After a week I came for my first acne facial and mirsada did extractions, she gave me a chemical peel, microdermabrasion and herbal mask . She put me on an acne program to come once a week. I started to notice results after two weeks. Mirsada told me that I was one of the most serious acne patients she has seen in her 40 year career, she told me that products will do 40 percent, diet 40 percent and treatments 20 percent of the job done. It was not easy to come once a week for the next 3 months but I was committed to follow trough . After 3 months my skin was finally clearing and I was really happy. I started to go out more to socialize with people , and everyone was giving me compliments how good my skin looks . I could not be happier . Being young, constantly stressed and making the poorest of lifestyle choices, I never bothered to get to the root of what was really causing the acne. When I moved to the US, the stress and the acne both only got worse and so when I heard about Spironolactone, I of course begged my Dermatologist to prescribe it which wasn't a problem for him as I was already taking Birth Control pills. Fast forward 7 years, at the peak of my mental, emotional and physical stress roller coaster, I got a shingles outbreak on my face and I finally decided to start taking a step back, listen to my body and feel healthy without popping pills.
