Really bad - not even and cheap nail polish... not a big fan. The place was empty and now I think I know why! read more

Got a dipped gel manicure and a hot stone pedicure today. The girls were so sweet and kind and took their time and gave me a perfect mani/pedi. I had my new baby with me and they were patient while I tried to hold him and they painted my nails at the same time. Definitely would recommend! read more

I'm always happy with my nails after having an appointment at Fabulous Nails. As for the present Covid Virus and taking precautions, Lynna, the owner, leaves nothing to chance. The chairs are distanced 6 feet and also disinfected after each use. She has plastic partitions between herself and the client for manicures. Masks and gloves are worn by all the girls. Lynna keeps a log, which she has you sign, so it's easy to see who has been here and when, just in case of someone being infected. I don't know of any Nail Salon that takes those precautions. Fabulous Nails is simply fabulous !! read more

I went here on Tuesday for a pedi & gel fill while on vacation. My pédicure was great and looks fab. The girl really took her time and my nail art is super cute. In contrast, the woman who did my gel was sub par. They use a premixed gel that burns when put under the light to dry. Also, she did the fill and then finished another customer while I got my pedicure. This gave me time to look at my nails and see than 4 of them were lifting. I told her. What she SHOULD have done was re-grind the sides and then re-gel. Instead she covered my fingers in super glue and hid the lifts with no chip. The lifts all started to show again and broke so that when I arrived home today I had to go see my usual girl to have an entirely new set done. For a regular mani/pedi, this place would be fine... but they are clearly inexperienced in fake nails. read more

I was in the neighborhood this last weekend and was in dire need of a pedicure. The shop is small and was very full on this lovely Saturday but they got me into a chair right away. It was a little chaotic with technicians hopping from one person's nails to someone else's feet. Despite all the running around, I felt like once it was my turn, I was very well taken care of by my technician. The foot/leg massage was great and I appreciated seeing the foot baths cleaned after every use even though they had what seemed like a disposable tub liner for each client. I will definitely stop in again if in the neighborhood. read more

I decided to try this place since it was close to my house and a friend recommended it. On a Saturday it can be pretty hectic. They try to get everyone seated and move from person to person to try to rotate through getting everyone done. The plus here is that they are very clean. They use tub liners, clean the basins and the equipment comes out in sealed packaging. The downside is that they don't paint your toes quite as well as my regular place, but I will take clean over perfect paint. They are also very very nice. :) read more

Fabulous Nails - Massage chairs - Nail Salons Near Me - Holladay, Utah

Used to be my favorite place in SLC for a pedicure. My most recent experience was abhorrent. Upon arrival, no one attended to us. I had to wait 20 min for someone to do my pedicure while my friend was having hers-with the place empty. The sign outside said $25 for a pedicure; they would not honor this price and insisted it was $27 and then took the sign down. We were the only two customers, and then an older woman arrived. The staff dropped everything to attend to her and "brown nose" her. We were made to feel like an inconvenience. We were ready to take the foam flip flops and just leave. While paying, the employee questioned our coupon's authenticity and then did not apply the proper discount. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

I have been going to Fabulous Nails for many years. I have never had a problem with the people or the work. Lynna and her team are awesome. Clean, Friendly and FUN! Lynna does not forget you once you have come in. She may even give you a nickname (ask about Watermelon). :) I won't go anywhere else, in-fact, I drive from Taylorsville to have my nails done. BEST EVER! read more

not really happy the last couple times I went there it seems like they're in a rush in a hurry and I spent 3 hours there went the last time I went only for my nails to start lifting up at the bottom where the base of my nail starts less than a week later. there is such a thing as being too busy to do a good job. And as far as that goes, I don't think at this point in time it's worth me driving the extra 10 minutes with a total of 25 minutes just for this because this? Looks bad. I don't even want people to know I get my nails done. read more

Not fabulous nails. Had an appointment set up for me and my daughter for pedicures. They set us up with feet in the water. After 30 mins my daughter is almost done and they haven't even started mine ( 3 other workers were sitting and just talking during this time ) I finally said to the gal that I need to get the regular pedicure because we had to be somewhere and needed a quicker job. She said I couldn't because they already put the smelly stuff in my water ( I'm sure it cost them .25 cents ) so they hurried and got one of the other girls to do it. They said they thought I just wanted to relax. Why would we get appointments for the same time and I just want to relax an extra 30 plus minutes ? So the gal that did my feet was nice and did an ok job but they scrambled so fast to get mine done that the quality was not there. Price was higher than most and then when we check out they only take cash unless they add 4% on ( don't quote me on that but it was 3 or 4%) My daughter's pedicure was unimpressive as well. Maybe they are better for fingernails but I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend read more

LOVE Fabulous Nails. I actually go there for eyelash extensions. I know, eyelashes at a nail salon? I thought so too. But no, they're AMAZEBALLS. They are so fast and SO GOOD at lashes it's insane. The extensions are single lashes, individually glued to every one of your lashes. She doesn't limit how many lashes you get (like some places do). She also knows exactly what lengths to put where to give your eyes a really awesome look. And she is SO FAST. 45 minutes or under. And the price? $65 for a full set, $30 for a fill. What!? I KNOW! Most lash places charge like $200+. Trust me, these are the real deal, high quality lashes, high quality service. I go about 3-4 weeks between fills. This place is a hidden gem in Salt Lake. As for the nail salon, I've spent a fair amount of time waiting (when I've arrived early), and I can say that they're very good about cleaning the pedicure tubs and filters/drains between each client (you almost never know when you first walk into a place), and using new tools. I had a very relaxing mani-pedi there and it was perfect. read more

Very friendly nail salon does a really great job I'm originally from New York City so I'm very picky and they handle everything perfectly. Always on time staff is very friendly. I recently moved 30 minutes away and I still come here to get my nails done read more

The price for a pedicure is great. I've had various people do my nails and all but one have been very good. The one that wasn't it seemed like she didn't see well, so the paint was a little messy. Today I had the young man. He was very meticulous and did a great job. The massage was my favorite part. read more

I got a manicure from Son. He was fantastic. Not only was his hand/arm massage extremely relaxing but he covered my entire nail with nail polish! Most places I have to ask them to get the corner but he did it relight the first time with out me asking. My nails look beautiful and glossy. read more

The staff is very nice and accommodating, we didn't need an appointment and the service was good

This was a major disappointment. I initially picked this salon since it was close to my house and the reviews said it was very sanitary. I will give them 5 stars for sanitation but that's about all they have going for them. I called ahead to make an appointment and they said come in 20 minutes. Since I have a newborn baby at home, it's a great effort to me to get out and an appointment was crucial so I could get back home quickly. When we walked in they immediately seated us and prepped for our pedicures, yet didn't start them. However about 15 minutes after we got there a "regular" walked in and they took her over us. We sat there for 30 minutes and by that time the salon was closed! No one apologized or explained their reasoning. We ended up just walking out. It was a HUGE waste of time and a disappointment. I wi never go back there and do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Lena and Panda are so awesome and always do a great job on pedis and manis. My whole family goes to them anytime we need our nails done. Definitely recommend! read more

I am very unsatisfied with this nail salon and my manicure. I went with sns nails and am just so so about how they turned out. Everything that the woman did felt very rushed and like she didn't have anytime to make sure they turned out nice. She actually ended up cutting my skin with the file and made me bleed quite a bit. I worry that my finger will get infected. I would not recommend going here again. read more

Great job every time! I have only gotten a pedicure here. Never have to make an appt. staff is super friendly and accommodating.

I went in for a shellac and a pedicure right before leaving for my vacation to Europe. I wanted to try this place since they advertise their pedicures for $20 and they are close to my home. The salon had two different technicians work on me since I was the only one at the salon at the time I walked in. The technician who did the shellac on my hands did a horrible job (she seemed to be the manager or even the owner). I've been to other salons where they do the shellac properly and the shellac doesn't start peeling off my nails until after 2 weeks. Well, this one started peeling off on the second day (!) and I couldn't come back to the salon to complain about it since I was already traveling. I was so mad I ended up just peeling all the shellac off so my nails would not look ugly on my vacation pictures. The pedicure was okay, I've had better pedicures somewhere else though. So due to the horrendous experience with my shellac, I'm not coming back to this salon and would not recommend it to anyone else. read more

My daughter (she's 9) and I went for mani/pedis yesterday. This was our first time at this salon. We loved it! The ladies were so friendly and attentive, and took their time. They were really good with my daughter and gave her a choice of free nail art. The price was low for what we got. I definitely recommend upgrading to the package with the hot stone massage. It was also very clean and sterile. They had liners for the foot tubs and took their tools from sealed packages. read more

One of the greatest pedicures ever, and at a great price! They were fast to get me in and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend

I requested dipping powder nails which I have done in California for several years. I was told this was dipping powder, but better than what I have been getting. Not dipping powder at all, but shellac or gel with a coat of powder. Not the same!!! Whatever they put on my nails lifted and cracked after a couple days. Real dipping powder should last several weeks, no cracking chipping or lifting. They also advertise dipping nails for $25 and I was charged $35. They were very nice, but do not getting dipping powder nails!!! Not authentic dipping powder and whatever it is they call dipping powder sucks!!!!!!! read more

This place is AWESOME! Lena saved my nails after I had gone to a place that claimed they were using shellac but they were using a no soak off gel. My nails were very damaged and Lena nursed them back to healthy strong nails! I look forward to my appointments here and always have a good laugh with this VERY friendly and caring staff!
