and be prepared to walk if you parked one or two blocks down the street (which is not particularly easy if you had your eyeliners done and could hardly keep your eyes from watering, much less, open! LOL!). Also, this is a busy, fast-paced place. Don't expect them to cater to you taking your sweet time to decide and think things out. I'm okay with this as I have complete confidence in Mei's ability and skill to choose eyebrow shapes and colors that suit each individual person's face shape, skin tone, and hair color. I always see many ladies waiting in the reception though I'm not sure if they are walk-ins. I always come in by appointment, always chooses the first available time slot as soon as they open, and never had to wait. I cannot recommend Mei enough and hope she stays doing this for a very very long time. read more

Mei, the owner, is the only person who does the cosmetic tattoos. I had my eyeliner (top lids only) done this morning for $130, cash only. Mei is as good as people say she is. DO NOT WEAR CONTACT LENSES if you're going in for eyeliner tattooing, and be prepared for some bearable pain. (I felt the numbing ointment stung my eyes more than the actual tattooing.) They really are busy though, and it operates like a Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld. Before I could even open my eyes, they pulled me up from the chair and a lady handed me my coat and purse and ushered me out of the room as another girl was being ushered in. If you're big on customer service, leave your standards at the door... At Faces Plus, it's the quality of work they are known for, not so much their customer service. read more

I had an eye brow touch up appointment today (I'm qualify for 4 appointments since they charged me $425.00), I am not sure why I would need 4 appointments, it was foolish of me for not questioning them why?? For some reason the second appointment the color was lighter than the first time, I mentioned to Mei and she was not happy, she speaks broken English and I could barely understand her but I figured what she was trying to tell me were just excuses. Both times my eyes brows were uneven (the shape don't match :) not much of a big deal b/c it can be fixed, but the problem is Mei is never open for suggestions or corrections.....Finally she agreed to go over the eye brows twice to keep the color darker as I requested, I appreciated that and she also corrected the shape so that both sides would match. . While I was there, there was one lady also complained about her eye brows don't retain the color, their response was "some people's skin don't accept the ink", this is none-sense! This is basically body tattoo and the ink is supposed to last for many years to come. It is difficult to talk to Mei and she does not accept her mistakes when I pointed out that my brows' tattoos are not even, one side is thicker then the other side, she said if I pull the skin up on one side then they both will look even, oh lala .... I should not need to pull eye skin so that my eye brown look even after a cosmetic service. I am not a satisfied client and would not recommend Mei for her work, it is always difficult to reason with her. Not sure that I would return for my 4th appointment... I found this place on Yelp when looking for a place to get my permanent eye brows. I got them done at Faces Plus the other day and I couldn't be happier. They are PERFECT and very natural. We paid $250 and get a free touch up within one year. I took away one star because although I had an appointment (which I was told I HAD to HAVE in order to get in) I still had to wait 45 minutes before I was seen. But I would wait an hour to get perfect eyebrows like I did...and the ladies there were super nice, the price is right as well...I highly recommend Faces Plus for permanent eyebrows. read more

My mom and I recently visited Faces Plus for the first time. First impression: this place is no-frills, but the packed waiting room suggests that the work done here is top-notch. I asked the receptionist for a portfolio and menu of services, and she informed me that there was neither. Perhaps this is why they are able to keep their prices so low, along with the fact that they only accept cash. I felt uncomfortable and decided against having permanent eyeliner applied here, until I saw several women with very nice results who claimed to have had their permanent makeup applied at Faces Plus. If not being able to see before/after pictures worries you (and I completely understand!), this place is not for you. My mother had eyebrows and upper/lower eyeliner applied for $400. She asked for medium upper liner and thin lower liner, though both came out looking on the thin side. Her lids swelled significantly, and there was some mild bleeding on her eyebrows, but after one day it's looking fantastic. I asked for upper and lower liner ($260), both as thin as possible, and got just that. My lids didn't swell as much as my mothers'--it's very different from one person to another. All in all, we're both very happy with the work, and would do it again in a heartbeat. If you want very thick eyeliner, make yourself very clear. Many women in the waiting room said the results are usually thinner than one would expect. You can get a free touch-up within the year, which they recommend you do after 3-6 months. DO be prepared for the pain. The eyeliner hurts quite a bit, but is definitely worth the pain. My mother claimed the eyebrows didn't hurt nearly as much. Take an Advil or two beforehand. The pain subsides very quickly following the procedure. They also offer several laser treatments and photo-facials, all for a very reasonable price. This place is a great bargain. read more

What should've been a painful experience turned out to be an amazingly satisfying and pleasant one at Faces Plus. Faces Plus is AWESOME! I was recommended by a good friend of mine and it definitely wasn't a disappointment. I had some freckles removed yesterday and it was extremely fast and effective. I was extremely impressed by the superb customer service I received right when I walked in the front door. I didn't have to wait long at all and when it was my turn the lady told me step by step what was going to happen. After I had my freckles removed, the lady gave me cream and explained to me carefully on how to treat my skin. From start to finish it was a 5 star throughout. after my brows faded after only 6 months of having them done 3 times at venus permanent in sf, I decided to try faces plus. I am very happy with my brows. the pain wasnt bad at all, and they look great. I got my first compliment just hours after getting them done, when they're nasty and dark looking. faces plus offers a free touch up within a year. Mei the artist, was nice enough to clear up a couple blemishes for me, but it hurt sooo badly. she used a laser so it does not scar the skin, but it was pretty painful. I dont think I'm brave enough to go back for any facials but I love my brows. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I went back for my touch up the other day, I had them done about 6 months ago. my aunt loved my brows and went with me to get them done too. I called in to make my touch up appointment and apparently they book touch ups about a month later, whereas new appointments can be made within the same week. just fyi. so we arrive and didnt have to wait long. there were 3 other ladies there that had their brows done that were waiting. Mei gets everyone in and out in record time. So I take a seat in her chair, tell her that I want them darker and thicker than the last time. FULLY trusting her, and a bit scared, she begins without drawing them out for me first. praying they dont come out funky. she finishes and they're great!! I did bleed a little bit which was weird since they didnt bleed the first time. my brows burned for about an hour, but the pain isnt bad at all. Mei is so sweet. she gave me my ointment and told me to come back in 5 years. I hope they last till then, and she better still be there when I'm ready =] read more

I called in to schedule an appointment to get a mole removed and to my surprise, i got an appointment on the day i called. Upon arrival, I was greeted and seated. Within minutes and I was walked into a small room and Lisa used a microscope and laser the mole. It was a constant burning sensation, but over very quickly. Now instead of a mole it just looks like a scab waiting to fall off. The service was very friendly and quick. Highly recommended and very inexpensive as well. I believe they charge $15 per mole. In addition, they leave you a 6-month gap where they will re-do it if your mole happens to still be there or grow back. read more

This was my first facial. I almost missed it because their windows were covered. I had a basic facial and it felt great. They don't really massage your face as much as I was hoping they would. But my face came out blackhead free and smooth for someone who had blackheads deeply stuck in there for years. A basic facial also came with free eyebrow shaping like they will trim any hair that's out of place to make your brow more clean-looking. read more

i got my eyebrows done here yesterday (5/11), and so far i'm pretty pleased (i'm going to update my review/rating once my eyebrows have healed). i was a bit wary about doing this again, as i've previously had my eyebrows tatted in korea, which lasted around 2~3 years (semi-perm)---and were uneven. i checked the mirror before they were tatted of course, but as i unconsciously raise one of my eyebrows a little (did not realize this til a friend pointed it out after the fact) when i look in the mirror, i hadn't realized that she had drawn them in unevenly, and thus tattooed them in unevenly. i only first noticed when i looked at a photo and thought "wth is going on here?" fortunately Mei was able to even out my eyebrows, though they're a bit thinner than i normally have them. i think that's a good thing however, as you can always add more but not take away. she also tattooed over my scar (more like a crevasse; those of you that're asian and contemplating eyebrow rings----Don't. unless you have fairly deep set eyes = prominent brow bone), making the line nice and subtle unlike what i've been doing the last several years. the ink was a mix of dark brown, which i'm not currently digging but am (somewhat) confident it'll fade to the natural grey-black ish color i've seen in everyone's pics...it better! took a star off since my appointment started about 20 min. late, and the fact that Mei wasn't wearing gloves when she tatted me (though she washed her hands and used new needles of course). working at a tat shop myself, i found that a little iffy, but the main concern was the needles, so i shrugged it off. overall fast (15 min?), straightforward, and inexpensive (comparatively). staff are brisk but polite, and Mei was very reassuring and nice, and tattooed in efficient, practiced movements. make sure you go earlier in the day and on a weekday, cuz parking is a bitch. read more

I've got my eyebrows done 4 years ago and absolutely love them. I'm caucasian so I didn't want my eyebrows to be too dark or too tattooed looking. They came out just like I wanted, very natural looking. It didn't even hurt. I am extremely pleased. I have to do a touch up every so often because my skin doesn't absorb the ink so well but it is all well worth it. I have send lots of my friends there and everyone of them came out happy with their new eyebrows. I would recomend this place over another any day. Go there. I'm furious, I had just gotten subtle eyebrow 3D microblading in korea for $150 a month ago, and I went to faces plus to get a retouch. I came in, got numbing cream for all of 5 mins (in korea they make you leave it on for at least 30 mins), and Mei started on me immediately. It was painful!!!! It felt wrong, I did not feel like there were hair strokes being drawn and asked to see but she told me to wait. After some more pain, bleeding, the sensation of my eyebrows being filled rather than 3D hair strokes, she gave me a mirror to reveal two very dark rectangles on my face. I was livid. Basically, Kristin is the only one who does hair stroke tattooing, its $680, not $250 for a retouch as I paid and it doesn't matter that you already had hair stroke tattooing done before. They said I can wait and try to get a combo done later but I'd have to pay the difference. Why would anyone want two rectangles filled in on their face, of course you should get hair stroke tattooing but $680 is crazy expensive! Spend that on a plane ticket to korea, get it done for $150 and have a good time rather than have this miserable and unfair treatment. They should explain to you which one they are doing, and if they see that hair strokes already exist in the eyebrows, ask if that's what you want, not just go in there like its a McDonald's of eyebrow tattooing and just go at it. I used to have horrible acne on my forehead. It was so bad that I would have my bangs cover it and would never show my forehead! Now, I'm proud to show off my forehead since it is very clear and doesn't even look like I used to have bad acne over there! For quick results, I had the laser treatment. It did sting, but was totally worth it. In a week or so, the acne was clear. To keep my face clear, I was given acne medication. I tried Proactiv, but it didn't work at all. And once I stopped using Proactiv, my acne came back. Now, with the new medication that I got from this place, I can just use it when I have some acne reappearing and not have to use it at other times. The medication is non-addictive. Also, I had results in a few weeks, and everything was 100% clear in a few months. Like I said, my acne troubles are gone! I definitely recommend the laser treatment and the acne medication! read more

Let me tell you, I've been a customer here for over 15 years. I've gotten my eyebrows tattooed here several times and have tried all their facial packages. Each time I'm only halfway through using a facial package, the esthetician pressures me to purchase another package. These packages are not cheap- they range $1000-2000 for 5-10 facials. Each time, they insist I need a more complicated and therefore more expensive facial routine. Mind you, I live over 2 hours away from this location but I was promised that if purchased, that my facial packages would never expire. Use at my leisure they said. Well I'm finally starting my last facial package that I purchased in 2015 (price was $1780), and the rude boss and receptionist now claim there is indeed an expiration. They will be "gracious" and allow me to claim my package, but I will need to schedule every 2 weeks until completion. According to them, the price of their packages has increased and it is unreasonable for me to "drag out my package over 10 years." The receptionist tried to force me to schedule every two weeks for a hydrofacial that's recommended only once a month. They want me to use up my services so I can purchase more. They don't realize it takes me 2 hours to drive here for my 2+ hour facial and another 2 hours to drive home. A facial is a treat, not a chore and should be scheduled when I desire so. If I could, I would get a refund and never return to this establishment. This level of customer service is actually what many are accustomed to, because they're popular among the Asian community. This doesn't give the owner and employees the right to be rude. Remember that your success is owed to your clients and you should be humble. read more

I was really nervous to get my eyebrows done but the lady made you feel very comfortable and was very reassuring that everything was going to be fine. She took her time and was not rushed she stopped several times to ask me questions and to make sure I was happy. I also took my sister with me for a second set of eyes :) They had no problem letting her come in and making suggestions or giving her opinion. Overall I am happy with my experience the only downfall was trying to find parking but hey your going to have that problem anytime your in the City. read more

I came for a touch up because what I had done here a few months ago completely faded and had blotches of color in certain spots. I got there at 2:45 and didn't get seen until after they closed around 4:30... They constantly overbook, I had the same problem last time I was there. Terrible customer service if you ask me. Eyebrows are terribly painful, regardless of what people say. This time around, she didnt ask me a thing about shape, color, draw it on, or let me see what it looked like afterwards. I had to run to the bathroom to see the outcome. I noticed she left the insides of my brows colorless but already had someone else in the chair so now have to have someone else do it. Now, a month in to getting it done, the color has faded into a color that doesn't match, I have missing spots and certain areas have really dark color. If this was a good business, they would refund your money if you are unhappy (that's how it should work) but no, they offer a re-touch (what, to go through the traumating experience again?). read more

It had been several months since my appointment and I am finally calm enough to write a review. I did not go for my eyebrows. I had my lips done. I've had them done twice before in the past so its not like I didn't know what to expect. The job done was nothing shout of horrible. Just horrible. On top of that I was treated terribly. The upsell at the end was rude and ridiculous. I was told they needed to remove my MOLE from my face with some sort of laser. I told her I didn't want it removed, it was a mole. She went on and on about how unattractive it was. Yeah. great. Thanks. Anyway, I'm not Asian and I have no doubt that was part of the problem. It was horrible treatment, HORRIBLE end result and I am left nothing but a very unhappy customer. I wouldn't let these people touch me a gain with a 10 ft pole. Back to Athena I go. read more

I wrote a review a year ago but it didn't post. We tried to schedule our 6 month touch-up but they were booked so far in advanced and they wouldn't honor it unless we came in the day after Christmas. I suggest that you schedule your free touch-up before you leave the clinic or else you will run into the same issue. They just completely overbook themselves. It worked out fine for us because we went to see someone better who charges less and allows you to return within a year which is much more reasonable. Also, this persons actually listens to what you want and takes the time to draw them out with you. Mei at Faces Plus had one of my brows higher than the other and one was shorter than the other. Mei never seemed like she was listening and she was always trying to rush you out because there are so many people waiting outside. I went to Mei three times because I thought that she was good but now I know that the service at Faces Plus is just awful for the outrages prices that they charge. I understand that your features are naturally not symmetrical but, when you pay that much money, you want them to look the way you want. read more

Based on all the great reviews here, I decided to get my eyebrows embroidered at Faces Plus in September. I'm very unhappy with the results. My eyebrows are uneven - one arch is higher than the other. They were both raised so I have a "surprised" look. The color faded a lot and ended up looking blotchy/spotty. After the fading, it looked like a faded purple (it was suppose to be brown). And the size shrunk a lot after the peeling so the the end result was very thin. It's true what others are saying about the quick non-attentive service, you're in-n-out, NEXT! There's no time or care for addressing concerns. I wouldn't recommend this place for your brows. Although this embroidery procedure is supposed to be semi-permanent, some of it is permanent even if you do lasers or tatoo removal (which can cause scarring/permanent damage & hair loss), so ladies please do your homework before you do this and make sure to see lots of pictures before you do! read more

I wanted to start this review by saying I read so many of the reviews before I decided to get my brows done with Mei. Before calling to make an appointment, I assumed it would be weeks before Mei could see me. I called on a Tuesday and they had an opening on Saturday morning that fit my schedule. I anticipated waiting at least half an hour when I got to the appointment. In reality I actually didn't wait longer than 10 minutes and that's because I was early! There was only one or two other women there, either who just finished, or were waiting after me. The woman who signed me in was pleasant and polite. Mei was just the sweetest woman ever. She complimented me the whole time and put me at ease when I was nervous. She let my friend come in an check out how she drew my brows in before she started. The actual process wasn't too painful at all. There was numbing cream that was applied so I am sure that helped. And best of all, she was done in about 15 minutes. Overall, I was highly impressed with the entire experience. I am so, so happy with how my brows came out. Mei is definitely an artist and knows what she is doing so just trust the process and you will have a great experience! Highly recommend !! read more

I got my brows and my eyeliner done here by mei. I'm not happy with either one. To start the staff there is very unprofessional and it's all about the money. Before I even told them my name they wanted the cash up front. Then we ended up waiting over an hour for our appointment. Five minutes before my turn, the lady quickly swiped some numbing agent on my lids and brow (did absolutely nothing). Their numbing agent does not work. I laid down, and mei was completely not interested in what I wanted. It felt like she hurried through it, and when she was done, she put the mirror in front of my quickly, and didn't really give me a chance to look at her work when she rushed me out. As soon as I walked out my mom told me that my brows were uneven and that my tail of my eyeliner was too low. I went back in to tell Mei and she said that its the shape of my face. Ah...no! It's the work that you did that was crooked. My eyeliner was uneven and shaky. The tail was low which makes my eyes look droopy, and she said that it would look better when the swelling goes down. Well, months later and it still looks the same. I went back for my touch up and she fixes none of the complaints that I had. I was left with uneven brows and shaky unevenly filled liner with droopy tails. NEVER would I recommend her. She is definitely all about the money. I ended up having to go to Laura Scott in the Sacramento area to fix Mei's work. read more

Mei does wonders! I waited forever to finally get the courage to go to Mei and wish I had gone sooner. I actually have pretty decent eyebrows. The only reason why I went in was because I'm tired of shading it in every morning. And sometimes I have good days with them and sometimes bad... so I said to heck with it. Well Mei said I already had nice eyebrows the second I walked in. I told her I just wanted it to stay exactly the same. Well 15 minutes later.. It actually looked even better! I never thought it could look any better than what I had before, but she pretty much made it more arched and also even the two out. Now every morning I wake up I am grateful to have gotten these. I must admit that they're light (since it's called embroidering) compared to a typical tattoo. But the results are natural looking eyebrows that doesn't turn green. I got mine done 3 years ago and am still happy about it! read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Let me start by saying that this is my first negative review. I'm typically easy to please & usually hate writing bad reviews or anything negative but they were so ridiculously horrible that here it goes... Paid $200 for my eyebrows. Extremely rushed & super rude. On my first visit, I had to argue with the technician to fill in missing spots & she ended up doing them really, really uneven. I was upset but still excited that I finally got them done. I figured maybe they were having a bad day. When I returned for my free touch up I knew better & took my sister with me to ensure they were even. The technician tried to ignore me during the procedure & rolled her eyes when I had my sister double check them! Then the assistant tried to GRAB my arm & rush me out after I found ANOTHER BALD SPOT! I had to tell her to get her hands off me & looked the technician in the face & said look I paid $200 for these eyebrows, this is a bald spot & I'm not leaving until its filled! She did it with a super attitude. I only went here because they were reasonable on price but trust me the service wouldn't be worth it for free! Uneven eyebrows, bald spots, attitude & rushed? We (my sis and mom and I ) got our eyebrows tattooed at Faces Plus as well like everybody else..and we had a different experience . The process itself was great..it took no more than 20 min. and the result was ok! She doesn't listen to how you want your eyebrow to be done! She did according to her preference. So if you want your eyebrows in certain way...make sure you tell her in first place. We weren't really happy with the wait and service. We feel that there were some favoritism toward their customers (may their regular/repeated customers). On our first visit our appointments was at 3pm and we came 45 min early at 2:15pm to beat traffice and parking. I got mine done as soon as we checked in after we arrived. My mom didn't get her done until 5pm and the reason was...we were early and other customers appts were before us. So we had to wait until they were done. That was buuullll ! They came late after our appointment and so we had to wait after them when we came early- even before their appt. We just don't think that's professional at all for a business. So for those of you who want to try this place out...make sure you tell her how you want your eyebrows to be done and be on time, not early or late becasue they going to have excueses for you to wait. Oh..one more thing..they're going to check for moles on you faces as well and hoping that they can help you remove them. Prices on those moles were not listed at the time for me to see..so they called out what ever prices or cost to remove those moles / blemish. I went to Mei three times because I thought that she was good but now I know that the service at Faces Plus is just awful for the outrages prices that they charge. I am very disappointed with this place. I spent $400 to remove a freckle and to do tattoo eyeliner. They told me I had a year to do the touch up for both. When I called for the touch up appointment, the lady told me that my card expired. What a rip off! read more

I cAme here to get my upper and lower eyelids tattooed. This is my first time tattooing my face, which was super scary.. I think I couldn't sleep the whole night worrying about it.. My appointment was at 11:45am but I got there at 11:30, found parking pretty fast.. Not as bad during a weekday. I waited for 2 mins, the receptionist was very nice..i signed some papers and she started putting the numbing cream on my eyes. Yes it burned a little, but not too bad. She mentioned they also do mole removal for 15 bucks each, which was pretty cheap to my opinion.. Anyways, around 11:45 she sat me in a clean area with Mai. She asked me how I liked my eyeliner to look and I told her natural, so she started on my eyes... I'd say the second i heard gunning noises and start to scratch my eyelids... Oh god... Save me!! I was clinching my hand in pain... N after 20mins she was done.. My eyes are now swelled up, but i think I would need to go back for touch up to make it more obvious since its a very slim line.. All n all, I will be updating after healing process and the final results! But overall I don't regret doing it at all.. read more

I had my eyebrows first done by Mei approximately 5 years ago. I came back 2 years later for a paid touch-up. At that time, I was concerned because the dye had faded red. Apparently you can't remove the red easily, but you can only darken your eyebrows more. So while I did enjoy my eyebrows for 2-3 years, I now have regrets. I am currently researching other methods, such as semi-permanent makeup. read more

i woould not recommend this business to anyone i was resently there and my sistes took me fro a gift and we all had our eye brows done and were very dis satisffied about the results and after returning the next day, there wer at least 6 other customer who were not sattisffied..the main complaint was that the staff and the hhe person doing the service does not listen to you has to how or where you want it done.....and the staff if very very very rude....i live in houston texas and can't come back any time in need to if it doesnt get better which i know it won't because one ebrow is to high and very very noticeable...so go there at your own risk.. augustine/not happy read more

I got my eyebrowns and eyelines tatto here. First I tried to describe the shape of my eyebrowns and eyelines. Then she yelled at me to SHUT UP and let her do her job. I was shock!!! But I didnt say a word and tried to let her start. She was very impatient and rough. She did it very quick, but also very AWFUL! One of my eyebrown is a lot thicker and higher than another, and my eyelines are like this too. I just cant believe that how awful they are. Now, I have to pay to have them remove and re-do them at another shop. I cant go out for 3 weeks for getting them, removing them, and getting them again. read more
