The facility is super clean and nice. They do a great job with keeping the clean aesthetic. As with the other face foundries, there is a table you lay on for your services and each table is separated by a curtain. There was someone next to me to my left, but I didn't feel like they were super close to me or that their service was affecting my service  My aesthetician Ashlie was great! I loved that she asked if I wanted the service to be more relaxing or more of a chatty service where she explains all the things she was doing for a Cryo facial. The cryo facial itself was nicely cooling and I was able to notice a different in my skin and tone over the few days that passed. It'd love to come back to get another Cryo facial! My friend got a sculpt facial and said she really enjoyed the cupping of the face. When walking in, you can immediately sense the peaceful and calming atmosphere. Everything looked and felt really clean. All the beds are in an open space, which wasn't a big deal for me but if you prefer a private room, this probably isn't for you. It was also very quiet despite being out in the open. I did go around 2pm on a Friday and it wasn't busy, so I'm not sure what the vibes would be like when it is super busy. I received a sculpt facial with dermaplaning add on. My esthetician was Nicole and it was by far one of the most relaxing services I've received. Nicole was so kind, asked me what I preferred and if I wanted to her to walk me through all the steps she was during throughout the facial. I was super glowy for the next week and a half, which I'm not used to so I loved it! It is on the pricier side, so I am going to get a membership since it seems like the best bang for your buck. I want to come back a few more times before deciding on a five star rating. read more

This was a pretty basic facial. It was nice for a basic facial but it's far too expensive for what you get. The place is clean but the beds are all out in the open separated by a thin cloth. You can hear everything which isn't the most relaxing environment. The facial lasted 35 minutes and that was with a massage add on. The extractions weren't real extractions they were the spatula kind and they only did your nose. They don't use any water and just heated towels so it didn't feel like my face was particularly clean. If this had been $50 I would have said it was great but for $80 + $15 for the massage this was a rip off. read more

I've been to Face Foundrie 2x, once for eyebrow wax & tint and once for a facial. I thought the eyebrow wax was ok, I told her what I wanted / didn't want and she definitely followed that. I don't feel like my tint lasted as long as others I've gotten though. My facial though was fantastic! Despite the casual setting, Scout did a great job of making me feel comfortable with a weighted blanked and my choice of essential oil scent. I got the Glow facial with extractions. I thought their extraction pen was cool and something I haven't had done before. After the facial my skin felt hydrated and glowing. I don't normally purchase products but loved the toner/exfoliator used and decided to join their monthly membership program which saved me 10% on the product. I'm super excited to go back next month and try a different facial and enhancement! read more

I spent $179 on the hydrafacial. The BIGGEST waste of money ive ever spent. Esthetician spent 10 minutes washing my face, used the hydra facial machine on me for probably a total of 8 minutes (3 very quick passes), and then sat me under a red light. That's it. No serums, exfoliations, extractions, peels...nothing. I asked her afterwards if she could explain the process - she said that she double cleansed my face (she washed it), and then used the hydra machine to remove impurities (she showed me about 1 teaspoon of dirty water), and then used the red light. I've had MANY hydrafacials (as well as many standard, less pricey facials), and none were as useless as this. She forgot about 4 of the 5 steps of the facial. I looked at the clock when i got on the table and when i got back up - a total of 30 minutes - and that included the 15 minutes sitting under a red light. read more

Before leaving a review on this establishment, I wanted to wait until I saw results from my first session. Last month a scheduled my first ever hydro facial with Scout, she allowed me to relax all while educating me on products and serums that were used during the facial. My skin went from just okay, to instant summer glow after my time with Scout, and the results exceeded the weeks to come. I was so happy with my first facial, that I decided to opt for the membership that they offered; that way I could try other facials at a discounted price. It's also nice to know that I can cancel my membership at any moment without any obligations or cancelation fees. Today I received the Cryo Queen facial and added derma-planing and scalp massage. It was by far the most relaxing facial I've ever had, even better than five star hotel facials I've done in the past. I'm loyal to Scout, and will continue to book with her for future appointments; our schedules seem to align nicely which works out great for me! I have done some different facials to try on and I didn't see any good results. Facial supposed to be done in 60mins but they will be done in 40-45 mins. 2 weeks ago, I got brow wax & lamination and it lasted me for a week. They said it will last for 2-4 weeks and it's not worth at all. Just a waste of money. I don't recommend at all. Pay somewhere else. read more

Cute interiors which is not like your usual facial spas that you may go to. The beds are separated out by curtains and one end of that is open. I personally like that it's casual because it's not intimidating. The facial that I got was great! It was called clean and natural! I do think I would have preferred more cleaning and extractions. It was very light on the extractions and exfoliation! Maybe I need to try a different type of facial. That being said I enjoyed the experience! I give this place a yeah and a naaw... Here's why, Yeah - because the ambiance, decor, open layout, treatment beds, weighted blanket, cleanliness are all great. BUT Naaw - because the treatment beds and weighted blanket are not heated. And we all know winter brrr coldness. - Removing and rubbing facial skin with towels are fine if and only if, the towels are micro fibre towels and laundried in the correct format, that is- double rinse and no softening fabric. Scent, dyes, detergent residue are not soo friendly chemicals on the skin and make regular towels extremely DRY and ROUGH. Maybe invest in micro fiber towels. Cleanser was mixed w/ cool water on dry skin.... ugh. Face should always be damp before applying cleanser and seriously INVEST in WARMTH. Nobody wants cold on their face unless it is cryotherapy. The hot water dispenser from the water drinking commodes come in handy here. I think cross contamination and infection control would be effective more w/ sinks in each esthie workplace. I mean do they use the same towel to wipe the cleanser, face mask etc etc from their gloved hands during your facial and after each person's facial. I don't think the founder has the proper educational background in esthetics and skincare. Just saying ... read more

Once I seen that Face Foundrie offered both, I was beyond excited because of their reputable work. Starting off, my first impressions of the salon were that it was very clean, modern and the overall just loved the vibe. From the music to the decor, everything was spot on. The esthetician's name was Alexis and she was INCREDIBLE. She was very professional, friendly, and gave amazing recommendations. I was slightly nervous to get them done because as stated, it was my first time and I am very picky when it comes to people touching my face. Alexis made me feel at ease every step of the way. I went to Face Foundrie over the weekend for my first hydrafacial. The esthetician only used the suction machine on half of my face. I thought that maybe she didn't need to use the suction tool on my entire face so i trusted her judgement but after talking with friends who have received a hydrafacial, they got a treatment that included services to their entire face.
