Professional Sound and Security put things right for about half what the Jacksonville shop charged me to so thoroughly screw up an admittedly challenging installation. (To be fair the other shop didn't over charge me, they really spent that many hours doing a miserable job.) Dave took the time to ask questions and understand my priorities for sound quality and functionality. He immediately pegged me as a musician from my questions and concerns which surprised and impressed me. The difference was astonishing. For the first time my after market audio upgrade actually sounded like an upgrade. This is a quality shop and the level of expertise you find here allows you to relax and trust that you will get the best service and value possible. I know, I've seen the alternative.

Luis didn't guess. He traced the whole circuit and found what everyone else missed: the actual fault was in the power going to the module -- an amperage issue at a fuse on the battery, not the module or the fan wiring at all. He rerouted the feed to another battery post and the car has run perfectly ever since. Car has been running perfectly in traffic, no overheating, fans kicking on and off right on cue. Luis took the time to analyze and solve the problem that had beaten everyone before him. He charged a fair price, and explained exactly what he found. He's very confident in his craft and personable.
