I've been coming to Coco for a couple of years now for my monthly facials and she is, hands down, the BEST esthetician I've ever had... and I've tried many luxury spas in SF, LA, and NYC. I love the whole experience Coco provides. She's incredibly thorough and detailed with the facial, especially with the extractions portion. I'm extremely picky when it comes to how estheticians perform extractions. I have skin that looks kind of deceiving, in the way that it looks mostly clear and not many visible pimples or bumps... So when I've gone to other estheticians, they tend to speed through the extractions portion and not really do anything to my face. Coco, however, really spends time and detail making sure she thoroughly clears my skin, all while being so gentle. The service is always so relaxing and calming. My facials last almost 2 hours (amazing!!), and I feel that for all the good care and treatments you receive in the service, the price is so well worth and such good value. I have been coming here for probably 7 or 8 years. Cannot believe I never wrote a review. Absolutely love coco. I have done two different treatment here 1. First facial - I have regular, vitamin c, and photo facial. My favorite is the vitamin c one - 75 min of heaven including arm should neck and head massage. This is my go to. I am so happy to be back after being away for two years due to covid to see coco. Her voice is very soothing. She uses the best product. I tend to be sensitive to non-pure product and would break out. I have never broken out after a facial with coco . Just overall so relaxing as well 2. I also have done a full face mole removal. I had probably 20+ small moles on my face and in 2015 I think I decided to zap them all. It was scary at first as my face looked all scabbed up for up to a month. My hubby even laughed when I came home from doing it. I thought I really damaged my face since everything was lasered. However I am so glad I trusted coco who said all will be fine and recovered in 10 days. She was right. My face still looks great now. Needless to say, highly recommend coco and both the facials and this mole laser removal treatment. The place is two blocks above Chinatown by pacific and mason. Small but clean. Not ultra luxury but super comfy for me as I rather have a great facial at a great price. Prices are reasonable especially if you buy a 10 pack. I think it's 20% off. read more

I also tried several different facial spots in the city before, but I like the Faces Skin Spa and CoCo the best that's why the reasons I keep coming back for a facial appointment every two months. First time I got an hydra facial treatment. My esthetician was Coco. Positive points: Coco is very nice, very soft, she give me the best massage ever, I felt completely relax , it was heaven. Negative points: Coco is amazing but I wanted to discuss more about skincare and she was asking me lot of questions about my personal life ( I do not mind at all ) but a number of time I tried to shift the conversation and ask her questions about skincare but had very little answers :/ The hydra facial was nice and relaxing but was missing informations about what she was doing, I know she was working a lot of my skin but I was expecting more explanation about the process. I got double extraction and I can tell you that it was extremely painful, I arrived in my car after the appointment and realized that I had more pimple than before plus some blood and some scar from the extraction. I do not see yet any improvement to my skin :( Conclusion: Coco is a very nice person, the price of the procedure is very expensive, professionalism was missing. I still think that w nice place just because Coco was very nice. read more
