Amazing experience at Aesthetics Oogii! The service was professional from start to finish, and my skin has genuinely never looked better. I've had 3 laser sessions along with a skin consultation, and the results speak for themselves -- my fine lines are gone, my pores are practically invisible, and my skin's elasticity feels incredibly high now. Even the sagging around my mouth has tightened up beautifully. I'm so happy with how firm, smooth, and healthy my skin looks. Highly recommend to anyone considering laser treatments here! read more

Very good, and affordable! The location is not great but I had a good experience! her assistant was average, but she is good. This is a good place for a basic facial and extractions! Not very luxe (massage etc), but it makes sense for the price! read more

Located downtown san Francisco. The facial package includes massaging the neck shoulders and back. I feel like they go the extra mile compared to other facials for the same price. You can even bart to downtown then walk here. Definitely worth trying once to see what the basic typical package includes. Very calm ambiance. Small and only have two rooms. Give you a warm blanket while doing a 1.5 hour facial. You can tell their focus is on doing a good job with facials. My skin is sensitive to dirty tools, so i can tell they clean them well. read more

Aesthetic OOGII - Facial machine - Skin Care Near Me - San Francisco, California

During my treatment, I heard them say the N-word. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Completely silly and racist. I was put on a cold table with only a thin towel, and the care I got was the worst I've ever had. This was NOT a luxury facial; it felt like a rushed, expensive face wash. My skin needed extractions after that. The energy was cold, dismissive, and clearly not happy that I was there, especially since I was a Black woman. I've never had a facial where they told me to wash my face again right after. A complete waste of time and money. This is NOT a HydraFacial as advertised. It's a cheap face wash that doesn't work as well as it should and you can get it for a third of the price in other parts of San Francisco. Lying about what you're selling. Treatment that is lazy and not complete. No care. Not on purpose. Not professional. Don't come here if you're Black, have dark skin, or just respect yourself and your limits. You shouldn't give them your glow. read more

I can't say enough great things about this facial office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely professional in every aspect of their work. Located right in the heart of Union Square, the space itself is beautiful--immaculately clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed to help you relax the moment you step through the door. Every detail feels intentional, from the soothing music to the comfortable treatment rooms. My esthetician, Oogii, also the owner, was incredibly thorough and took the time to assess my skin before recommending a personalized treatment plan. She explained every step of the process in detail, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout. You can tell she is highly skilled and passionate about what she does. My skin has never looked or felt better--glowing, hydrated, and refreshed. What really sets this place apart is the combination of expertise and warmth. They are true professionals who also make you feel like a valued guest, not just another appointment on the schedule. If you're looking for a facial that is results-driven, relaxing, and performed by people who truly care, this is hands down the place to go. Highly recommend! read more

I've been coming to this skincare spa for the past 3 years, and I can honestly say it's the best experience. She actually looks at how my skin is doing that day and adjusts the facial treatment based on what my skin needs in the moment. I never feel like I'm getting a "one-size-fits-all" facial. Highly recommended! read more

What a fantastic experience! I visited Aesthetic Oogii for the first time a few weeks ago, and Oogii and her team are professional, meticulous, and thorough. You start by filling out some brief paperwork and then meet with Oogii about your skincare goals. She recommended I try the hydrafacial. The session itself had multiple steps as expected, ranging from cleansing, mask treatments, extractions, massages, etc. Oogii and Emma made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained each step. I felt so relaxed by the end of the session and my skin felt fantastic afterwards as well. I am about to schedule my next session right after I finish this review! Highly recommend a visit. read more

I started going there with a Groupon for acne treatment and ended up getting a package. She really did care about my skin and me as a customer. She told me I have too many steps in my skincare routine & she was right. She's brutally honest, yes, but I'm also Asian so I'm used to that. The main point is you will for sure see results. read more

I went for my first facial and would highly recommend going back. It was a great experience that left me feeling fantastic. They take great care of you and use a few different tools, creams, and massages to make your skin glow. My appointment was 1hr 15min. Could have stayed longer because it was so comfortable. I would like to make this a monthly activity. read more

Took my sister for her birthday and had a wonderful time! The facial was relaxing and I felt great afterwards. This review is more specifically for my sister, who has been having some acne problems from wearing masks. Oogii treated her with care and has shown in many different ways that she cares about her skin - texts and calls, questions about her current products/recommendations on skincare, and showing empathy when my sister is overwhelmed by her flares. I would recommend Oogii for a facial whether it's to treat yourself or due to skin troubles! read more

I've been going to Aesthetic OOGII for hydrafacials for over a year now and couldn't recommend enough! I used to have a lot of acne and breakouts on my chin and now I barely need any extractions when I go. My skin is clear, glowy, hydrated, and healthy! read more

I came here on a Groupon when the pandemic was easing up. I wasn't prepared for the amount of cold water involved in the process but I enjoyed talking to Oogii about her Mongolian heritage. I came back last week and found the whole experience more relaxing. There was a communication glitch and I didn't get a treatment I asked about and assumed I was getting. That wasn't communicated to me, except to say that I "should come back in July" to get it. read more

I would come here again only for Mimi, who did most of my facial. And because it's clean. But here's my take on acne and hyperpigmentation treatment if you choose to see Oogii. I came to get a facial for my acne (clogged pores) and hyperpigmentation as I had requested prior to the appointment. When I arrive, Oogii who is the head aesthetician kept commenting on how "bad my scars are," and kept pushing for me to come back for chemical peels which I'm not comfortable with as I don't even know much about it and she didn't explain. Out of the blue during the middle of the session, she comes in to take over for Mimi, and chooses to give me a hydra facial without explaining. Again, I'm here to treat my clogged pores/ acne/ hyperpigmentation. I had also asked if I can use the Groupon for the acne treatment and she said if it's "different," but didn't give me any explanation as to what the differences are other than that treatment is just extractions. And again, hyper focused on telling me how bad my skin looks. She also asked me to show her my current products which I thought she'd give me more information about but she just looked at it and said "yes non comedogenic is good." Which is an obvious statement and provided no additional feedback. She wrote me a plan to come back for treatments and didn't even provide prices until I asked. I won't be coming back. read more

2020 RUINED my skin...so at the start of the new year, I decided to get some help. January 2021, I discovered Oogii, and over the next 12 months, she completely changed my skin. She got my acne under control to the point where I finally (for the most part) have clear skin! WOOHOO! We some have work to do with my scarring and pigmentation, but I never thought I'd be able to consistently wake up without ANY pimples. From time to time, I get a small one or a blackhead, but nothing near before. The entire process was well worth it. Oogii and her amazing team really take their time to understand your skin. They set up a plan for treatment and help you tackle your part at home. It's been a huge team effort and I can't believe the progress we've made. :) For anyone that's feeling hesitant, I highly recommend. I've been to other offices prior and so have my friends, but we all agree that Oogii and her team are the best! read more

I usually don't write reviews but I had a very good experience with Aesthetic OOGII so I wanted to sign up just to write a review. First of all, I found the office was very cozy, clean and welcoming with a nice view of the city. I felt very comfortable when I walked in. Second, OOGII was very professional to take care of my skin issues. I had acne and dark spots and she took care of them very well with proper machines, products and treatment skills. Third, she was very honest and did not recommend unnecessary treatments that other places usually do. I asked her if I needed any extra treatment but she wanted to do whatever is needed first and then we will see how it goes. I trust her professionalism and I definitely go back for future treatment. My skin already feels much nicer and smoother than before. I strongly recommend it! read more

Aesthetic Ogi's skin care is the best in San Francisco. You must try it! I have very satisfied with acne treatment

Let me preface this by stating that I have never before had the pleasure of ever getting a facial, EVER. As a professional mixed martial artist I am way more used to beating up my body than pampering it. However over a period of the last couple of months I've started taking care of myself a bit more by developing a skin care routine that I follow religiously at home. That said, no comparison... for starters, having a group of Beautiful ladies tend to my face like a work of art, ahhh, heavenly! Owner Oogii and her staff Mimi are super sweet n were super clear about the process and any questions I had regarding the procedures. Now, I can't say enough for happy I am with the end result. My face is so much clearer, tighter and it has the radiant glow that wow! 10/10 would do again, ty again Aesthetic OOGII for making this harden fight vet feel bonita lol read more

I would highly recommend Aesthetic Oogii for quality skin care services. The office and rooms are very clean with a modern, relaxed atmosphere. The owner listened carefully to what issues I was having and then clearly explained what services she thought would work best for me. Her recommendations were right on and the services provided worked great. I also thought it was a good value and will be making additional appointments in the future! read more

First discovered Oogii from Groupon for two facials. Right off the bat she's nothing but pleasant and warm. Really made me feel at ease with the whole process, closely examined my skin condition and suggested treatment accordingly. I've since been back for laser hair removal on my face over 3 times now and she really takes her time to make sure every area I requested was covered. It has been very effective. She's also super accommodating with busy schedules which I can't thank her enough for. Will continue seeing Oogii for my other skincare needs! read more

I can't recommend Oogii and her wonderful team enough - a few months back I was dealing with a bad acne breakout that I couldn't seem to control or figure out how to resolve on my own. Having moved into the city recently, the studio I used to go to was a bit out of reach and per a friend's recommendation I booked an appointment here. Closing out 2021 and going into 2022, it's been one of my top decisions. Oogii knows what she's doing, and is meticulous and so thoughtful in her recommendations for your skin and explaining how she plans to help treat whatever conditions you may be dealing with. I've seen my skin go from zero to (almost) a hundred in the span of a couple months of putting my skin in the care of Oogii and her team. It's always such a treat to go in and see them all, and I look forward to continuing to maintain my skin with her moving forward! read more

I've been coming to Oogii for over a year now and I have to say she is the best! My skin has improved tremendously, she takes great care of her customers and is very helpful, knowledgeable on everything to do with skincare. I found this place through Groupon - probably the best purchase I've ever made and so thankful to have an amazing esthetician who understands the needs of my very sensitive skin. If you haven't tried this place, I highly recommend it, your skin will thank you, your confidence will be high and you will leave with a face that's glowing like liquid gold and sunshine! read more

I bought a Groupon and was not impressed, basically traumatized. And that's saying a lot being that I work with mental health / trauma patients. I do not take away from the knowledge and possible skill this esthetician has under her belt. However, I will explain my experience. And you can decide for yourself re: ethics and professionalism. Facts: 90 min Groupon "with free consultation served with champagne" Facts: Appt at 130pm I arrived at 115 pm Got laid out right around 130pm and slightly prepped aka steam on my face while she finished up her previous client Previous appointment was still being tended to and she talked to her UNTIL 145pm and didn't physically start with me with her hands until 145pm. Her "consultation", I'm assuming, was her repetitiously saying "your face, so bad, omg. Your acne so bad. You have to come to me weekly. Chemical peels, etc etc." Basically come back and I give you a good deal around 600 bucks for weekly sessions to support me and my "horrible acne". She then did her thing, and finished at 235pm. Why do you ask? Oh bc her next appointment came in at 230pm So why did she schedule me for a 130 pm for a 90 minute service? So it was not even barely even a full hour and the Groupon stated 90 minutes. Also no champagne I'm not even upset about the bubbles. Don't tell someone your service will be 90 minutes when it won't Don't tell someone your face is gross the whole time your doing a service and not really have details they didn't obviously know already. (E.g. how much water you drink, veggies etc) I had already told her I could eat better. Drink more water, and I know my diet was a component. Don't schedule ppl where they will be impeding on the experience of another persons service And if you're going to treat the Groupon ppl like shit, and the other NON Groupon like royalty, maybe consider not having Groupon people at your business. To go somewhere and try to find a cleaner face, and be relaxed and almost leave in tears was not what I wanted. PS. I know esthetician's have their own ways to do stuff. But squeezing my face with her fingers aka her idea of extraction with nails and leaving me with scars was not how I wanted or thought this would go. Thank you for the trauma. read more

update: I just finished my last session from my package deal and wanted to share my results. My skin is a lot clearer now and has a healthy glow. I was seeing Oogii once a week in the beginning and now I see her once every three weeks to maintain my clear skin! My skin was very congested before, I had tons of blackheads and acne around the mask area. From my last session, Oogi mentioned that my blackheads are mostly gone :) I purchased another package to help with my scarring! I'm very thrilled with my progress and will provide another update soon. read more

First off, I found out about this place online looking for someone to help me with my acne that had continued to get worse. I found Oogii and was hesitant at first because I had never gotten a facial/ extraction but had only hear do them and what not. Off tops, when I arrived she was very attentive to me. While she was commencing the first steps of the facial she was asking me a series of questions, from the things I ate, to my daily habits and etc... It made me feel extremely comfortable knowing that she actually cared about my skin and didn't just begin my facial without any background knowledge. I have been going to her for about half a year now and regardless of how much money I spent, it doesn't matter because you can't put a price tag on clear and vibrant skin. Oogii if you are reading this, bless your soul! I also love the face wash she recommended to me. I am tired of all that Walmart and Target bullshit. I needed something that was going to help me and fortunately she has the right things for me!! She is the best!!!!! read more

did an acne treatment with laser. the staffs were very friendly and gave tips for skin during the facial!

Aesthetic Oogii is my go-to spot for facials now! Oogii and her team are very professional. I forgot to mention I had sensitive skin, but they quickly identified, and adapted their techniques, to provide my skin with the correct care that is needed. The comparison of my skin before and after the facial was eye opening to me, as I was also educated on details of my skin that I was not aware of, and will be applying their professional suggestions to keep my skin as healthy as possible. My skin is now glowing (not red at all) and rid of impurities! As a Vegas local, I will still make the effort to come to the San Francisco area to come here for my facial! Thanks Oogii and her team! read more

I came to Oogii for a facial and was pleasantly surprised how soft and tightened my skin fell after! Noticeable difference after seeing her and skin looked clear and vibrant! I rarely give reviews, but Oogii was so amazing that I had to review her new business! She formerly worked with partners in Mill Valley but moved to San Francisco to start her own business, and my experience with her was just too great to not give her a 5 star review. I wanted everyone to know how great of an aesthetician that Oogii is! Me and my boyfriend had such a wonderful experience, with Oogii (business owner)! I got a x2 - 60 min anti aging hydra facial for my boyfriend and myself. It was the first time that my boyfriend got a facial and he loved it! I have severely dry, sensitive, eczema prone skin and got the anti-aging and hydra facial to try to replenish my red, irritated, scaling skin. One of the reasons I wanted to see Oogii is because she's an expert in her field and also uses natural products. I've had prior facials from other places where the products had a bunch of unnatural ingredients and fragrances that would make my eczema worse and create more break outs. Oogii even removed my unwanted hair from my face (i.e. helped clean up my eyebrows and upper lip) and extracted white and black heads before they became a serious acne problem. I even got a face, head, neck, and back massage (Oogii used massage techniques with her hands while my facial mask was soaking in), and I got a leg massage (using their leg massage machine). My skin feels great, looks clean, and I feel revived. I highly recommended, Oogii! She's an expert in skin, gives great massages, has a great personality, willing to answer all questions, uses great natural skin products and advanced skin techniques, has a very clean office, and she is very personable and kind. Another thing that I love about her is that she doesn't try to upsell all these difference products to you. She gives you suggestions about how to take better care of your skin during your pre and post consultation (before and after your facial treatment) and wants to keep in touch with you to ensure that you're doing great post-facial. read more
